The guys showed up the day after I called to clean out a clogged kitchen drain pipe in a 70 year old house. In less than an hour they were able to clear the clog from outside. No mess, no fuss, no nonsense. These guys know their business and they got to it. Very reasonable rates and positive attitudes. I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

Came out after hours...$77 dollar charge just to dispatch. A simple reattach of the PVC pipe from the house back to the main. Wanted to charge $754. Don't waste your time. Absolutely unreal.

Rockstar Plumbing is the best plumbing company we’ve used, ever…and we’ve gone through most of the big companies in San Antonio. David is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, hardworking and honest. He has a binder with pricing for all jobs, no pricing from off the top of the head. His rates are extremely reasonable and the job will be done with up to date knowledge and materials. Also, he will not try to sell you services you don’t need. Very pleased with the work performed by Eddie. I am however, a little disappointed with their appointment setters gathering my information and accurately confirming next steps of the process after having spoken to the plumber who they had call me. Clearly some in-house communication breakdown but all things considered, I’m glad the plumber made the necessary repairs to solve our leaking shower.

Goettl did a great job replacing all of the plumbing in my home and outside. They were quick, professional, and friendly. Juan P. came over after all of the repairs to do a hydrostatic test for leaks and he was so kind and friendly and explained how everything worked. Tommy was also so kind on the phone when I first called (sorry I was so upset Tommy). I will be using this company in the future for any repairs!

I am so thankful for this company. We called last minute on a Sunday and Tito was so helpful and was ready to head out to me right away. He came and was so professional and honest. He walked us through every step he did and explained what is best for us to do, and not do in a sitiruation like this, which is amazing because most companies won't do that at all.
