Stay away! Bad experience. Eugene at Angel Plumbing will leave you high and dry. Had brown hot water coming out of the faucet. He assured me that replacing the anode rod will fix the issue. I paid over $200 for him to do this, not including the cost of the rod. The problem still exists. Texted him about it, and he replied with plumbing instructions. I’m not a plumber! You fix it Eugene! Highly recommend that you look elsewhere. Way too expensive and he does not care about the customer.

I have been a satisfied customer for over 7 years and will not call anyone else. Called Angel Plumbing after having some issues with an outdoor waterline leak. Gene the owner was out within 30 minutes and had the problem corrected within an hour. I own a home in NW SA and am currently renting it. Yesterday I received a call from my tennant about an astronomical water bill. I simply googled Plumbers San Antonio and found that Angel Plumbing was very close to the house and didnt charge a service call fee in the 78250 zip code. They also had excellent reviews. I called and spoke with a gentlemen (I think Eugene) and he set up an appointment to stop my the afternoon that we spoke. He came by, found the leak, called me with some very very reasonable pricing and make the repair right away. He called after the repair was made and I paid with my CC.Excellent experience with a very honest plumber, which is very refreshing now adays. Angel Plumbing will be the first place I call with my next plumbing need! Thanks again for the help!

I recommend this plumber! Shows up on time, he calls or texts ahead and will let you know what everything will cost before he does the work. If he finds something unforseen that will be additional work and cost he will let you know before and get your ok before doing it. Great prices and considerate service (plumber took his shoes off before entering my house without being asked). He gets the job done.

Gene the owner at Angel plumbing. Performed a gas test on my home, pulled a permit for water heater and installed an exhaust pipe for my furnace. The job was done over the phone because I was not in Texas at the time. I trusted him in my vacant house without knowing him and he was able to do everything as we had agreed. Timely service immediately after the freezing weather but very expensive. $250.00 to cap off an outside faucet and remove the broken pipe. I would get a verbal price agreement up front next time.
