This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient.

Cleared the drains and provided video confirmation--great job! Randy at PIC jet washed a troublesome pipe after first videoing the line and then repeated the camera inspection on completion. He was thorough and professional. Arianna worked hard to make sure I was taken care of and I thank them both. Definitely recommend PIC Plumbing.

We had Core Plumbing come to our home to give an estimate for a full re pipe .. Hot, Cold, and Recirculating lines! This is a huge, complicated job with lots of cuts out in stucco and drywall and then repiping involving a massive amount of linear feet of removal and reinstallation of new copper pipes.Owner, Don Schoenberger was one of the two inspectors. I found him excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable, asked a lot of questions, and truly looked beyond the surface. He knew his trade very well. He was not a pushy salesman, but rather educated me and informed me of what truly needs to be done. He made suggestions and options to consider that prior estimators never mentioned. One example was the benefits of adding a water filtration system for booth PEX or Copper pipes. We have not awarded the job as of yet to anyone, but we were very impressed. I felt, Don examined our home with the same kind of care, he would, if it was his own !

Update:Erin, Anderson's Client Relations Manager reached out via email and explained their policy of flat rate per type of the job. She offered 15% off on the water pressure regulator job and removed the charge for accessing the valve. While I recognize the effort to provide good customer care (along with multiple text, email and phone call asking for feedback) I cannot say I'm remotely happy about this flat rate charge that's 3-4 time higher than being reasonable.===========================================================Anderson Plumbing's charge is absurdly high! I had a technician come to fix a leaky waterline going into the fridge. while doing that he also found the water pressure was high and I agreed to have the water pressure regulator replaced. He had to cut a small hole on the drywall to access the pipe, which took him 30 seconds, and the charge is $323. Note this is only for cutting the hole, not including any repair work, and they will not fix the drywall afterwards. The actual repair work of replacing the water supply line's connection valve is another $323, which I'm ok with, since at least the technician spent 30 minutes on it.The most ridiculous one is the $1,485 charge for replacing the water pressure regulator. The part is $180 according to the technician, and it's a quick job taking him literally less than 10 minutes using only a plumbers plier. I found out afterwards a reasonable cost for this should be in the $300 range including the part, and feel quite bad not doing enough research and being an informed customer beforehand. I wish everyone else considering calling them have the chance to read the reviews beforehand and be aware of their practice of overcharging to an outrageous extent.I do agree that it was easy for me to make the appointment, and the technician came on time and finished the job quickly in a professional manner. But I'd not be able to recommend their services to anyone due to the extremely unreasonably high cost.

Robert came out and provided us an estimate for excavation and replacement for our main sewer line. He was extremely thorough during our appointment and made time to explain the work in detail to me.I can't speak to the value offered as we have a few other quotes pending, but the service and professionalism was top notch.

My Plumber sent a representative to our home to discuss the options for replacing a broken shower pan. Beecher arrived with a very professional and positive attitude. He was most informative, answering all questions and giving full details of the replacement process and costs. We decided to go a different direction, but wouldn't hesitate to call My Plumber and Beecher for further plumbing needs! Thank you Beecher!Pam D.

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. If you need any plumbing or drain help, call Fuentes. You will be happy with the result.
