A representative came out on a Saturday and installed a kitchen faucet for me as I had a house full of company coming. My faucet was old and just a trickle would come out. He was a life saver. He was very professional and kind.

Another great service call! Same day I called for service. Troy came out to service what I thought was my AC unit but turned out to be my thermostat. Changed it out and we are back in service again! Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Parker and Sons were great. We had them out after an inspection on our house revealed some leaking around the hot water heater. They came out promptly and determined the tank on the heater had a small leak. They replaced it the same day. During final walk through, a small leak was discovered. Turns out there was a pinhole leak on a pipe coming from the tank. They were there the next morning. And since they serviced the tank last, they had no charge for the follow up. Great service!
