Had a clogged shower drain and Jose was able to come out and help get it fixed quickly. He was very professional and explained what he was doing to fix my plumbing issues. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

The technician was on time , very professional , and very knowledgeable of the problem and how to handle it . He investigated all of my sinks and bathtubs to find out where the problem started . After assessing the problem he got the proper equipment at the proper location and cleared my drain in a matter of minutes . I can't thank him enough for saving my house . Can you imagine not being able to use your bathroom or shower , a total nightmare that the technician took off of my shoulders . You would be crazy not to use this company .

Jason, our plumber saved the night. He was professional and competent. Rate was reasonable, considering we needed after hour service to unclog the seeer line to get toilet and tub working again.Thankfully my husband had already removed the toilet from the floor to access the sewer line, bit clog was too deep for him to get to, but if if he had not removed toilet and then replaced it after Jason left, then gets much more expensive.

I switched to Bill Howe a while back after my previous plumber did a poor job fixing my toilet. Bill Howe did it right, and they did it at a reasonable price!! Highly recommend!Update: my technician was Rudy Lopez, and he was punctual and professional!

Based on 2 different jobs Collins has done for me, they're a good bunch of folks! First job was a gas meter relocation. Second job was hydrojetting drain lines - and they were 1/3 the cost of one of the emergency plumbers. No nonsense approach to addressing plumbing issues. Will use them again.
