Jose came out to clear clothes washer drain line, erratically backing up.He performed initial check y inserting supply line into drain pipe, which accepted full flow for 4-5 minutes, no problem. He indicated no charge since he could not see any issues , he could correct. WE tried a wash cycle discharging into drain pipe , it quickly back flowed. Since we have a remodel to start today , and wall/ flooring will have to be replaced, he suggested that exposing the piping will better reveal the issue we have. Last night my main water line on my side of the meter broke off. I had the City come and shut off my water. I immediately called Core Plumbing at 7:00 A.M. and at 8:30 A.M. Really well organized, on time and efficient. We had the HVAC replaced with high efficiency unit and it was very noticeable in our electric bill.Follow up- I had Anderson come out to my mother’s house and they did a good job of servicing the furnace and A/C unit.

I called on a Monday morning and they fit me in almost right away. They gave me a 10-12 window, and then also called 20 minutes before arriving at 10:30. Great quick service and they even have a military discount!

We called Black Mountain after spending two weeks without a stove after a gas leak because the initial plumbing company we were referred to had still yet to send someone to do the work we needed despite confirming scheduling on three separate occasions. Black Mountain Plumbing was a breath of fresh air with their exceptional customer service and expertise. It definitely wasn't cheap, but it was well worth the price for the quality of workmanship knowing the job was done right. They moved a gas line, installed a new range and the water line to the fridge with copper piping. We are very pleased with their work and are confident with it's safety, and will most definitely be calling them again.

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!
