Hey guys, Mike was my technician. He was honest, sympathetic to my issues, and was dependable. He knew what I needed. I had called a few other plumbers before going with Wills and honestly it was because of Mike. He came over to my house to look at my leaky shower and the leaking toilet I had. He had a positive attitude and not once did I see him frown. I think it's someone's energy and how they treat your family that also makes the service great. Mike, you felt like part of my family. Thank you for taking care of our plumbing issues like it was your own. If I ever need anything else you will be the first that I call.

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

They came out on a Saturday and fixed my main line leak quickly, and then later installed a pressure regulator at a fair price, as well as solving another issue for free.

San Antonio: After calling 3 known plumbing companies who advertise on our local TV channels, my fourth and final call was to AAA Auger, glad I did and didn't desperately go forward with one of the 3 prior companies. Called AAA Auger and they were out at my home about 35 minutes later. Plumber by the name of Victor pretty much nailed the problem on point, of course he had no crystal ball in front of him, he stated the possibilities of it being this or that, investigated and found the root of the problem I'd have to say in less than a 15 min window. I was in Wow! Especially after speaking to 3 other plumbing companies and them making assumptions and ready to quote me a very high starting dollar. Victor knows his job well & is very experienced as I was watching myself and learning a thing or two as he took the time to explain and educate. Not to mention very polite, professional, sense of humor and HONEST, which was a plus for me as a Satisfied Customer. Thank you again Victor and AAA Auger. Will definitely call you 1st now and if all possible request Victor again, if in need of any plumbing fixes. Will refer to friends, neighbors, and family.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

Randy and Matthew were top-notch in repairing a leak on our water meter. They worked quickly with SAWS to assess the situation and it was done in record time. I also appreciate the fact they could do the work at least 24 - 48 hours before any other plumber that was recommended to us. Very pleasant to work with, friendly and they seemed to enjoy their jobs! Would highly recommend them to friends!

Used this company for years, both the a.c. side and plumbing side. Never had a real issue with any of my service agreements until now. During one of the most inconvenient times in the world to be shady and literal up selling thieves!! I guess stealing from your loyal customers mean nothing! Tried to sell a super expensive water heater and scare me into a sale when my current water heater was fine. Then refusing to provide any additional solutions. What a joke! Would NOT recommend. This company deserves no stars!!

fast same day response, gave charges before starting job. corrected with new faucet. checked water pressure, hardness of water. The only issue was my surprise at the cost of replacing faucet ($729), but since i did not have 2nd opinion to compare too this could indeed be a fair price
