Joseph was absolutely fantastic. He went through his trouble shooting to help identify my drainage problem and was able to identify the root cause as being a septic issue. He dug out one of the lids and freed up the blockage and recommended septic tank pump. He was thoughtful, friendly and used his booties when entering the house. Plumbing companies need more people like Joseph and will definitely call him back once the septic tank is pumped and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Joseph!

After having our home Termite Tented for 4 days and returning home to a steady leak from our water heater drain faucet, I knew I needed help ASAP. I called Bill Howe and asked for a technician after hours (it was 6pm), and they had one on the phone to me within 2 minutes of hanging up from the call center. By 6:45, Chris was at my door and ready to get to work. He did the repair in an hour and was friendly and knowledgeable. I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.

I needed a diagnosis of problems with our water treatment system. Manny tested our tap water to see if system was purifying the water and tested water pressure to be sure it wasn’t too high.It was very reassuring to know things were working properly.

I had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental home. I called at 8:00 am and they were very responsive and said they would be there around 4:00PM. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

Ryan came out to inspect the sewer line and give us a quote for plumbing repairs on a house my husband and I are in the process of purchasing. Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.

I had Ascend out to replace some very old cast iron drainage piping beneath my house. Randy was responsive even though he was out of town at the time of my call and quickly made a plan for a house visit. After the estimate, he had Rafael come out to complete the work: removing the old piping and replacing them. Rafael was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and overall took care of everything I needed. I would absolutely use Ascend Plumbing again. They provided great service, at a great value.

He gave estimates on the leaky faucet and clogged drain in the bathtub, which were much more complex.He educated us on everything plumbing related.When we go back to ARS, we will request Cody specifically to repair our remaining list of issues.
