The plumber did an amazing job! He quickly identified the problem, had the parts readily available to unclog our drain & repair a pipe, & got straight to work. The job was done in a timely manner, and the experience from beginning to end was very friendly & professional.

David is truly a Rockstar! My elderly mother had a pipe burst due to the recent winter storm and was without water. After having another plumber no show I called Rockstar Plumbing and spoke to David. I explained the situation and he said he would be right over. I wasn't expectingthis as it was already late in the evening but when he learned she was without water he insisted he would be here asap. After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. David is very meticulous in his work, pays great attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable. Within a couple hours water was up and running. Garrett came out a week ago, installed new water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A real people person. I’m very happy with the quality of work that he preformed, All in all I would recommend this company. Michael came out to the house and fixed every problem that I was having with my HVAC unit and condenser since the winter storm here in San Antonio. The company was quick to respond the same day as I placed trouble ticket. Great customer service and explained everything that was the problem and also explained how he fixed it.

I had paid for a spot leak test and was told I had 2 breaks under the house and I needed tunneling and probably 2 piers added. But I had a bad feeling about the company and the guys that did the test, like they were maybe not honest. So I was recommended to Henry with Plumbit from my neighbor and Henry came and did another spot leak test and found a 3 leak. And even with 3rd leak and adding jetting to clean the pipes from the sink that were coded with grease, the price came out about the same as my first quote. His work was clean, professional and done with that extra care will all hope to get. I wish I don’t have to spend money on repairs but I got lucky using Henry because he did an awesome good. Highly recommend and I will be using and recommending him from here on for plumbing need

Called and managed to get service the same day. Troy was great, very helpful! Besides looking at the issue that I called for he made sure that everything around the issue was functioning.
