I thought John Pace was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The only other thought I have which has nothing to do with him is it seemed a little high priced for about an hour and a half’s worth of work. But my problem was solved and that’s what counts.

Came in from out of town to help a friend out and watch their house. Peter answered, set up an appt for next day between a scheduled time. Jeff came out and with in an hour did both jobs and left. Great work and fairly reasonable. As dismaying as it was to have to replace two residential water heaters, Chavarria's two servicemen were the best and made the whole thing more than tolerable. Pricing was fair. While I hope we never need plumbing services again, we're keeping Chavarria's number close at hand.

Roto-rooter is the place to call if you need quality repairs ASAP. Had a break in our water main that the city deemed to be my responsibility. Johnnie and Rafael were awesome. These two were courteous and fast replacing the old cracked PVC with plex having our water back on in less than 2 hours. The labor price is higher than expected but I firmly believe that great quality work is worth a pretty penny. Thanks roto-rooter for the awesome customer service! Will definitely be using them next time we have another plumbing issue

Of course the most urgent plumbing issues happen on Sundays. I called People's Choice. He picked up the phone, on Sunday, and stopped by my house within 30 minutes, on his way home from church. Issue resolved! Best in class service.

The serviceman arrived on time and even called before arriving to make sure I was at home and remembered the appointment. The serviceman's inspection of my heating and AC unit was fast and efficient and he wore covers over his shoes when he was in the house to make sure he didn't track in any dirt.Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Found our house had 100psi water and gave them a call for a new prv. The plumber was available a day earlier and recommended a service that fit my budget. Estimated about an hour to complete the work and that’s about how long it took. I also had them replace a shark bite fitting with a new valve. The plumber cleaned up the mud from his shoes when completing the job.
