Best Water Softeners in San Antonio TX

I've used George's Plumbing several times over the past few years in San Antonio. At this point I ask for Dan and Austin by name because I've had such good experiences. I always walk away with a bit of knowledge and lessons learned - and of course resolution to my plumbing issue!Dan is a professional with plenty of experience. He has seen it all, and most importantly he respects his time and mine. I highly recommend this team.

You cannot have any quote on NOTHING unless they come to your house and charge $70 as base. I was trying to compare with other companies a simple test for my house after foundation repairs.. They refused to give me any idea on how much will that could cost... not a clue, not a detail unless I make them come to my house and charge me $70. I think that is abusive and VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

Mr.Rooter of San Antonio installed a carbon filter water softener system in our new home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the product. The carbon filter ensures the water in our home is free of harmful chemicals and it tastes great too! The warranty on the system is awesome too! We are so pleased!

Just like the song...Simply the BEST, BETTER than ALL the rest! Initially we had scheduled service with another company who was not honest with us about installing AC on the same day we scheduled to meet with them. So we called Will's All Pro and they were fast, friendly, accommodating, HONEST, with service on same day, last minute. I was very happy! They wanted our service, they valued us as customers. I have not had such great customer service from any company in a long time. They proved to me that they want our business and they truly care about the customer. I will recommend Will's All Pro to EVERYONE I know who needs AC repair. They are fast, affordable, friendly and the BEST AC service I now know. Needed a plumbing company to repair a faucet in our Church’s kitchen. I contacted them for an appointment. Everyone was extremely professional. They inspected the pipes and cutoff valves under the sink and found the other areas that were causing our continued water leaks (old corroded pipes) Raul and Rigo did an EXCELLENT job. Would highly recommend this company.

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

The good and the bad,They called back and got out here within an hour. Guy was super nice.Charge me $245 for a diagnostic fee. Was here for 5 minutes and said I had electrical issue. Had somebody else come out and fix one small thing on the water heater and it worked perfect. Kinda a rip off if you ask me. Especially from somebody who owns 3 construction company’s and is a trade worker. Also tech tossed all the insulation on the floor and just left it there.Wouldn’t recommend.

Overall they did great job. However, the estimated time communicated to us, took a lot longer than they said it would be. Also, they showed up 2 hours later than they said they would be here - we did not get any phone calls that communicated the delay. That aside, I would recommend them, as they did a good job.

As a first time home owner, I was having an issue with the water heater & a constant leak so naturally I was pretty worried that the leak was filling up a bucket enough for me to constantly empty out the bucket. My home warranty company that issued the original plumbing company was not taking the urgency into consideration since I had to do the follow-ups and also that they were No-Shows on both appointments they scheduled. I called Gill Plumbing Services and it was an immediate response and same day visit with in 20 min to half an hour!! The problem was temporarily fixed since it was later in the day near closing hours. Gill Plumbing said they can do a complete installation with the proper sized water heater and bring it all up to code. The problem was immediately repaired the following morning at 9am as he said he would. My experience was beyond my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!! It’s rare to find good reputable companies that care about what they do, are knowledgeable, have great customer service & do quality work. I am thankful for the work done on my home & I will use Gill Plumbing for all my future needs for my new home. The gentleman were very professional from beginning to end. Thank you both so much for coming out and doing a wonderful job!!

The guy that came was really rude and being such a jerk. Was having worst problems with my ac the next day and they still wanted to charge me

I called PLUMBIT because I saw great reviews on NextDoor for my community. I needed help with old toilets that were leaking and broken. I tried to do the job myself and hit a lot of roadblocks. Mr. Saucedo answered my call for help in the evening, after-hours. He was able to get me on the schedule the next day. He was up front before starting the job about the cost of the repairs. It was a great experience. He put a lot of extra effort and genuinely cares about the customer and the quality of his work. I will use this plumbing services company again and again! They also work on water heater, water softeners, sewer clogs, water leaks, etc.

Alex came by to do regular system maintenance on our HVAC system. He was professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

I called SA Plumbing for a suspected leak around my water softener. They sent a plumber out within 2 hours. Eric K. was amazing! Exceptionally courteous and patient. Explained everything. I did not feel like someone was blowing smoke up my you know where?. Would highly recommend and ask for Eric.
