I was so impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy. They were able to come out in 12hrs for no rush charge, they called a half hour before arrival, sent me a text as well with a small bio on the technician in advance. Extremely courtesy technician wore shoes covers and a mask the whole time but I had no problems understanding him as he spoke very clearly. We had a pleasant chat as he worked and I learned that they will send the same technician out to the same house next time so you get to know them. He seemed so happy with his job it was spoke well for the way they must treat their employees. He took the time to look at another pipe I was told I needed to replace by a house inspector. He went under the house and is having the office contact me to schedule an installer to come give me a quote. But the whole appointment was quite fast! Most pleasant experience with a plumber ever.

Very pleased with EZ Plumbing USA services. I called them for drain cleaning after reading their reviews on the internet. The plumber Peter was really nice and he cleaned the drain and pipes connected to it. He also gave me a few tips on how I can keep the drain clean and avoid the clogging. I have used this company twice in the past two weeks, once for clogged drains in the other for an issue with a hot water heater. He had an unexpected issue on another job the morning of our appointment but communicated well and sent Art to do the work later in the day. Art did a great job and was quick too.
