I had a water heater going bad so I called the company through warranty, I had to call then 2 times just so I can schedule an appointment, even though they were suppose to call me the next business day. Anyways the finally came and took 5 to 10 minutes and just reset the water heater and said that it was my breaker. The next day it went out again so I asked for a different company and took about 30 minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with it, and it was the heater element of the water heater.We went with the other contractor through rheem and they're the ones that fixed it

Confirmed appointment 3 times , got all details including pictures , confirmed again but cancelled without any notice. Had to call them to find that appointment was cancelled. Will not use againUpdate - the response from your end is not accurate, initially when you called me you said yes you are booked but you will check with the team on the ground and get back. After that you called back (which I appreciate) and confirmed that if it is nearby , we can do it. Got my address and then called me back again and said , this is confirmed , one job was done early , they will come to your house. I called after sometime to check estimates etc and asked again for confirmation , the customer service person said , it is confirmed. After that someone else took over the front desk and then called me and asked me whether I can send a picture of problem. I sent the picture and also asked what time you will be here , she said by 1PM. I called around 1:45 to see whether they will be here , she told me that the appointment was cancelled. Please note that I had to call her to understand that the appointment was cancelled , ans I asked why , her response was - this is how plumbing job works, if something takes longer , they will have to cancel the next person in line and move to the next house.This is the first time I am hearing that this is how any business work , but even if that is how it works , why would you not call me and inform me upfront ? The customer has to call the business to understand whether it is already canceled? Please note it was not how you described in the reply, your 2 front desk people (one called the other assistant ) confirmed to me multiple times that you will be here. Even if you cannot , why would I have to wait for you to come and call you back to know that it was cancelled ?

I had AC issues and indoor pollution concerns. We contacted Schmidt Mechanical, and from the initial phone call they provided Genuine concern for our issue and demonstrated a sense of urgency to get it fixed ASAP. The technician, Jose, was a professional and patient with my all of my questions. He took the time to show me where and what was causing the issue, and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. Jose exceeded all customer service expectations, a true subject matter expert. I am considering an entire new AC system install with the MICRO-PURE air purifier system. A quality company that worked with me!

I called Anchor and they were able to come within just a couple hours. Brandon and Pete showed up, all I can say is WOW! I am so pleased with them. They fixed a silly problem I had been having with our new shower heads for the last 6 months, in 10 minutes. And fixed one of the toilets. They were punctual, super polite, professional, and got straight to work. If I ever needed a plumber again, I would recommend Anchor, and request Brandon and Pete by name.
