I have an older home that has many plumbing issues and I have utilized Mr. Rooter for projects both small and large. They are always prompt and pricing is below what I have found with others. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. One area I would fix, would be the 3.5% they charge for credit or debit card use which is a bit high - especially for a debit card.

We had a gas leak in our laundry room and SDGE turned off our gas and told me I needed to call a plumber to fix it. Every plumbing company said they had no available technicians until the next day, even PAWS. But Kristen (I think that was her name) went out of her way to find an available technician and was able to schedule him to come out and repair the leak.Both Kristen and Robert were awesome. I highly recommend PAWS and would call them again.

Justin is just incredibly awesome! As a Contractor myself, I have no problem recommending Justin for any sort of work. He's detail oriented for sure, is very respectful of me and my property. Being a Custom Painting Contractor myself, I'd steal him away from Joe in a Heartbeat!!! Sadly... I don't think Justin wants to paint anything more than his wife's kitchen or his son's bedroom. However, he is the most incredibly talented most respectful tradesmen we've ever encountered.Don't be silly and keep looking for a plumber without talent. Just call these guys. Emilio and Eduardo (I think that’s his name)handled our issue quickly and efficiently. We had a toilet backed up for awhile. They fixed it in less than 30 mins and cleaned it as well. Would definitely use again.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.
