Jayson was exceptional. Repaired clogged drain fixed previously by two different plumbers. His throughness gives me confidence it is truly fixed. We discussed the merits of a camera inspection and he was not pushy trying to upsell me so we decided to avoid this potentially unnecessary expense. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink so all is well at our house. I only give 5 stars when there are no issues and this is the case. Parker and Sons will be my go-to plumber from now on.

We had a pipe burst this past Sunday and every place we called, there would be a waiting list of up to a month. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with Parker & Sons. Tito & Edgar came out Tuesday and did an incredible job. They went through the process step by step and explained what they would be doing and also explained to us what exactly happened. They were extremely professional and hard working. They stayed till late until they fixed the issue when they could’ve easily made it a two day job but they got it done. We are so thankful for them and the job they did, having to be without water is the worst when you have small kids. 10/10 would definitely recommend this company and especially Tito & Edgar.

These guys are the BEST. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They replaced all the pipes underneath the house. Their communication was on point. All the technicians that came by the house were professional. Erik and Yolanda from the office were awesome as well. I am a long time customer and fan of Parker & Sons Plumbing (see my video testimonial on their website). They always do great work, and their latest job involved hooking up our second fireplace to the house's gas line, installing a new fire log unit, finding an electrician for a grounding job and getting the necessary city permits and inspections for gas work under the house. I called on a Monday, Jason was here on Wednesday to assess the job and give me a proposal, and the next week Parker & Sons, the electrician and city inspector had come and done the needful.I recommend the company to anyone looking for experienced and efficient plumbers who are personable, polite and polished professionals: they do Parker & Sons Plumbing proud.

I am caring for two relatives in Fair Oaks Ranch who needed a water heater replaced. I do not live in Texas. Therefore, finding a reliable and trustworthy plumber was important. Jim was immediately responsive, and remained excellent in communications throughout the process. James came and did the work. My Aunt reported that James was very friendly and seemed excellent and professional in his task. The water heater was installed without issue at a very fair price. I don't know about other reviews, but for us, we could not ask for anything better. We will not hesitate to return to Jim and Parker & Sons Plumbing for our future needs. Thanks to Jim and James!

Parker and Sons were great. We had them out after an inspection on our house revealed some leaking around the hot water heater. They came out promptly and determined the tank on the heater had a small leak. They replaced it the same day. During final walk through, a small leak was discovered. Turns out there was a pinhole leak on a pipe coming from the tank. They were there the next morning. And since they serviced the tank last, they had no charge for the follow up. Great service!

I was very happy with Parker and Sons - they got back to me on a slow-leak in my shower head within 24 hours and had it fixed the next day under 1 hour. Pricing for the job was transparent and very reasonable. Erik and Matthew were very helpful and professional. I will certainly call them again in the future for any repairs!

Parker & Sons was able to set up an appointment quickly and their plumber was very polite and timely. They provided an estimate when I made the appointment. Work has been done and there was no mess. This company has done major sewer pipe repairs and I find them to be good to work with from office staff to all workers. All very professional.

Parker & Sons fixed two drain pipe leaks that were found after I had foundation work done on my house. They were professional, courteous, and patient with me. The job required tunneling under my house to access the pipes, and while the scope of the job may have been small compared to what they normally do, it was a huge deal for me. The work took about a week and a half between tunneling, repairing, and re-testing. During the repairs, my back patio was covered in piles of dirt. When the work was done, my back patio looked like it had barely been touched. I was so impressed with how clean it looked. Overall, they were awesome! Their plumbers are knowledgeable and the owner is outstanding. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Mark Gonzales did a great job performing a sewer static test on our older home. It was a complicated sewer system and he patiently took the time to explore options and completely explain the procedure. He was very professional and courteous. The guys from Parker and Sons were awesome. They showed up early and took care of our water heater issue. They also noticed our water softener needed to be drained and took care of it for us. Anthony did a superb job replacing my old water heater with a new one. He diagnosed the problem with my old one right away which had to be replaced. The water heater in my home recently stopped working after going strong for 10 years, so I decided to get a few estimates. Several of my co workers and friends recommended that I give Parker and Sons plumbing an opportunity to provide a quote. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the options they provided.My wife and I decided to let them handle our water heater installation. Their plumbers did a fantastic job and also were very conscious about keeping our home clean. We will be using Parker and Sons for all of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. Jacob took his time and explain in detail of the work. The only thing is the charges were to pricey for the work that was done. The parts needed for the job should have not been that expensive. I believe there labor charges are way to pricey. I had no choice but to get the job done. Since my plumbing problem has been going on since the ice storm in Bexar County and could not get a plumber sooner. My rating is based on the charges not on the service. There techs are great but there are to expensive. Hopefully I was not taken advantage of.

The kitchen drain was backed up at a rental property. I had another plumbing company come out previously and they ran a snake and let me know that the pipe underneath the house is broken. I called Parker and Sons to give me a second opinion. I was very impressed with Dez's work. He was punctual, professional, and patient in explaining the diagnosis and the recommendations. He made sure to answer all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I highly recommend their service.

I called because I had low pressure coming out of the gas starter in my fireplace (discovered after I bought gas logs and flame very low). Anthony was right on time and very knowledgeable. His assessment is that there’s not an easy fix to this as the line is probably crimped in the wall. However, he gave us some other ideas and spent quite a bit of time explaining things. It was worth the price of the service call. I would definitely use this plumbing company again.

I needed a short-notice inspection of the plumbing system on a house I was closing on. The challenge was to find an available plumber in the San Antonio area the week following the deep freeze that damaged plumbing in numerous homes. I was told I would have trouble finding an available plumber but Parker & Son's Plumbing LLC made themselves for me. Their report (happily, no pipe damage from the freeze) was professional and comprehensive. Excellent, excellent service.

These guys were great. They handled a very complicated, difficult job following a foundation repair where several pipes were broken in hard to get to places. The pipe layout of my house is really unusual, but they figured it out and were excellent at diagnosing and tracking down where the problems were, and then did a great job fixing them and testing their work. A special shout out to Matt and Junior, who worked out all the plans and supervised the repairs and never cut corners to get the job done quicker. I felt they repaired my house like they would repair their own or a family member’s house. It was a big job but the price was fair. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them without hesitation for any job, big or small.

We had Parker & Sons do a static test after we had our foundation lifted due to shifting that had occurred. Mike was our technician and he did a great job, very efficient, knew what to do and he was done in no time. we will call on Parker & Sons next time we have plumbing work to be done.

Parker and Sons helped me get through some major plumbing issues that other companies wouldn't or couldn't handle. When one project got more complicated than originally planned, they worked with me to find a good solution and didn't raise the price.Anthony in particular is amazing. He chipped out a busted cast iron pipe out that was literally touching two water lines, and didn't bust either one of them. That saved me $600 right there.

They wanted to charge over $400 to replace a wax ring on a toilet. This was by appointment, during business hours. Really!? $400+ for an hour of work. This is after they try to lock you into service with their $80 “service fee” if you decide not to use them. Entrapment, bad business model, and not justifiable. These guys need to stop ripping people off. I refused, and will not be paying their “fee”. I would give zero stars if I could.

Could not be more thrilled to find a business that is honest, reliable, responsive, and on time! Called Parker & Sons to replace our water heater after getting a quote from Home Depot. Left a message and someone called me back within 3 minutes! I told him what the problem was and he gave me a quote right over the phone which was far better than Home Depots. We didn't get nickeled and dimed they took care of everything and honored the price after they got here no matter what had to be done.The technicians were knowledgeable, worked fast, didn't make a complete mess, were sweet and had a great sense of humor!. We called Parker & Sons on the fourth day of the snowstorm in 2021 and they were there same day, despite the treacherous weather conditions. Our technician Anthony was highly experienced, professional, honest and friendly. He was extremely dedicated to finding our leak and took his time in locating and repairing it. People working on foundation repair broke a water line, they said they were not responsible. Got home from work with no water. Parker and sons sent someone after hours, very friendly and professional. Got it fixed, reasonable price. The guys that came out were great, also friendly and professional. Will recommend for sure.

Excellent! My fiancee had a plumbing problem and I'm working out of town for awhile. You can imagine how hard it would be to find a trustworthy plumber.She works long hours and its very hard to schedule anything. These guys were fantastic! They scheduled an appointment the same day I called, were there exactly as promised. They were honest and very quick with the repair. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. My husband and I were having some trouble with our hot water heater where it would trip almost every other day and were left with very cold water - which was completely unacceptable when trying to take a shower...We called Parker & Sons, they came out the next day and identified a leak in our unit. The team was able to quickly replace the water heater and were fast, informative, polite (even waited until after my husband finished with a conference call before saying their goodbyes) and we will definitely call them in the future for any other water-related needs.

Parker and sons is awesome; i will never call anyone else! I tried two other big name companies the did bad work and charged a whole lot(don't trust all the commercials). Parker and sons replaced all my drain pipes and vent pipes; they did great work and came back twice when workers here messed up their work at no additional cost. Parker and sons kept calling the city for 2 and a half weeks to help us get our flood plain permit and kept us in the loop on how it was going. Jacob and Gene swapped our old water heater for a tankless heater. He also installed a pressure/cutoff valve and took out our old water. Softener replacing with a new model designed for our extremely hard water. All jobs were done very well and their professionalism and expertise was very evident. Both Jacob and Gene exhibited great skills and pleasant attitudes throughout the project. Jacob returned the next day when we requested and he made adjustments to the pressure and temperature settings. We are very happy with the entire project and highly recommend them as top notch plumbers.

Parker and Sons came right out when we had a main line clog. Paul took time to explain what happened and how to fix it. The cost has better than I would expect on an emergency. Paul was quick, efficient and professional. I would recommend them and will call them again.

I’ve used other plumbers in town and Parker and Son’s are by far the most professional plumbing service! They are not on commission and have very fair rates. Not the cheapest but if you want the job done right go with them period. I had a small issue with drain pan under hot water and they came out no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone and I was not paid for this review.

About a month ago we had a toilet leaking in our office and decided to call out Parker and Sons Plumbing to repair it. The plumber was on time and explained what he was going to do to fix the leak. At that time we also mentioned the toilet had been overflowing on a monthly basis and he said he'd take a look at that too.He was able to get everything repaired within 45 minutes and we haven't had any problems since! We're very happy with their quality of service and professionalism..it also helps that we don't have to keep paper towels on the ready to clean up toilet water!

Anthony came out and gave me no bs. He told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote which was very much lower than most plumbers I've had out in the past. For some reason my leak stopped while he was here and I told him that I would call to make an appointment if the leak started again and told him that I want to pay for the service fee which he told me they don't charge a fee. Wow! I've paid over $100 for a plumber to show up with no work done. Parker and son's is how plumbing service should be done. 5 star for sure!

We had an emergency situation on New year's Day where our shower faucet had cracked and we couldn't turn off the water. We called Parker and son's and they sent Paul out to our home and he knew exactly what happened and even went out to get the part for us. He was very efficient. I am the Executive Director of Shavano Park Senior Living. A few weeks ago we had a copper fitting that busted on our water heater. Our kitchen needed the hot water and our residents needed hot water to shower. It was a Saturday before Cinco De Mayo. I tried several different plumbing companies. Everyone asked for a credit card number or they asked how we were going to pay for it. They weren't interested in helping us solve our problem. They were all worried about how they would get paid. Parker & Sons didn't ask any questions except what our address was. They were out there in no time, assessed the problem, repaired the issue and got us back up and running. Parker & Sons was called to my residence by a company that I used to do foundation work. They performed the required follow-up testing. Their representative was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. The service was performed in a timely manner and all in all was a satisfying experience.

I just had my nonexistent plumbing concern dealt with through a reputable company. Parker and Sons quoted almost a $6K fix that was absolutely not needed. That portion of the house is totally functional as per the hydrostatic pressure test. Also their plumber wanted to fix my flush valve for $600 which also was not needed. ???

We were only going to have one water heater replaced but realized it wouldn't be long before the second needed to be replaced so decided to replace both. They had no problem getting a second unit right then and gave us a very reasonable price. They were very professional and easygoing. Really great experience.

Daniel was not only prompt, he was early. He listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. After locating the root of the problem, he was able to unclog the main sewer line which had the house up and running again. We highly recommend calling Parker & Sons for any plumbing issue.

Today was my first face to face interaction, so far so excellent! I called on Monday and scheduled for Tuesday. I explained I wanted a tankless water heater installed and the expert, Anthony was sent. My appointment window was 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm. He had a cancellation and, on his own initiative, called and offered me an earlier time slot, which I gratefully accepted. Once the work is completed, I will follow up with before and after photos. One more kudo - when I made the appointment, Eric told me about a coupon I could use. He said it was on the website and could save me approximately $100.00, really...who does that? Eric does.

This place dug a hole in my yard and left for 2 weeks before coming out. Also took them forever to fix everything, everyday yes we are sending someone out then the guy would get there and say oh I don’t have my tools. Then why come out here in the first place.

Matthew Flores showed up early! Before my 10:00 am to 12:00 pm window. He was fully prepared to do the work. He was thorough and fast, done within an hour. It seemed a little pricey, but with all of San Antonio in need of a plumber - I was thrilled with the timely service.

They checked for possible leaks or breaks in my plumbing system after foundation repairs were made to my home last month. They were very professional & explained step by step what type of tests they would be performing to make sure everything was good. Overall, everything went well.

The technician came out to review our reverse osmosis system. He gave us a clear tutorial on the system and how to trouble shoot it. He also took a look at our master shower to review the water pooling and not draining. He was honest, efficient, and he took his time to answer all of our questions! I had the first appointment between 8 and 9. I made it a point to be there by 8. I was there at 7:30. I got a call at 9 am that the guy was stuck at another house. He didn’t show up until after 10. There is a reason to set up early appointments. Some people have other things to do and set up their day accordingly. I missed a meeting I had at 9:45 that could not be rescheduled. Had the technician been there at the time of my scheduled appointment I would have made it to this very important meeting the appointment was to check for water leaks after the foundation had been leveled

Dez installed a new spray hose to replace one that had sprung a leak. As a Master Plumber it took him all of five minutes!We’re back in business and I whole heartily recommend Dez and Parker & Sons Plumbing! Job well done!

Parker & Sons sent a professionalover immediately when I told them I was on a tight time schedule due to contracted work on the house we are selling. Dez was very professional and friendly and answered all our questions and helped us understand what had occurred with the house drainage and what we needed to do to repair the problem.

I called and with a week they came over. With this Winter Freeze my pipes and cracked them water leaks everywhere. I called other places put me list and week later other company told me sorry we have push you back. Parker and Sons Plumbing I was Happy with there Services and I will call them back.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dez. He went above and beyond and even adjusted our water heater out of the kindness of his heart so that we didn't have to go 3 days without hot water. Who does that?! Anthony was great, too, and found a complete break in the system that had existed for 14 years when the house was built! The dig crews are some of the hardest workers on the planet! They are coming back to level out the excess dirt from the excavation. Last, but not least, the administrative team didn't keep us in the loop a few times which caused some confusion on our end, and the dig crews usually left without letting us know the status or what to expect next. However, I believe some changes were made internally because communication improved and was superior by the time the project was done.Our home was in good hands with Parker and Sons, and although I hope to never need them, I'd hire them again in a heart beat. 5 stars!

The plumber was very very professional and made the necessary checks after my foundation was repaired. He even gave me tips for plumbing preventive maintenance and what to do if ever my sewer backed up to prevent it from over flowing into the house ?.

I listed find and repair leak but I didn’t have a leak.I had an appointment set for 1pm-2pm. I got a call that they could arrive early which worked out great since my availability changed.The visit was quick, professional and the price was very good. I’m sure I’ll use them again in the future.

Parker and Son's made a fair assessment of the problem in my broken sewer line. We did not agree on the full repair, however Jim Parker was fair. He listens and makes attempts to resolve a problem. They issued a partial refund and I am quite satisfied.

I was in good hands today with journeyman plumber Mark Rizley. He remained until all was better than before. He replaced a PRV and improved a mediocre repair recently done by another well known local company. The price remained reasonable despite the extra effort needed for the job. Well done Mark! Mark at Parker and Sons Plumbing performed a great job on the service work requested. He was patient with answering questions, descriptive in his work actions, and maintained cleanliness in his surroundings. All fittings were checked both before and after water was shutoff and put back on. Much appreciated!

Do not use this company. They charged us 5K for work that may not have been needed. Techs are sloppy and they caused permanent damage to our floors and our attic. They left a 3 foot hole next to our house for 2 weeks. The project manager quit during this ordeal. The owner is not honest. He never bothered to come to our property even after several complaints. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE, THIS IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!

My only interaction with this business yielded 5 star service. Tito and Mark showed up and were professional, ran tests for leaks and provided the fixes and advice we needed. They wore masks and protective covers for our floors. I would call them again for future repairs if and when needed.

We had our foundation recently repaired and our plumbing inspection prior to the repair was performed by them. I definitely recommend them. They are very professional, and possess a very responsive customer service.

They repaired a sewer line under a house I just bought and didn't backfill the trench properly. There's still a cavity under the house. I called a few times a couple months ago and never heard back. I decided to backfill it myself and the cavity is much larger than I originally thought. It's about 2 feet wide x 3 feet deep x4 feet long. It looks like they only filled the hole in the yard but not under the house...I don't recommend them.

Matthew Flores and Junior came out to reroute a water line for a slab leak. They both were very professional and attentive to our needs. The quote they gave prior to starting the job was right on the money and they did not attempt to up sell. Matt and Junior worked hard to get the job completed in one day. Kudos to Matt and Junior.

I needed my gas water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. They came out and gave me a good quote, and then did a great job installing the new system. Service was professional and they did a wonderful job.

They instantly sent someone to the house and they made it incredibly easy. Dez was incredibly friendly and gave us some great advice after quickly fixing our problem. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Then he starts up with theFear Sale upsale.He just helped himself to the water closet and starts in.Oh ya, BTW, I had them here to install a line for my icemaker in a new refrigerator.When I told him no thank you, then he starts telling me I have too much water pressure and he can't guarantee his work.This is no place I could in good conscience refer even someone that I don't care for.Question? Why can't business just take care of the tasks requested without trying to upsale the heck outta you?Bad taste from what was supposed to be a reliable and well reviewed business.I am not Brother Man either.Go away! Mad or hurt. You won't be back to my home. Ever!

They didn’t actually perform a service for me but gave me an honest opinion to make an informed decision. Integrity is so refreshing. That is why I have used Parker before and will again.

The technician showed up early. He had to remove the toilet and check for any water leaks. None were found. He restored the bathroom back to better than its original condition and it was done very quickly and professionally.

EXCELLENT Customer service! Quick to respond to our problem that needed addressed with our a/c. We came home from work one evening and it was 85 degrees in our house. All we had to do is call and they sent their tech out to fix the capacitor. While the tech was here, he also serviced out A/C unit and made sure everything was working properly.

I've used them awhile back and they were wonderful. Most recently I called and although they didn't have anyone available at that time for an afterhours/weekend/commercial call, they told me who to call. Saved me a whole bunch of trouble and headache. Will definitely be using Parker & Sons next time.

Amazing service!!! Called and came the same day within 2 hrs. Our toilet had to be re-fitted and snaked. They did a beautiful job on the re-fitting and got the large piece of plastic out of the toilet. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Great service, great people, hard to find these days!!!

Came over very quickly to evaluate a leaking pipe. Ultimately, it was a city main, so they didn't need to repair. They have done jobs for me before and are prompt, honest, affordable, and do a great job.

You guys are great and thank you for my new water softener. Almost got talked into spending $800 more with a good sales pitch by Culligan. I mean really $2700, come on guys for a water softener?Jim explained everything whats needed and recommended no pressure sales tactics. I will use them again for sure.

They came to perform a static test after some foundation work. They had to install a cleanout in the front of the house under our flower bed. The guy I originally talked to said they would dig up the plants and put them back although they couldn't guarantee their survival, and I said that was fine. They didn't dig up the plants and instead trampled them all to death. The guy on the phone was nice enough to issue a refund. Then the guy that came to perform the static test had to remove one of the toilets to do so, and when he did he installed a new wax seal over the wax from the current one which caused wax to spew out from under the toilet on all sides and caused it to leak when you flushed it. My husband and I had to reinstall the toilet after scraping nasty wax off of our floor. It also ruined all the lenolium around our toilet (which we were planning on replacing eventually, just not right this second...so now our bathroom looks even worse than it already did)...the same guy complained when we tried to use a coupon we printed from the company's website.

Dez Cuellar was in touch with me the moment he was at my property, and fixed the issue quickly. He also was honest about a further issue we may have in the future, and gave an idea of what we would need to fix that issue in the future.

Came out when they said they would. gave us a potential fee based on information shared. did work, showed us what issue was, made correction and cleaned up area of work. overall charge was exactly what they said. definitely recommend and will use again when needed.

This is a fantastic company with outstanding professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. While their prices are extremely competitive, their work doesn't feel cheap like some of the companies you can hire of off Craigslist or on a FB yard sale page. This is a reputable company with proven work and licensed, skilled technicians.

Appointment was made quickly for the static plumbing test needed. Not only on time but able to come early - at my convenience.

The phone number listed does not work. This company came in and assisted on foundation repair for my home. They removed my gas line feeding into my home and never placed it. Go figure now they won't return any calls.
