Called George Plumbing Co for an appointment. Appointment was scheduled the next day. Dan and Austin were good at explaining the problem, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with the service and will call again for any future needs. Highly recommend the company and Dan and Austin for plumbing needs.

I used their service over a year ago to help with a leaking garbage disposal. They were prompt, professional and timely. Replace the disposal and left me a business card. Fast forward to about a month ago, did a whole home remodel, the general contractor was taking their sweet time getting my new sink and disposal installed so I was STILL using the bathroom sink! Called, American Auger came out that week, hooked up the new single hole sink with my old disposal. Also installed a counter top button for my disposal and hooked up my new faucet!! I was ecstatic! He was very reasonably priced, timely and he cleaned up after himself which I only learned during this remodel that few do. Lastly I was told my water softener was “going out” but the general contractors plumber didn’t work on softeners, so tested my water, it was perfect. Explained why I was having the water pressure issue and why it wasn’t the softener, also explained the entire water testing process. Again, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! Cannot recommend enough!

The office staff and plumbers at Bluefrog offer great customer service. I have used Bluefrog to fix in door minor plumbing issues (replace toilet, leaky water heater) and also for an emergency water main leak - in all instances they knew how to fix the problems immediately and they left my home as clean as when they entered. Also I had a full home plumbing inspection done and was given a list of plumbing areas that were not 100% but was not pressured to address anything on the list. Both techs who serviced my home, Michael and Kyle, provided quality on-site service, were very timely at providing service, and very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

Dan Perkins of Mr. Rooter really helped our family. We are caring for an ill relative and the only toilet she could use in our home wasn’t working. We tried for over an Hour to fix it ourselves but got nowhere before we reached out for help. Despite being after hours, he showed up promptly with a professional and compassionate demeanor. Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. Edward responded to my resident's issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. I will go to Tietze first for my property's future plumbing needs.EDIT: Edward is still a great tech, but the behavior I have seen from Tietze recently shows a completely unprofessional lack of care toward customer issues, and I am surprised that, given the experience at my property, that they have been so unwilling to even discuss it with me. I have documented seven separate attempts to contact a member of the management team, but I have been brushed off each time and entirely ignored. My resident was left with her unit covered in fecal matter because of their technician's self admitted inability to properly address the issue after two visits, for which we were charged a full rate, even after the very same technician broke an additional pipe and exacerbated the issue. Incompetence should not be invoiced. Please fix it.2nd EDIT: After speaking with Pat and explaining the situation, she has helped resolve this issue in a manner professional, courteous, and understanding. The only reason I cannot go back to a 5 star review is because it took so many attempts and such effort to even find someone willing to talk to me. That said, I can once again highly recommend Tietze. For plumbing issues, it is Edward; for customer service, it is Pat.

Today was the third time John Gill has come to my rescue.First time was November 5th, 2020. My elderly step father needed to have a toilet fixed. John fixed the toilet same day and came back the same week to replace a toilet (not the one he fixed)The second time he helped me, I discovered a leak in the garage ceiling which is below my daughter’s bathroom. He took the time to walk me through what the issue could be. It turned out to not be a broken pipe but a leak between tub and shower faucet, leaking into the ceiling. This was in Early February 2021.Today, John replaced a faulty faucet in my elderly step father’s bathroom as well as the hot/cold pipes under the sink that are at least 40 years old.I continue to call John because he is reliable, honest and very thorough with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is good people as we say in Texas!

Joe Enriquez was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about my water pressure that seemed to low. He told me that the prv is the value that controls my water pressure. Joe adjusted the valve and I had great water pressure thru out my house. Joe saved me a lot of money by just adjusting the value instead of replacing the value. Thank you Joe.

Amazing service. My husband and I ran into a tub faucet issue and we had to shut our water off to fix it. Needless to say being 8 months pregnant and needing to have water was a necessity! We were waiting around all weekend for another plumber who kept giving us a run around so we called Aramendia and they came within the hour! Carlos was so nice and professional and he had a trainee that was also very professional and nice! I’m so glad they were able to come on a Sunday after 24 hour +of no water. Definitely will recommend and keep their card info close.
