I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Jose is a great communicator, always on time, and insists on high-quality work. I have an old house with a weird electrical setup; Jose came and fixed all significant issues, rewired light fixtures, installed security cameras through the attic, and gave improvement ideas. I have more projects on the way, and I am excited to work with Jose in the future.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Easy to schedule, very reasonably priced and fixed the issue without any problem. Highly recommended!
