We received a call and text about 30 minutes before the team showed up. We had a new water heater and pressure relief valve installed. Alex and Andrew did a thorough and professional job. I even got my floor swept and swiffered before they left. We are very satisfied and now have a one year service partner plan.

Hardest thing to do is call for a service that you began and can’t complete. Trying to locate a professional business and be able to trust what they say upon first meet. Well Justin and Mario met those and exceeded the trust expectations. They arrived quickly and assessed my mess. After a detailed explanation of what the issue was and how to combat it I consented for the work. During the short time that they were at my home they were professional, quick and didn’t make a mess like I did. So would I recommend? Yes, highly. The little time dealing with A&A I can see I’ll be a repeat customer as I sign up for a maintenance service. This dynamic duo is like having a supply of WD-40 a phone call away. Great job.

Colin and his partner provided me with exceptional service today. They showed up FAST!! They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Colin kept me informed at every step. Whole house replumb.Used A&A Plumbing due to a glowing review from a friend who is extremely discerning about contracted work. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get the same individual to do the work. Biggest issue was the lack of respect for our home and treating it like a trash can. Large sections of lines were left uninsulated by the soffit vents causing them freeze over during the last freeze.Most of the issues were addressed that are shown/described only after calling/emailing to point it out. If you do go with them, make sure they are doing it correct and double check everything they do. If Kyle is still there, ask for him.

Dale and Tanner were great! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the whole process from beginning to end and provided different options. I was stressed prior to their arrival but they took care of my water leak and made me feel at ease once they identified the issue and fixed it. Definitely recommend them and this company to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Chris Wilson and Matt came by from A&A Plumbing to replace our main water line and did a fantastic job! On the day of the service, Chris and Matt arrived on time and were very professional in their approach. They quickly assessed the situation and went to work, using their tools and expertise to diagnose and fix the problem. I really liked that they took pictures throughout the process and photos were sent to us as well. 2 techs were here today for a free evaluation as part of my service contract. They did a good job fixing some extra stuff i needed done. We started using A&A Plumbing a few years ago just after the snowstorm and freezing temperatures. They were responsive, quick and professional while helping us with our plumbing issues. Since then, they are our number one, go to, plumbing service. Technicians like Adam, Alex and Matt did a great job today in explaining everything and answering all my questions. Alex Sipes was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. The faucets were installed perfectly, and he took time to help us understand where we could make improvements to the connections. He was very respectful and cleaned up after his work was done. We highly recommend A&A Plumbing!

Alex and Andrew came and helped us fix our pressure regulator. Alex explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was very easy to understand. We got a phone call when a plumber was ready to be sent out, and another phone call from Alex when he arrived at our house. They were very patient and understanding with us seeing as we hadn't made it home yet by the time they arrived, but they were able to wait for us which we are thankful for. The job took about an hour and we had our water pressure restored to normal again!

Kyle came almost as soon as I called and did a thorough inspection of the property to check if there's a leak because our water bill was incredibly high. He was so helpful and I feel confident that he's right that there is no leak! A&A Plumbing is very trustworthy and I am making them our regular servicer.

Service call response was extraordinary with service call available immediately. David and Max showed up promptly and were extremely courteous and helpful. The issue was discovered quickly and dealt with right away - both were professional and knowledgeable as well as informative to those of us without a plumbing background.Finally A&A rates were extremely reasonable. I was happy enough to sign an annual service agreement on the spot.

We called AA plumbing because we provide Photobooth for them and while at their location we could see firsthand it is a top notch operation. We called for a quote to reduce our water meter from 1”1/2 to ¾”. Having a smaller meter will cut our water bill in half. Chris W was the plumber who provided the quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and addressed any concerns I had about moving to a smaller meter. Once I coordinated the meter replacement with SAWS, Chris W and Evan B returned to complete the job. There were some unexpected issues that arose specifically the pipe leading to our house was actually a 2” pipe but Chris was able to call in reinforcements to bring the additional parts, yet another reason to work with such a well-run company like A & A plumbing. Chris W and his partner Evan B. completed the job and the workmanship far exceeded my expectations. I have the exact same water pressure as I had before and expect the smaller meter to pay for itself.

Glad I found A&A. Calling and scheduling a technician was extremely quick and easy.Adam, as my technician, was very professional and personable. I'm a first time home owner and had tons of questions unrelated to the initial call. Adam was very patient and knowledgeable and gave me tons of advice.The initial call was to fix a bad DIY job from the previous owner. Adam spent the time to fully evaluate solutions for me as well as giving me varying options to keep cost low.Definitely earned my repeat business.

David was an absolute pro, was very thorough in his explanation, and I could tell he really knew what he was talking about. Another plumbing company I didn’t really trust gave me bad info and David was able to explain in detail his findings. David and Tanner were did the job quickly and expertly, they cleaned up and really did a good job installing a new clean out. I would trust these guys again, very good company. David and Jason did a great job assessing, repairing, and cleaning up after an underground leak in the main water supply line from the meter to the house. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and communicated very clearly. It was a physically demanding job yet they were in no hurry to leave; rather they were deliberate to ensure we were satisfied with their work.

We had a catastrophic water softener failure that resulted in resin being distributed throughout all the plumbing in our house. Edward and Jordan came on short notice (on a Saturday!) and were able to quickly address it for us. They replaced both the water softener and the water heater as well as a couple of faucets, ensuring that all plumbing was back to normal on that same day.They did a great job, we’d definitely hire them again.

Alex and his helper repaired a leak under our bathroom sink. We called in the morning and they were able to come within a couple of hours. He was very helpful in explaining what work needed to be done and was efficient doing the job. They also checked for other leaks around the house.

We had Henry, one of A&A's techs, come out recently to do a water heater flesh and maintenance check. He arrived on time, was pleasant and personable company, got the job done quickly and more effectively than I expected. (Among other things, he cleaned out some calcium deposits that I didn't even know were there and got a toilet that I thought was useless working well again!) I would definitely recommend these folks!(It would have been a 5 star visit but for the fact that getting it set up was a bit frustrating; a couple of emails and texts went unanswered. Probably best to call to set up an appointment.)

A&A Plumbing did a tremendous job re-piping our entire house due to slab/foundation leak. Started with leak detection by Chris Wilson and finished by Chris Green and team over 5 long days of challenging re-piping. Very prompt and professional and easy to work with. I could rave about this company to anyone who listens! The valves that connect our water supply to our washing machine were corroded and leaking when we were getting our new machine installed, so without getting the valves fixed Lowes wouldn’t install it for us. After a recommendation we called A&A and were scheduled a same day service call. Less than 2 hours from calling the technician was at our home. Matt was so nice, professional, and informative, and quickly resolved our issue. Matt also went above and beyond and installed our new machine for us AND hauled the other one away! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and are so thankful to have a reliable family owned plumbing company to rely on!

Called on Sunday after hours person very nice. Got a call Monday morning first thing. They were here early morning Kyle was our service person. He went over and above. When it was determined the old one could not be fixed. He came back with a new one and they installed it by end of day. We had hot water that evening. Very curtious and informative throughout the process. I would use them again.

I liked that a licensed plumber was available within an hour of my call. Their visit fee is $30 which is cheaper than some other plumbing companies. However, why do they want to charge me $145 to put a hole in my wall for diagnostics that I will then have to pay to fix? That seems ridiculous. The leak was in a small piece of pipe that took less than an hour to fix and I was charged over $600. Really? This place is way too expensive.

From the time I made the phone call to the time Mario and Henry came and took the most wonderful care of me. I definitely have found a new plumber Henry is so knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me through the process. I thank you for the the amazing service

On Oct 17, 2022 David Smith and Evan came out to give us a quote. I was very very impressed with the two gentlemen. David was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Explained everything he was going to do and was very patient with me an explained more than once.

Paul came to my home to assist with my drain in my kitchen. He explained everything he was going to do thoroughly. He showed me some of the other things around the house that may need attention, but did not at all pressure me in any way to do any of the other things. He also educated me on a few things I was not aware of. In the end, he did an excellent job. Thank you Paul and thank you A&A. I hadn't known about this business until I happened upon it by accident and I can guarantee I will be calling you back for any other plumbing needs.

We had a clogged main line, and Mario came out to fix it, he was very nice, quick and very professional!

Henry came to do my annual checkup. I had been having issues with my water softener and he was able to test my water and accurately diagnose my issue and get my equipment back to peak operation. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to explain everything in an easy to understand way. Would definitely recommend A&A Plumbing and Henry.

Dale and Brandon were great . Dame was through and patient in finding a solution to repair issue . He didn’t rush and took his time to resolving the issue . He explained in great detail what was need to be done to fix the issues . There was no pressure at all and looked for every way possible to help us with pricing .

Mario and Paul came out to assess our sewage back up and explained cost, repair and maintenance. They were amazing and had us back up and running in no time. They showed us where our line was broke and that it was on the city side and gave us all the documentation to submit to our city, so they can repair the line. It was a pleasure to work with Colin Schexnyder. He was knowledgeable and professional. I hope to work with him again as we want some upgrades. Goetle couldn't get to our fix till next week which meant my infirm mother would have no water for a week. Quarter Moon the same way! AA came out and 4 hours later it was done! Pick them over Quarter Moon or Goetle!

Justin Flores very professional he came in and inspected the entire home plumbing. He surveyed the water damage on the kitchen ceiling. Then inspected the upstairs bathrooms. Found the leakage within minutes, gave his recommendations very reasonable. Will use this company again. Keep the great customer service up Justin??

Justin was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He broke everything down for me and taught me how fix little issues myself. I will be requesting him by name for any other issues that rises!

Just had A&A over again for more plumbing work. They replaced 3 leaky valves, one of which was on my Pressure Regulator in the Garage. Excellent service again! I'm so glad I signed up for their membership which means they will be my new plumbing company to drain my water heater and check my home for other potential plumbing issues regularly. Chris did a top notch job again! 3/4/21I believed I had a slab leak! I was very thankful to get an appointment the same day I called. Chris and Israel came to my residence properly equipped with masks and shoe coverings. They provided 3 options. Option 3 involved a diagnosis fee and a cost to re-rout the damaged copper pipe. I decided to compare costs by talking with other plumbing companies. After doing my research I called A&A back in the late afternoon and they were still able to come back to my home to diagnose the problem. Chris found the leak which was not in the slab but in the wall and quickly fixed it! They charged me less than the diagnosis fee. I am so happy that this company was honest and whose goal was to fix my problem and save me money! Nov 2020

Friendly customer service both on the phone and in person. The technicians were courteous, professional, and pleasant conversationalists. The work was done quickly and completely. They explained everything before they did any work, received my approval to do the work, completed the work, and gave me the opportunity to check that everything was completed to my standards.If nothing else, my dogs liked them. I think that says a lot. ?

The job was performed on Tuesday, 21 March 2023. The rain affected the traffic on Loop 1604 E and delayed their arrival at my residence.Mr. Chris Wilson and Mr. Matt worked very well together from start to finish! The tub faucet was replaced due to water dispensing at both the showerhead and tub faucet at the same time with more water coming out of the tub faucet. I will revisit the duration of dispensing hot water. Hopefully with this repair the hot water will last longer than 15 to twenty minutes.Both gentlemen are knowledgeable, hardworking, and courteous experts in their field! My husband and I are both elderly and retired. I must say that Henry Broderick has fixed several plumbing problems for us. He is very professional and polite. He always answers my questions if I have any concerns. He does a great job each time we need him.

Super easy to work with this company. I was able to arrange things by phone, they were willing to come out and do the work at the house while I was still at work. Henry B does an excellent job maintaining the outdoor water tank, water softener equipment and all bathroom plumbing fixtures at my residence. Henry is personable and great at explaining what the repair/installation requires.

We called aa plumbing about a drain issue that we were having. We were pretty sure that there was a broken pipe, but understood that AA plumbing would check to see if the drain was clogged, for about $30.00. They decided that the drain should have the camera sent down - for close to $500.00. We did that. They confirmed that there was a break - marked where it was and said that they would fix the problem for 5,500 and that we would be required to dig up our yard and fix 40 feet of plumbing - out to the San Antonio water line. Well we thought we would dig up the break ourselves so we did - there was no break. They wanted to start with no break and then dig up 40 feet of yard. That is either the worst scam or the least trained plumbers.

We have used A&A for years and have always been very satisfied with their services. The employees of A&A are always extremely friendly and helpful, and the service is always exceptional. I recommend them highly.

A&A plumbing came out next day for a busted pipe I had. Calling and making the appointment was very easy and the employees making the appointments were very polite and professional. They sent appointment times to my email and phone. Very convenient. They also gave a picture of the plumber that they were going to send to my house. They sent Kyle out and Kyle was also very polite and professional. He examined the pipe and told me what needed to be fixed. He also gave me options about how I could go about fixing it. I never felt pressured to go with A&A and that was important because other plumbing companies did not want to even come out to do the estimate. They just wanted to contract out before they even came out. Kyle even gave me payment options. I decided to go with A&A and Kyle came out the next day and had the pipe fixed and my water running again. He took pictures and sent them to my email and explained everything he did to fix it. He did a fantastic job and was very quick and efficient. I'm very happy with the repairs and the professional service. I will be using A&A again for all my plumbing needs.

This was my first time using A&A Plumbing and Paul and Collin were nothing short of amazing. On-time, friendly and honest. Kyle was our plumber for a double toilet foundation sewer pipe repair. He explained what would be done and kept us up to date on the repairs and timeline. He managed the excavation work and the repairs. We always knew when he would be onsite and kept his work very clean and neat. I am extremely impressed with his work skills and professionalism. Primary service requested was to replace a pressure reducing valve due to low water pressure in the house. Called A&A and they sent a plumber within hours. Chris W listened to everything else I wanted done and explained everything he and his apprentice Tanner would be doing. They didn’t have the bathroom sink I wanted replaced but got it delivered quickly. Both Chris and Tanner were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have used other plumbers in the past, but I will definitely be using A&A again. In addition, they are local, and I like to support local businesses when possible.

Fresh water line was leaking in the front yard. Technician showed up within an hour or so. Repair was satisfactorily completed a little after midday.

Alex and Tanner were great! They immediately knew what the problem was and how to get it fixed. Not only did they fix the issue I called them out for, they went the extra mile to identify any other issues. While Alex ran the camera through our sewer pipes, Tanner took pictures and pointed out the issues I was having on the screen. They also took the time to discuss several repair options for today and issues that could be taken care of in the future. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure everything was in order before they left! And the cat liked them too, so that's a plus.

Too many water leaks in our house over the past 7 yrs so we had A & A come out and reroute our water throughout the entire house. They were courteous, professional and worked diligently to get the job done. Seth and Tyler worked 4 days straight and then they sent a team of 4 out which included Seth, Josh, Brandon and Chris. Stop looking and hire A&A Plumbing! We used A&A Plumbing to repair our entire sewer system in the backyard. A&A was the second company we contacted to give us an estimate. David came to the house and scoped all of our drains. So grateful that he did! We discovered issues that the first company did not find, and these issues would have been a greater problem to fix down the line. David was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. When you speak with David, you can tell he really enjoys his job. The repair process was so organized and timely. We worked with Brandi in the office. She was great with scheduling the repair and inspections. Seth was tasked with completing our project and he was amazing! He kept us very informed of his progress and his guidance helped us obtain repairs needed by the City. I'm really so happy that we chose A&A. Chris and Ray did an awesome job today. They displayed great expertise in their work and gave us great options since our water heater crapped out. A leak from cheap piping fried our electrical and flooded our drip pan. The guys quickly assessed and went to work and in less than 3 hrs had us up and running again. That includes drive to us, driving back to pick up parts and whole new system, paperwork for system and water heater installation and wiring. While other plumber companies we called post poned our emergency of a live leak to 2-3 days just to look at it... A big thanks to A & A team for taking care of us immediately.

A&A dispatched Kyle to our home after we discovered a problem with the main sewer line. Everyone’s nightmare. But when someone as educated and experienced like Kyle comes in with all the answers and explanations, it takes a lot of fear and worry off the table. Did come on short notice, did good work; but charged near 600$ to install 1 toilet which I provided. Had quarter moon plumbing install 3 toilets four days prior for 375$ total. Only reason paid it because going out of town next day. Charges are ridiculous

We went through several companies who couldn’t figure our problem out, and Kyle was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of our way to write us a Thorough report to help us lower our water bill. The purpose for this review is to commend staff members, of A & A Plumbing, who assisted me on 6/21, and 6/22/2022. My initial call, was to apprise the receptionist of a concern regarding my water softener. I advised her, (I failed to record her name) that I had drained and refilled the brine with salt and wanted to ensure the softener was functioning properly and appropriate settings made. She replicated my request without missing a beat. An appointment was scheduled for the following day.I received a phone call as promised, indicating the technician was enroute to my location. Prior to their arrival, I obtained an email, picture identification and credentials of the responding technician. Upon entering the residence Kyle introduced himself along with his assistant. Following a brief discussion of my issue, Kyle stated he would complete a preliminary assessment and report his findings. In the interim the assistant checked the water for hardness, announcing all was well. A short time later, Kyle provided his evaluation. He related the Softener is working okay. He went on to relate, that he made a couple of minor adjustments to the unit. I might add, Kyle checked my water pressure and hot water heater.In summary, it is my hope that the four (4) staff personnel be located and apprised of my personal thank you! your professionalism and businesslike attitude will no doubt retain many returning customers, including me.The email notification alone with picture Identification and credentials is an outstanding idea.

The cold temperatures from the February 2021 winter weather caused water to freeze in some PVC piping attached to my outdoor hose's faucet, breaking the pipe and causing a leak. Edward and an apprentice plumber came in and replaced the pipe and faucet in no time, made it better, and for a reasonable price. I can now turn my main waterline back on and take warm showers again. Had the pleasure of having Mr. Max as our technician today to complete an annual inspection as part of a contract with them. Very professional young man, totally honest and transparent. We were supposed to have both water heaters flushed but when Max inspected them he told me it was my choice but his recommendation was not to have it done as a failure could result. Our water heaters are 11 years old and the base of one of them looks rather bad. If he’d had flushed them it was possible for one or both tanks to have a catastrophic failure and we would be forced to replace them now regardless. I appreciated his professional opinion which will allow my wife and I to go over options instead of “having” it decided for us due to a failure. Thank you Max for your honesty and professionalism and thank you to A&A for your prompt service. I would definitely recommend A&A Plumbing.

Colin and his plumber apprentice arrived right on time and replaced our old beat-up-to-the-max toilet with a new one we had bought. They removed the old toilet and installed our new one in a very timely manner. They let me and my wife know every step of the way what was happening, explained to us thoroughly about the newly installed toilet. They were very thorough, polite and professional, as well as personable. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. They even took a look at my water heater and showed me how to adjust it, nice. We have been with A&A Plumbing for some time now and have never had any bad service from them. We are also on one of their plans where they come out twice a year and check to make sure everything is working correctly. For a non-handy-man person like me (that reads as I should never have a handy-man tool in my hands EVER, lol) this is a great service. Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing!In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome!One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement.

I was very impressed from first phone contact through initial meeting and on to completed repair. The plumbers were very professional and did a thorough inspection and repair. We know it's the luck of the draw when selecting a new repair professional. Well after their service, I felt like I drew a royal flush. They'll be my go to for plumbing needs!

Kyle Hunt is a very knowledgeable, professional plumber. He is polite, considerate, and always on time. I had a slab leak and he detected it quickly. He rerouted the pipe line and for the first time in 21 years I have hot water in my kitchen. I highly recommend him to do work for you.

These people are insane. They wanted $1,200 to $1400 for one leaky shower faucet handle. The plumber who came out was named Henry and he looked at the faucet and without taking any of his tools out to inspect the leak said that since my house old would need a whole new set of faucets installed since the ones I have are so old they are no longer made. Which I completely understand. But Henry the plumber never removed one single item from its place to inspect the leak. He just looked at it. Needless to say I thanked him and paid the inspection only fee of $29.99.I ended up having a friend of a friend fix the issue with the leak and after less than one hour of removing and inspecting the faucet handle leak it turned out to be worn out rubber washers. The washers were replaced and the leak was gone. This friend of a friend only charged me $70 but I gave him $100 for saving me lots of money if I would have gone with A + A plumbing or as I now call them Astronomical Amount Plumbing.Here is my response to the owners comments below.....There was, as you put it a poor experience that I had with your company. I hope people reading this take heed and look elsewhere to repair their plumbing issues. There is nothing to correct in my review even if you were to offer me a full refund of the service charge of $29.99. I would not change my review or opinion of your company as there is no excuse for overcharging customers an exorbitant amount of money on unnecessary work. What I stated above is factual and true. Therefore, I will not remove or edit my review.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink that pretty much rendered my kitchen unusable. And this was on a Saturday, no less. Not wanting to wait the entire weekend with dirty dishes in the sink and an unusable kitchen, I Google'd and found A&A who had really good reviews. So, to the meat of things: Their trip charge for the after hours emergency call was reasonable. And they came out within 90 minutes of my initial call. Granted, mileage may vary on the time to repair, but I am well pleased by the entire transaction. David Williams was the plumber on call that day (sorry David!). He was super professional, super nice, and quickly repaired my problem. Awesome company ALERT! I had two water leaking issues within the last month, but A & A Plumbing really took care of those problems for me! Their service is in a class of its own! First of all, the reps making the appointments are very polite and accommodating; I was even able to get a same day appointment! The technicians, Chris and Israel, were extremely knowledgeable about their craft. They were also very professional. Chris answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease when dealing with these plumbing issues. They also send a picture of the plumber beforehand so you know who to expect as a safety measure. I've used multiple plumbing services in the city, but A &A Plumbing is the BEST hands down!

I had a shower valve that needed replacing, and an outdoor water line that needed to be rerouted. A+A had a technician there the next morning to do an estimate. Colin was an absolute professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and answered every question at length. They were able to get a team to my house when I requested, and did an exceptional job fixing both issues. Colin was very accommodating to any little nitnoid issues that arose (like replacing screws that I misplaced), and even gave me a spare shower valve cartridge. Pricing was what I would consider fair and market value, and also very transparent. I know it can be daunting trying to choose a competent, honest person to perform work like this for you, and I'm glad I chose A+A Plumbing. I would absolutely recommend them, and Colin in particular if you have plumbing issues.

We had David Smith and Jaysin come out to install a water softener for our house. We were really impressed with their level of professionalism, knowledge, and meticulous work. Kyle and Michael did an outstanding job. My water line running under the living room floor broke and when Kyle & Michael arrived they identified the problem and explained the issue while addressing all my questions. They were able to fix the water leak and provide high quality service. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs and will definitely call them if I ever have another plumbing issue.

Had a whole house repipe done and Kyle was able to identify all the issues with the house. He was very professional courteous and offered a lot of insight into prolonging the lifespan of our pipes. He came out on multiple occasions and was totally professional. Chris was the second plumber that had arrived and he was also courteous and professional everyone at a&a all the way up to the dispatch team was top notch. Plumbing is headache, but fortunately there is companies like a&a that absolutely knock it out of the park and relieve some of the stress of home maintenance.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have much of an experience. Despite a very detailed presentation of information on their website about sump pump services; we were informed A&A does not do that type of work/service. People on the phone were very friendly and professional. Webpage needs to be updated so it no longer contains this information.

They do good work BUT they overcharged me for removal and installation of a new toilet. They charged me 1095.00 dollars to do this. After talking to several people they said they overcharged me for a pretty simple job. I don't know why they would do this as I have been using them for years.

On June 5, 2020 we needed our washer taps changed out and new hoses put on rather quickly. We bought a new washer and dryer and they would be delivered in a couple days. We set up an appointment with A&A Plumbing. We received a curiosity call notifying us the plumbers had been dispatched. Plumbers Ryan and Jacob arrived timely. They were very friendly and provided an estimate prior to doing the work so there would be no surprise charges. They did a great job, tested the lines and left the area clean. Discovered a half inch of water in the guest bedroom! A&A quickly found the leak and capped the pipe and devised a plan to reroute water to the guest bathroom, which will be done next week. In the meantime we have cold water to that bathroom, and A&A's fast and competent skills helped keep the damage to a minimum, relatively speaking. This was obviously a horrible experience to go through as a homeowner, but the professionalism of Ed Garza and his assistant, Matt, made a bad situation a bit more bearable. I'd use A&A again in a heartbeat.

The responsiveness starting from my initial service request was excellent. I called requesting service on a Saturday. I had A&A do a complete repipe of my 95yo pier&beam house. I had them add a whole house carbon filter to my water softener as well. I could not be happier with my experience. Their price was very reasonable. The job was completed ahead of schedule and to my critical satisfaction. David and Ryan's friendliness and professionalism set a standard that very few can match. They went through everything to done beforehand and then let me know as they started and completed each component of the project. When any vagaries were encountered during the job they would ask me how I would like to proceed. They never failed to wear those paper booties when entering the house. All of the debris was removed when they were done. This was how you hope your projects will go, but somehow never seem to. If you hire this company and David or Ryan is your guy, you will not be sorry.

This is a 10 STAR review!!!!!!. On Jan 6, 2022 Chris came to access a sewer backup at my home & found 3 breaks in the sewer line. He prepared an estimate for replacement, providing photos of issues & explained what would be involved. He was very professional & happy to answer my questions.Work began on Jan 18, 2022. Seth was the plumber & Chase, the helper. Before beginning, Seth asked where I wanted the dirt placed, laying plastic over the grass before beginning the digging ( of which I was impressed). Seth skillfully operated the backhoe, taking great care to prevent any damage to my property other than what was necessary, explaining things as he went along & kept disruption to my property at a minimum. He kept the trench width to the minimum required to do the work, answering my many questions quite cheerfully as we went along.Around noon, he knocked on the door asking me to come look at what appeared to be a cement pipe in the trench. I asked him to call the city to identify ,as there were no utility markings in the yard ( only gas & elec marked clear in the street) A public works employee from the city came out & identified the city main water line buried IN MY YARD. ( not the street as is usually the case) He said he had not been notified of any digging taking place that week on my street . The city was supposed to do.( Brandy was told when calling for permit, the city would now notify all depts for marking the utilities. A change from how things had previously been done.) The city dropped the ball.This discovery dramatically changed the way Seth & Chase had to do things. They either had to hand dig under the water pipe( to get to broken sewer line) OR run the new pipe over the top (which city said was ok), adding elbow connectors to stairstep the new line down. The outer sidewalk also needed to be cut out. This delayed job another day.These two young men worked all day ( on the second day) in 30 degree weather, never wasting time or taking breaks due to the cold.( I felt bad for them, asking if they wanted to come in & warm up) Chase, unfortunately, had to do alot of hand digging in the very cold that day. ( not an easy task with the ground being near freezing).Site cleanup was done at end of each day with plywood being placed over the trench on each side of inner sidewalk. Caution tape surrounded the trenched areas. After backfill, the whole area was cleaned...including the street by curb & all debris taken away.The EXEMPLARY service & professionalism these men provided is almost unheard of these days where contractors don't seem to care. I am SOOOOO pleased with the work they did & highly recommend them to anyone, having already given the company name to 3 of my friends. Seth's knowledge & ability removed all the stress I was feeling about having the job done. Not to mention his engaging personality making me feel quite comfortable.It is obvious that Joey Swarez, owner of AA Plumbing, chooses his workers well. He should be very proud, especially of Seth. Kyle and his apprentice Jerred came out to our property and saved use a world of hurt after the Winter Storm that hit us late February. Kyle gave us three options on how to fix our situation long term and promised to get the water back on the same day. Kyle and Jarred were extremely professional, compassionate, and lighthearted! Great work!Second time AA Plumbing came out was on 3/9/21. Chris and his apprentice Jacob came out to finish the job to remove old pipe from under the house and dig a trench for our new water line. As we waited for CPS to come out and approve the dig, Jacob found leaking towards the back of the house and we discovered a busted pipe behind the dishwasher. Chris walked me through what all was happening and commended Jacob for spotting the leak. We were able to remove the dishwasher and clean out the area — and this was all before CPS got here! The guys were able to help solve a completely different issue than the job they were originally assigned. Now that’s dedication to the job and the customer.Kyle and Jarred set the stage of what we were to expect from AA Plumbing and Chris and Jacob brought it home. Once you get talking to these guys, you realize just how lucky you are to see the dedication and full hearts they’ve got with the jobs they do. Called them after getting a quote from another company and having felt un-wowed by anything they said. In fact, I paid company x to come out and provide me a quote (full intention of replacing what I had) and I was so unimpressed with their service that I didn't even think twice about calling someone else. That someone was A&A Plumbing. And boy did they deliver! Apologies for not giving names but you know who you are.Here's why 5 stars:#1 made the appointment by phone - the receptionist was empathetic, nice and responsive to my questions. She immediately put me at ease - unlike those other guys who, when they called, had a bunch of questions about where we lived (gated? Part of town? You get the idea) - and actually listened to what I wanted.#2 appointment included, though I didn't think to ask for one, a photo of the repair tech before arrival! Nice touch.#3 they arrived as planned, introduced themselves and were personable throughout the entire experience (install a water softener, replace an existing water heater). In fact, I felt so comfortable - I left them and my garage open to run an errand (gone about 40 minutes) and on my return, the job was nearly complete. No muss. No fuss.#4 same day service. Are you kidding me? Home run!In the end, the work was done (they even put away all the things that were in their way) the payment was made, and they left a completely satisfied homeowner. If I have problems (doubtful) I know these guys will be around to take care of it - and that's peace of mind you may not get with some of the other guys.

A & A Plumbing is an excellent company to work with. They scheduled the appointment and gave me a window that I could work with (Not all all day between 9am and 6 PM). They also notified me that the technician was en route and who to expect (an actual name). Edward was professional in explaining the problem and my options for repair. He showed me a written quote of what the repairs would cost. The repair was done in a timely manner. When the work was completed, Edward went over the repair process with me, explained the completed repair/warranty and showed the before and after pictures. I felt very confident in the work done and will use A&A Plumbing again when needed.

With the recent snow storm most plumbers told me no appointments were available until mid March. A&A was able to get a plumber to me shortly after I made the call. Edward was very thorough. He took the time to explain the issue & give me different options. I will definitely use them again if any other issues arise.

We called A&A Plumbing after discovering a leak in our living room and not knowing the source. The offered to come out the same day and provided a very reasonable quote. They found water to be flowing out next to a 1/2” hot water line and they rerouted the water line. After the repair they ensured no other leaks throughout the house and talked us through some concerns we had. They listened and answered all our questions attentively and guaranteed their work. Both young men that repaired the leak were courteous, and extremely professional. We were relieved that the cost was very reasonable. This was my first time using A&A. Ryan came out promptly as scheduled. My leak was not visible but due to my water bill being 4x higher than normal, I knew something was very wrong. I had called A&A for a second opinion and because I was impressed by Ryan's knowledge and professionalism I decided to hire them. Ryan explained my options very thoroughly and helped to reassure me. The work was scheduled for the following day and again they arrived on time. In less than 3 hours they had located the leak and installed a new service line. While they did not get out until a little after 1PM, the front office had communicated with me to let me know this.The guys did very good work. I am not a plumber by any means but I am able to recognize a job done right. We tested out the tub after. No leaks and it drains a lot quicker than it used to!I really enjoyed that Kyle and Daniel were able to work with my schedule. Wonderful experience with A&A Plumbing. A valve broke on my water heater and the water flooded my garage. I called them this morning . They put me on their priority list and 2 plumbers were there within a half hour. They worked fast and I commend them for their excellent workmanship. The journeyman plumber, Ryan Huff, explained all of the work to be done. He offered me options ranging from lower cost to higher cost. Everything was done in an outstanding manner. Very professional. Patrick and Dave were excellent, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional when they installed our new water heater and softener. They went the extra mile in everything they did. Everything was complete in a few hours, and when they left, I think they did a little extra cleaning in my garage. It looks better now than when they arrived.We couldn’t be happier than we are with A&A and their exceptional team!

I have been extremely pleased with the service that I have received from A&A Plumbing. We have had issues with the foundation of our house shifting and the foundation warranty company suggested that there must be a leak somewhere on the property. Kyle and his assistant (I apologize that I don't recall his name) were both very professional and thorough on performing a static pressure check on the interior plumbing of the house. Even though the interior plumbing passed the test the foundation warranty company was convinced that there had to be a leak somewhere. Since one of the toilets had to be removed in order to perform the static pressure test I mentioned to Kyle that I had been thinking about changing the toilets out to a style that I liked better than what was in the house when we bought it and Kyle said he could pick up the toilets and come back that same day and install them. He quoted me a price and I now have brand new toilets in a style that I I prefer. He then came back the following week as part of their VIP package and drained the water heater which probably had not been done since it had been installed. He explained the importance of the service in order to lengthen the life of the water heater and also went over the benefit of a water softener since San Antonio has really hard water. Thr house we lived in for 22 years also had a water softener so we had already been planning on having one installed. The next service call was with Ryan and Melvin as we were still trying to chase down the water leak. Although the foundation warranty company had sent their own plumbing company out to check for leaks I was told that they had found one and had repaired it but Ryan discovered an additional leak in the pipe in the front yard. If that had not been discovered and repaired it could have been used against us to void the foundation warranty. Within a couple of days Dale and Chris came out and replaced the broken pipe and also installed the water softener and a filtered drinking water system. All of the technicians have been extremely polite and professional and made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the work that had been done. They are definitely my go to plumbing company whenever anything goes wrong and needs to be repaired! Great job A&A Plumbing!

David and Seth responded less than two hours after the initial call about my leaky water heater. The dispatcher managed to push up my appointment window by three hours. In less than four hours David and Seth installed a brand new heater, answered all my questions, followed all covid procedures, cleaned up, and in general demonstrated a level of courtesy and professionalism that is getter rarer these days. I will definitely be using them for any and all plumbing needs. Very pleased.

I called A&A in to review and hopefully fix a bad tub and shower surround install from another contractor. They gave me a fair estimate, so we scheduled the work. The plumber who came out was knowledgeable and competent, and talked to me throughout the project. My final install was done well, and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for bathroom remodel work.

Just had A&A Plumbing out to the house for a clogged main sewer line. They were fast in coming over (withing 45 minutes) on a weekend. Ryan Huff was the plumber that was sent out along with his helper Matt. They were very professional and quickly assessed the problem. They discussed what options there were to deal with the issue and provided an estimate right away. The price was very reasonable considering it was after hours on a weekend. Dale Moore, Tradesman Plumber, and his crew- Paul, Raymond & Devon worked at my older home on multiple plumbing issues. Mr. Moore & I did a walk through of my home upon arrival to review the overall job inventory needed to be completed. Work started immediately afterward. Mr. Moore continuously kept me informed of progress throughout the day. All of the men represented A & A Plumbing in a professional pleasant manner at all times. The gentlemen were focused on doing their jobs correctly the first time. Mr. Moore used the multiple plumbing issues as teaching opportunities through frequently questioning, having the guys work alone/pairs/etc. The crew & Mr. Moore worked at my home on a Friday. Their day began in the morning and continued with the same work standards until close to 9 PM. It was not an easy day for them. Mr. Moore worked along side the crew all day. Their rapport as colleagues remained professional and team spirited.Overall time was very well managed, quality of work completed & explanations of additional work needed was clearly communicated. There seems to be a strong emphasis on cross checking that repairs needed are explained to the homeowner, the job is completed the right way & rechecked to confirm everything is correctly working.

We had a blockage in our house, unsure of what caused this I got recommended A&A as it serviced my area. David came out and did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing and what our options were. He completed the work same day within an hour we were up and running. He even checked other parts of the plumbing and sent estimates for areas of concern that could be problems in the future if we needed to know cost.

Chris and Kyle went above and beyond for us. They checked all the other things that could have contributed to the leak and quickly repaired the garbage disposal and checked for other problems. Luckily, everything else seemed to be in order. They also were extremely respectful, in terms of the silly request of knocking and texting vs the ring doorbell since my toddler was sleeping during their visit and the doorbell always wakes her up. Have had two great experiences with A & A Plumbing now. Back in May we had our kitchen sink replaced as well as put in a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Chris worked efficiently and completed the work same day. The completed job looked great and has been working well ever since. Unfortunately this month, our main water line broke due to ground shifting. Josh came by same day to diagnosis the problem and help set up what he recommended giving us different estimates depending on the job we wanted to do. We went the long term route and not only got the main line fixed but replaced our water heater and had it installed in the garage rather than the attic where it originally was. Josh and his team came back the next day and had all the work completed. Customer service is also top notch and the receptionist was always helpful & polite whenever I called with any questions.Highly recommend!

Chris W. and Paul were heroes!I woke up to discover that the Pressure Reduction Valve (PRV) in my front yard had failed and I had lost all water service to my home. After confirming the root cause with a SAWS technician, I called A&A to request emergency service.From the time I picked up the phone, to the time the repair was completeand water service restored took no more than 3 hours.They arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection of my plumbing system inside, outside and underneath my house, and presented me with a few options, along with the reasoning behind using different materials or techniques.They replaced the PRV, installed a new ball valve, and cleaned up some jury-rigged old sections of pipe. Definitely very skilled at their trade, concerned about doing the job correctly so that it's built to last, and professional, friendly, and kind to boot!

Extremely satisfied with this company and our plumbers Kyle and David. We had our water heater broken. The appointment was quick and easy. Ok, guests arrive at 1PM and at 11AM you flush the toilet and hear that gosh awful gurgle in the shower and detect the belch of sewer smell. A clogged drain! Quickly checking the outside tap you see that the problem is in a blockage in the sewer line from the house. Who do you call…. WE called A&A Plumbing after a great experience with them on a different plumbing issue a few years back. Again, a great choice! Ryan Huff, the on-call tech was dispatched arrived as promised and quickly worked to address our problem. He was great! Taking care of the blockage and showing us the “root” of our problem. The price was great with even a consideration for a repeat customer. A&A is a first-rate service! They do it right and treat you fairly. Kyle Hunt and A & A Plumbing were awesome! Kyle was very thorough and took a lot of time explaining the details of our remodel plumbing project and answered all our questions. We've used Kyle before on other projects and absolutely love his work and he's a great guy as well.

We had an issue with copper pipe under the house failing. They diagnosed this quickly and rerouted a new water line for us in one day while finding the least invasive way of opening into sheetrock walls. Ryan H. was our initial contact with A&A Plumbing. Excellent, professional individual. He was able to determine the two issues we had with our sewer lines. We only have one bathroom and Ryan H. was able to “expedite” the tunneling to the toilet line under our slab. The dig crew, independent crew, not part of A&A Plumbing was a little slow but once Ryan H. spoke to the “boss” the tunnel was completed the second day of digging.David S. actually did the repairs – WOW – this young man is a credit to A&A Plumbing. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence was very evident by looking at the photos from before and after the repairs. If David S. is not already receiving max pay – he needs a raise at the least a very good xman bonus.We are very satisfied with the workman ship and with both Ryan and David. There is only one question about the bill but I’m writing this review before speaking to anyone with A&A Plumbing regarding the single item on the bill.A&A Plumbing will always be the plumbing service I will use if ever a need arises and A&A Plumbing will also be the only plumbing service I will recommend. From start to finish; an estimate given yesterday, (Saturday) and the work completed within two hours, (Sunday) I was more than impressed with their efficiency and craftsmanship. Let me first say that Marie, has extremely professional skills when answering the phone, setting appointments, answering questions and follow ups on getting the job done. Jordan, Paul, and Danny were ON TIME for my appointment. Masks were worn 100% of the time and booties to cover their shoes when they needed to come indoors. They all did an efficient job of unstopping my main line that had both of my toilets backed up and unusable. It all started with the initial call, the office assist was so bubbly and friendly, and the tech, Chris showed up right on time! Chris was very helpful, answered all my questions and was able to install my water heater within a few hours. I commend him, because he stayed until the job was finished, even though it was late in the night. My wife was here during the water heater install - I got to see the results.They arrived on time and finished when they estimated they would. The installation is clean and professional looking and they left no trace they had been here other than the new water heater and associated plumbing. They swapped out the original hard-soldered lines that were installed when the house was built with all new ones and brought it up to code.We gathered several quotes for getting a new water heater installed and A&A came in lowest with a good water heater. We've used them before for a couple other things and have always been happy with them. They give a military discount as well.

I have had a chronic root problem in recent years. Had a number of Plumbing companies (three actually) come by, clean out the roots, then come back and do the same treatment once or twice a year. We had been dealing with a blockage in our kitchen sink for a few days, but it became worse over the weekend. I was looking for a reputable company that could send someone out on Saturday or Sunday. I had a bad leak in the 2nd worst place to get a leak, under and across every cement pad on my property. They showed up at 12:30pm for the estimate. David and Chris came in, said they could do it without tearing up my whole place, which surprised me. I had multiple options in case the first and cheapest didn't work out. They had job done by 5pm after replacing 82 ft of waterline with over 60ft of it under my double driveway and covered carport. I would recommend A&A Plumbing to anyone that needs their services. And it didn't hurt too bad. I guess it could have been MUCH MUCH worse. They were fast, professional and explained everything thoroughly.

They installed a sewer cleanout. I requested a quote from 4 different plumbers, A&A was the only one that ran a camera test to see where they needed to place it. The others just wasted my time and quote me a price without looking at anything. They were also slightly less in price. Very professional and prompt.

I called up A&A about a possible water leak. Was able to get someone to come out like the next day or so. David came out and tested and we did in fact have a leak under the foundation somewhere. We ended up having the whole house repiped. We got what I think to be a really good deal. David was very professional and took the necessary Covid 19 precautions. He could even take a good razzing from my husband.Dale came out with his team and did a fantastic job. He was also very professional and thankfully could take the razzing from my hubby as well. We did have an issue in our main shower where there was a reoccurring noise whenever you turned on any faucet or flushed a toilet. This was to no fault of Dale and his team. Dale come out on several occasions, poor guy, and troubleshooted the problem and was able to get it resolved.I was upset at first but Patrick did everything in his power to make things right regarding the noise. As the noise wasn’t something we had prior to the repipe. BUT as I mentioned this was no fault of Dale or Patrick.The work they did was top notch and they always made sure to clean up at the end of each day.OH! and Tracy was my best friend. Lol during the repipe she was the first call i would get in the morning letting me know Dale and his team were being dispatched to my house. Really happy with my experience. I had a major water leak (as shown by my leak indicator). They came out, isolated it and ended up replacing the line from my house to the meter. During the process a fairly significant amount of debris got into the water system. They cleaned all the clogs in the house and even came back later for free to fix a toilet we didn't catch right off the bat. The workmen were always very professional and kept me well informed. A bit on the expensive side but I believe it was worth the money.

Prompt responses by customer service including a photo of the technician that would be coming to my home. Another call telling me the tech would be there in 30-45 minutes. He was earlier than quoted. Once Chris arrived, he was professional and tidy. He wore booties throughout the home. I appreciated him walking me through what the trouble spots were with the line. We called about a leak that was from an outside water line getting into the bedroom wall / foundation. Setting up an appointment was very easy. I was at work but my girlfriend was home. The two guys who came, Jeremy B. and Sebastian P. were great and did a very good job with explaining the problem to her and showing her everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. WoW! Where do I start ! We have used A&A Plumbing for a few years and have never been disappointed with the Quality of their work. They have always called us right back when we have had a problem.This repair was in our front yard where a tree root had broken a pipe. The two young men who came out was named David & Cade. As they were working, they would show us exactly what they found, what needed to be done to repair the broken pipe, and exactly what the repair would cost. When they completed the job, we could hardly tell the repair had been done because they replaced the grass and our yard was restored. NO Kidding!We were so pleased with the job David & Cade did, we ask them to come back and replace our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Once again their work was done in a timely manner, the finished product of installation was perfect, and the clean-up when they left was also great. No mess, No debris, Nothing left behind. They were called to service my hot water heater and water softener. Even though I was their last service call of the day, approaching quitting time on a Friday, they replaced a faucet and unclogged a drain while performing the service call. I was at my wit's end as I had no water after the big freeze. I was not able to reach any plumber, their answering machines were all full. What a surprise when Tracy answered. I explained to Tracy I was a widow, a veteran and had been without water for days. She arranged for a service call same day and they were here within an hour and were able to fix the problem. I am so grateful to her and the two young men that came and performed the repairs. I will never use anyone else!!!

I called around 5:30pm and A&A quoted that they would send someone out within 45 minutes. The technician, Patrick, showed up in a timely manner, much quicker than expected! He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately so that he could get started on resolving it. Awesome service! We cold called them when we had a clogged toilet by asking Siri for plumbers in the area. The individual who answered the phone was very courteous and had a plumber scheduled for first thing in the morning (on a Saturday!). I appreciated the “heads up” call prior to his coming out. But, was really pleased to have also received a text with a photo of Patrick along with his experience. Patrick was exceptional and also checked our other toilets, faucets, under cabinet pipes, hot water heater, water main, and pressure. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing. We also signed up for the plumbing maintenance which includes coming out two times per year to check everything, remove hair from the drains, draining out the hot water heater, etc. I didn’t even know there was such a thing! Five stars for this company and for Patrick!

Kyle & Nate with A&A Plumbing were life savers! We noticed a leak in our bathroom Monday night and they showed up Tuesday afternoon. A&A is definitely ahead of the cusp with their tracking technology. When the guys were on the way, the dispatcher alerted us, sent a text with the plumber's picture and GPS tracking that showed their ETA. The guys were friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Go with A&A, you won't be disappointed!

Needed a plumber to fix roots that had grown into my clean out pipe. Looked on yelp and found this company had a large amount of 5 star reviews. I had been told by another company that I would need to replace the entire pipe from the clean out to the street. This would have cost me thousands of dollars. I called A&A. They worked with my busy schedule, sent email reminders, and on the day of service they sent me a link which allowed me to track the plumber’s vehicle to monitor their arrival time. Ryan came out. He ran a camera and showed me I DID NOT need to replace the entire pipe. These guys are honest and even gave me a discount. I highly recommend this company.

We had two Justins come out to do repairs on a kitchen faucet and give an estimate for replacing the toilet in a small bathroom. Turned out that the toilet could be fixed after all, so they did. They gave us a good deal on a new kitchen faucet, so we replaced it. They were both very courteous and professional. Didn't judge our messy house, either! ?

On May 30, 2017, David Eardley came to my house to work on a clogged drain line issue that has been plaguing us for a few months. He was able to quickly assess the issue and completely resolve it efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. I have used A & A plumbing previously over the years for my other house and I will continue to count on them for their services. They are affordable, professional, and knowledgeable.

I called them at 8 am they were there by 10 am. They sent me a text with info on the tech and a picture. the technician Jacob was professional and solved the problem with the water heater. He gave me a price quote before he started work. I had hot water within 2 hours. I am so grateful they were able to solve the last technicians work and make the water heater in compliance. They also gave me hot water after 5 days of no hot water. This company will be my new go to plumbing company for any issue.

Interaction was great. And the people were very friendly. They have lots of great features such as a text with a photo the plumber who is coming, but I couldn’t get past their prices. $180+ to replace a $40 delta shower cartridge is absurd. $1200 to replace 2 toilets, and we are talking contractor grade toilets. Couldn’t get past the prices. Guess their huge marketing budget has to come from somewhere.

Patrick & Jared came out today to repair a leaking PVC pipe at the water lines coming from the city meter. They were both were friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly explained the current issue and provided a really good theory on what could've caused the leak. I was provided three different options that not only took care of the leak but other maintenance items that we hadn't even thought about yet. Also, Kerry, the first person I spoke to, was very nice and explained their entire process from start to finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would hire them again if the need arises.

I called A&A and 5 other local plumbers at 730 am on a Sunday for a burst water pipe in my yard. An extremely friendly woman called me back and said someone would be over in 2-3 hours which was great. Kyle came to my rescue. He explained my options in detail. He was friendly and willing to answer all my questions while I watched him work. (I wanted to see how bad the damage was). I appreciate companies who have the same information to share with the customer. I waa also not offered any kind of receipt for work done and I had to call for a receipt at which time the lady in the office changed her story about pricing when I asked her about it . That did not settle well with me

David E and Jose were excellent. They helped me out of a real jam during Christmas week.. I ordered a tankless electric water heater from one of the big home improvement stores. I got two estimates for the install and they were both outrageous ( three times the price of the water heater). This was a replacement not a new install so all wiring and plumbing was already in place. David E and Jose gave a reasonable estimate and stayed to do the job immediately. My 93 year old mother in law is now very happy with hot water in her shower. Courteous and professional. I will definitely call then again for any plumbing work in San Antonio. A & A (Bryco) was recommended by a friend at work who said We Love Them I can see why!

This was probably the best customer service experience I have had in a decade! We were told by 2 other companies we had a major issue with our kitchen line that would cost 10k or more. Great response time. Friendly staff. Unfortunately it led to the typical we want to sell you 2k worth of stuff you didn’t call them for. I just needed a leaky pipe fixed and they quoted me A water heater a pressure reducing valve and used the typical scare tactic of “we can’t warranty our job unless you spend the two thousand dollars worth of stuff we think you need”. I’ve owned the home for 15 years had other plumbing done and never had the “pressure” as an issue. Thank you for reaching out to me. I did speak to Joey about this and I appreciate your offer to still do the job and give me a warranty for 30 days (despite the claim of high water pressure), provided I change my rating. My water heater stopped working. I desperately needed to repair it! Found A&A on Google. Receptionist was very Nice & MISLEADING! Told her my dilemma. She responded Well for 19.99 I can have one of our techs go check your water heaterI thought...that's great can't beat the price! Techs came to my house, gave me a price of 94.95 before touching the water heater! I asked what happened to the 19.99 I was quoted?? He said that's to come to your house. I was livid!!! But they were here, what could I do! Took 10 minutes to reset & get the water heater going! My bill was almost 100.00 because they supposedly waived the 19.99! It was very upsetting to expect to pay one price & be charged another! And NO...I didn't expect to pay 19.99 for the entire repair! I was told that was for the diagnoses and not to come to my front door!

David Smith was the man! What we thought was just a leaky seal turned into a bigger issue with the pipes beneath the house... Once the area was excavated, David was able to fix in record time. Had a leak. I knew it was a lose or broken joint in the PVC piping. This is the 2nd time it has happened and I learned it's from the ground shifting. He noticed a problem with drain hub at toilet which might cause problems in future. He offered to provide an estimate for the additional fix, but did not do a hard sell. My residence lost water pressure during the night. Kyle and his assistant came by and did a thorough job of looking for any signs of water leaks. Turns out I needed to replace my water heater which was leaking. These guys were honest and professional. I certainly will be using their services again for future issues.

Once again AA Plumbing showed up quickly when called. I had just had a new refrigerator delivered and the tap that feeds water to it failed. The tap comes off the 12 year old slightly rusty hot water heater and we knew it was time to replace. From first call at 3:00pm with no real mention of the water heater to completed job at 6:45pm Adam Herrera from AA was efficient and friendly replacing the water heater with a new tap for fridge. Their prices are reasonable and service is outstanding and I have no need to ever look elsewhere for my plumbing needs.

As with any plumbing leak, this was a Saturday afternoon emergency. Call A & A and all was good. David and Jose did a great job, were fast and efficient and the repair cost was reasonable.

On a Sunday morning the great team of Patrick and David came to our house to run a gas line to our island so we could have a gas countertop range before Thanksgiving. They were on time, performed a very clean job, showed us how to use our new appliance and made us feel like family. We are so grateful for their time and effort being away from their family on a Sunday so we could cook for ours.

My experience was positive from the time my daughter made the appointment to the conclusion of the job. The outside waterline to my house burst and my daughter called them. They were there the next day as promised, after calling me with time of arrival. The two young men were very polite and after checking out the damage, prepared and emailed three different repair options and conditions to both my daughter and I. Kyle, the lead plumber talked to my daughter by phone and answered her questions enough for her to select the option she deemed suitable. They started the work and got done within the estimated time, taking pictures as they progressed. They scattered the rocks as best they could and rinsed dirt from the rocks that covered the area they dug. I certainly will call A & A Plumming should I have any future need of a Plummer.

Discovered a problem this morning and after speaking with a very professional person, Cindy, at the A&A plumbing office had it arranged that someone would be at our home this afternoon.I asked if they could fit us in would get to the house a quickly as possible.Cindy called back to advise that they had a plumber available and he was on his way.Adam was at the house waiting for me and ready to go to work. Fearing a huge repair cost Adam methodically checked out what was going on.I couldn't see into the tub that wouldn't drain but Adam volunteered the information that the tub began to drain. His honesty saved us about $200 and for that I'm grateful. Super impressed by the outstanding service I received. They called ahead with a ETA, texted me a picture of the enroute technician and sent me a tracker for the driver. The technician, Randy, was super professional, courteous and friendly! I will definitely be using them again for all my future plumbing needs!

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed with this company. Receptionist was friendly and scheduling was easy, but they are quite expensive and the VIP service (preventative maintenance package) left a lot to be desired. To swap out the same model garbage disposal was $235.00 and took the plumber literally ten minutes. I even kept the same drain ring in the sink. Although the tech seemed knowledgeable, the VIP service was rushed and was little more than a look behind the sinks and flushing of the toilets. I had a couple of loose faucet handles that probably just needed a screw tightened, but I suppose that's not part of the VIP treatment. I was given a partial refund for the VIP service, but had to pay a higher price for the garbage disposal installation as a result.

This is a great company. Had a very minor leak, but still had to call the pros. From the time I called to the time it was all done, was less than an hour.Whenever I call these guys they never disappoint, very easily, best value for the money in San Antonio.K. Ball

Did a great job. needed the water heater diagnosed with trace rust on fixtures. Gave me honest options of work. The low and high end. Showed me what’s wrong in the bad places. Turns out the water heater was a ticking bomb that had a previous leak and wasn’t up to code.A&A keeps track of all equipment and knows who installed what. Got the house up to code and gave me a Texas licensed report on the paperwork with a 3 yr warranty. Also gave me two free flushes of the system for a year. Let me tell you why Ryan H. and A&A Plumbing will be our sole providers of any service needed:Came home from vacation to see a leak coming through our laundry room ceiling as well as our water softener stuck in service constantly draining. My initial reaction was to run around like Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone. Called A&A and they sent Ryan out.First, customer service is top notch. Not only do they stick to their times, they text you with a picture of your technician along with a link to track them.Next, Ryan showed up with Joe to check everything out. Everything they do is quoted and shown via their iPad. All pricing and services. Well bad news is my Master Bathroom flange was broken causing the leak. Good news is Ryan saved the day and explained what happened and what needed to happen. The water softener was a Kenmore UltraSoft 275 and beyond repair. Ryan showed me options and was not pushy. He said I could go to Home Depot and grab a softener off the shelf and install it, or have them put a system in. Explained the pros and cons of each without being biased. He really puts the ball in your court while making professional recommendations.Ryan and Joe left with the intention of coming back for the toilet flange fix later in the week. I called A&A back and said I’d like to do the water softener as well. “Not a problem, we’ll take care of it” was the response from dispatch. I cannot emphasize how customer service oriented this company is. Thank you, please, may I, etc. They are just complete professionals.Now, we weren’t planning on replacing the water softener at the same time, but they really do have great pricing. That on top of having a real system in place versus a throwaway softener in place made the decision easier.Two days later Ryan and Joe show up right away per our appointment. Joe immediately started work on my toilet flange while Ryan replaced the softener. My old softener was put in as if I (minimal to zero experience) installed it. Ryan reworked the valves and pipes and it now looks like it’s part of the house instead of some haphazard addition. Joe knocked out the new flange and everything was cleaned up. Ryan debriefed me on everything and what was next. Explained and pointed out potential issues that may arise that they saw when working. Not plumbing issues, but when I redo to master bathroom, I’d need to replace the subfloor due to water damage, etc. Ryan immediately set up an appointment to come out in two weeks to make any adjustments to the softener if needed. Awesome! I have other things that need to be done and am excited to have someone that can take care of it quickly, professionally, and at a great price.My experience echoes many of the reviews and I stand by this being a 5 Star company. It is so often we feel we get ‘taken’ when plumbing problems arise. A&A Plumbing is what companies should strive to be like. They keep you informed without feeling dumb. Everything is competitively priced and their #1 goal is your satisfaction. Although I do not want any emergencies or issues to come up, but if they do, I know who’s number is saved in my contacts.

I called to report a leak in toilet. Jeremy came and inspected toilet then wanted to look at more of the plumbing in the house. After he looked he said we had other bad things going on. One was a leak at the water heater. The other was replacing cut off lever in the yard. Another was installing ailter to filter out chemicals the city puts in our water. Total cost. $385.00.There should be laws to protect elderly people like us from predators like A & A plumbing.

Slow running drain. Fixed rate for clogged drain was $357, if I chose not to have an annual maintenance contract. It goes up from there. Tried to sell me a whole house inspection. I fear the cost on that. Why couldn't I have been told about the fixed rate when I called? Tech said he could do this in under an hour.That's quite the houy rate. Patrick and Justin were professional and friendly. Patrick explained the steps the job (water softener installaton) entailed and the time frame. The installation was completed early and Patrick explained the installation and the expected performance. My wife and I are extremely happy with the installation and A & A Plumbing.

Just got to my house. I had a galvanized pipe break off six inches under ground. It was exposed and my A&A Plumber said, I don’t deal with galvanized pipes. I do not have the threader yo do it but I can replace your entire water line throughout the back of your home. Excuse me???? I’m asking for a 30 minute job with a plumber with the right tools. Since he has no knowledge of how to fix it, he decided to try to upsell me with a few thousand dollar project. Yes, even though he couldn’t fix it, he still charged me the fee for coming out. Do not waste your time with these guys.

I had extensive plumbing work performed under the slab of my house, as there were sewer leaks and sewer line sags. Master Plumber Joey and Assistant Kyle, as well as the excavators, worked diligently and professionally while on this huge job. The project took a long time, and it was finally accomplished last week. The city inspector crawled under the slab and examined the work performed and approved it, and I am very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of plumbing work!

We had two dripping joints on lines to/from the water heater. They tried to tell us that our 5 year old water heater was out of code and if they touched it they would have to replace it. When told they could go through the opposing sheetrock and not have to touch the water heater the technician checked with his manager and they refused. We had another company make the repairs, replace the sheetrock, cleanup the damage, and treat the area for mold and mildew for half of A&A's cheapest option which only included repairs. They get a one star because their appointment process is outstanding. The work could have absolutely been done without violating any code restrictions despite what they say in their reply. Had the water heater been the culprite, their hesitance would've been valid. This job was on the water lines, not the water heater and the option existed to not even touch the water heater. It is obvious that they suffer, not from a moral crisis, but from greed.

I thought the prices were too high, and included some non-essential services. I selected an alternative solution for my repair needs. After speaking to the owner regarding the pricing, I feel confident he will review my concerns and adjust his invoices to better meet his customers needs.

after calling the plumbing service I used a year ago to install my new water heater, and being disappointed. If you have a faucet that is leaking they can replace it if I buy my own for less but it has to be done the same day. That's not ideal since I didn't buy one because I thought mine could be fixed. Oh well. I'll buy one and have someone else put it in.

Technicians were professional and knowledgeable but are your typical used car salesman trying to get as much out of you as they can. I get it, it's a big company and that's how they make their money. My advice would be to get more estimates from other companies before committing to this one. I saved $1k going with another plumbing service.

The two technicians came out just before their closing time so it was after hours. They were straightforward with the cause of my problem, honest about the solutions and cost and brought all of the service back to satisfaction. I am highly pleased with them and would definitely recommend them to others.

Incoming waterline cracked where it connected to the house. Patrick and his buddy had to take out a bush to do the repair. Feel bad...its so hot outside. Once fixed found out the pressure was low and the valve at thw meter was old...replaced that and put the expansion tank on water heater for code purposes. But they were very nice and explained everything up front and again when it was all done. Even showed me the correct way to use a plunger....never knew there was a trick to them! Thank you for coming to the rescue!!

Incorrectly told me that I didn’t have a back flow valve for my irrigation system and told me it was illegal not to have one. He proceeded to give me 4 options to fix the problem the most expensive being over $2,500. I got a second opinion who magically “found” my back flow valve leaking and replaced it for $400. I highly recommend a second opinion if you use these guys.
