The job was done very quickly and Jose was very professional and thorough in explaining the cost, how I could save money, and what the job entailed. Would definitely recommend.

My break down for my service.Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation. He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge. He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

I called them for an estimate for work I need to have done. The technician came out and looked at everything. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was courteous and professional. However, I have not yet received a bid, so I don’t know if I will use their services.

John Calderon and his apprentice came to my rescue today! After a string of bad experiences with plumbers who were recommended to me or referred by my home warranty, I decided to venture out and find my own. Anderson Plumbing was the first to pop up and had the highest rating in San Diego. When I called, they answered immediately (last plumber hung up on me) and had someone at my door WITHIN AN HOUR (last plumber waited seven days before coming to my condo). John was so knowledgeable and friendly. (Both of them showed my dog lots of love, so bonus points there.) He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and even showed me the exact issue (so I knew he wasn’t just trying get me to replace a bunch of parts to drive up the cost). Although the fix was pricey, he was upfront about the cost and talked me through my options. They had the parts on hand to fix the water heater and waited until the hot water was running throughout the house before they left. Although larger companies can be a bit more expensive, it was 100% worth the extra money to use a reputable, legit company who came to my aid immediately and had a mini warehouse in their truck with everything they needed to fix the problem. Paying a couple extra bucks was worth avoiding the hassle I’ve been experiencing with 2-star rated companies who took a week to get here in the first place. John converted me to a loyal customer and I will only use Anderson Plumbing in the future. Also - John spoke volumes about the owners of the company and how generous they are with their employees and are wonderful people to work for — that’s the exact type of company I want to support!!

This my first experience with elite rooters and it was easy and done quickly. James did a really good job helping out with my garbage disposal. We had a nice chat while he did the work. He has a set a great standard for elite rooters.

Seig, from Courtesy Plumbing came to our home on Wed. to disconnect all the pipes and drains for our sink and dishwasher so that we could have the sink and countertop replaced the next day. Seig and his trainee came back then on Friday to reconnect everything and install the new drains and faucets. They were super professional and were definitely COVID safe. Courtesy Plumbing guaranteed their service people were fully vaccinated and even so they wore masks while indoors. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Installed a new water main from the street as mine leaked. Expensive but got the job done in a day and back taking showers and flushing toilets. Washing dishes!

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

Dennis G was extremely professional. He helped us repair a burst water pipe in our new home and was very nice when we had questions about our plumbing. The company charged us a reasonable price for repairs and they were done in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them!

Gilbert was great. He had to replace 10'0 of copper tubing in my attic on a very hot day, in attic it was @125 degrees hot and he soldiered through and got the job done.

We've used Ramona Pacific for two projects now (Sewer main replacement, tankless water heater switch). Both times they were fast and did high quality work. The staff is great about giving advice and options for current and future projects. Joe and his staff are top notch, I won't use anyone else.

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Was on time. Very professional. Mauricio wore booties inside my house to keep from getting rugs dirty. He unclogged my shower drain and I was instantly thankful and relieved. Choose them people!!!!! Great job!!

We had Steve and his crew come out to install a garage sink, service our tankless water heater and help with a few other plumbing needs.
