We had Chambliss replace an old electric water heater about a month ago. The installation was handled professionally and Blake, the service tech, was a wealth of information. Then, about a month after the initial installation, we decided we’d like to have the thermostat moved up a bit (we like really hot water) so I called to see if they could come back out sometime to adjust it. Jordyn, the receptionist, who is always very pleasant & eager to assist, stated they had a tech in the area & could come over that very afternoon. Hard to fuss about that kind of service…… and it was no charge since we had just recently purchased the water heater. I highly recommend Chambliss….. good people & great service.

Great experience. Richard, ( Service Tech ), was friendly, punctual and capable. Work completed quickly and correctly. All my questions were answered and procedures explained in an understandable fashion. Showed extent of damage to water line, possible cause of damage, prior to commencing repair. Showed me the new replacement parts before and after installation/repair was completed. Insured no further leaks were encountered and explained warranty.I only gave 4 stars due to problem completing payment method. I had to become personally involved with the financial institution doing the financing. I have had previous work performed by Wills All Pro using the same financial institution without a hitch. Rather frustrating, especially having an open account there. You would think the finance dept. @ Wills All Pro would be well versed on the requirements of the banks they use for 3rd party payment for services.

2 plumbing issues, stopped up drain to toilet and needed a new faucet in one of the bathrooms. Roadrunner showed up on time and repaired bot problems.

Great experience with this company. Extremely professional and courteous. Explained different options and how they could fix our issue very thoroughly. Ultimately did great work fixing our problem. I would absolutely use this company again for future plumbing issues.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

Gibson installed a toilet in my home on Friday, November 8th. The plumber was very professional and efficient during the install. He was very friendly when interacting with my wife and was done with the install very quickly. Thanks to Gibson for swapping out that toilet and giving us peace of mind.

I received a quote for a kitchen faucet install, gas line relocation (lower 8 inches), shower faucet and head install. I was initially quoted $225 for the kitchen faucet install. Then the journeyman stated that he need to go out to the truck to determine the price for the other two items. He came back with a quote of $1200, with the kitchen faucet listed at $285 included in the price. When asked about the first price quoted he stated that price is when bundled (odd as the $1200 quote included $285). This company has shady pricing practices. Angi’s list should remove them.
