Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. Additionally, Lee replaced a faulty connection that prevented our new dishwasher from being installed the day before. We could have had the plumber provided by Home Depot do the repair free of charge, but opted to have Lee do the job. We trust the superb quality of this company’s workmanship and valued our peace of mind in knowing the job would be done right the first time.In this time of covid19 running rampant throughout the world, we appreciated Doug and Lee wearing a mask and shoecovers while in our house. This longtime family business has always had the necessary parts & supplies needed for repairs & replacements for my OLD family home in the inner city. Plus, their recommended/in-house plumber, Tommy, has been prompt, pleasant, & professional each & every time he's done work here. Great guys!

We had an emergency plumbing issue on Friday evening. Roger came after hours and was able to remove the busted hot water heater and cap off the pipes to allow us to have water until he was able to return the next morning and install a new hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also able to take care of a few other issues while he was here that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend Roger and the company.

Their prices are reasonable and they're upfront about the cost. The gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his assessment and explained what he saw through the camera. I will be calling them again if I need their services in the future.

Today I had Homer and TY from Big City Plumbing come to my home. Both were extremely polite and professional. Having the same trouble arise several times after other plumbing companies had come I decided to give Big City a try. I couldn’t be more impressed Homer was thorough and was determined to find the issue versus finding a quick fix. Homer and Ty took great care in my home making sure to wear booties on themselves and there equipment even though I told them it wasn’t necessary but they insisted. I was also very surprised how reasonable the price was compared to the other prior companies had been. If you ever need a good honest company I recommend Big City. These guys went above and beyond. I wasn’t available to help with home’s plumbing issue so I left it up to my wife to deal with. After getting the run around with other companies, she made one last call. She went with Alamo Plumbing Solutions & made an excellent choice. It wasn’t as simple as installing a pressure reduction valve & replacing a hot water heater. There was much more involved. Trying to save a little money, she was having to remove a faulty unit, return to where it was purchased & get a replacement that the manufacturer made good on. After calling several companies & not one offered any solution other than buy one of their heaters. Most of the companies would not give her a quote over the phone. This would mean time she couldn’t afford having to meet with tech, after tech. The heater could “go”at any moment because of the high pressure & current leak. No time to sit through sales pitch...just need a quote.She made one last call & it was the best one.Santiago listened, discussed a solution (not SOLUTIONS), OFFERED to help make the exchange of faulty unit, set up for his crew to be at the house the next day, set up financing & most of all left her feeling respected & not “let me talk to your husband” mentality. In this world where you feel sometimes technicians are always “out to scam you”, that wasn’t the case here. All this was accomplished by phone mind you.Y’all did more than fix my plumbing, y’all made my wife’s life a lot less stressful.So I suppose this review is more of the human aspect of their service but just as important as the actual work performed.Thanks

Russell has been our plumber for years. His knowledge of plumbing is far beyond any others we have used in the past, and always tell us what is needed NOW, what can be done that saves us money, and what to watch for in the future. His bills are always reasonable. Best of all is that he is a small company so is nearly always the one who comes himself, and he knows us and our home.

Ricardo and Freddy came by my home and did a fabulous job with fixing the whining noises with my toliet and they also fixed the leak behind my hot water heater. Fantastic work!! I would highly recommend them!!

The driver almost side swiped me, cut me off and then proceeded to tail gate another vehicle. Anyone who lacks self control while other lives are involved i would assume also wouldn’t provide quality service.
