Great experience with this company, Tom came out and replaced a broken moisture water pump on one of my two split-system AC units. He also cleaned and serviced both of my units and the outdoor power supply in a quick manner. Carini was the company that installed the system a few years ago and once again awesome experience. For my particular AC system, there's a 12 year parts warranty and because Carini did the installation they have a 12 year labor warranty that goes with it as long as they provide one maintenance appointment on the units once per year. Ultimately it came down to Tom and the knowledge he had, finding the issue within a minute and telling me what he was going to do to fix it. When he left I knew everything was back to 100%.
