Cleared a sewer line blockage in order to run a camera into the line to determine the location of the actual cause of the blockage and what would be required to correct the problem.Excellent Service. Shawn and Matt were true professionals. They called in advance as the said they would. They arrived within in the time frame that was quoted. I was able to ask questions about the work before they started work and they explained what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing it. This made me feel very comfortable with the work they were doing, which help me understand the situation better. Once the blockage had been removed, they showed us the camera images so we could actually see what the problem they were referring to and better understand what was needed to correct the problem. Shawn provided a detailed invoice of the problem and what would be required to fix the problem. The office is forwarding a pdf of the images from the camera for our files, which will be needed for the repairs. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Shawn and Matt.

Journeyman Homer and apprentice Noah came into our home to help clear out our main waste line. Both of them were very respectful and made sure to clean up after themselves when they completed the job. Will be calling them back to have my waste lines jet cleaned at a later date. Thanks again!

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Big City Plumbing is awesome. Working with Patricia at the office to schedule the repair she was great giving us updates about when they thought they would make it to our house after the deep freeze of February 2021. The plumbers led by Charlie called the night before to tell us we were on the schedule for the next morning. Texted us when they were on the way, they came when they said they would be there, explained our choices and options. Fixed the initial problem, then checked every faucet, toilet, shower/bath, all outside faucets, and the outdoor shower, where they found another problem, before they left. The bill was very reasonable, no flat prices that end up charging you a lot of money for something that takes them 15 minutes. Explained what to do next time to protect the one area that failed.his is the third time we have used Big City Plumbing in the last 5 years. First they replace all of our outside water lines, which did not freeze! Then then fixed a minor pin hole in a old copper water line. This time they replaced all of the copper piping that was installed by a plumber used by our general contractor during the remodel that froze and split during the freeze. I had a clogged toilet that backed up into the tub. Call a competitor (On time Elmers). Said they would have a tech come out. Hour and a half later I called them again to get an ETA. Never heard another word from them. Called Roto-Rooter, they had a water restoration tech at my door in 45 minutes even though my appointment wasn't until the next morning. I had to go to work or they would have been out that night. It is nice to have a business that actually gives a damn about their customers.

If you're going to let anyone in your home David and B are honest, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have done buisness with. I called them the day after Christmas and they came out same day to unclog my kitchen sink. Eveything works great now. Very happy customer.
