I used Nextdoor reviews to get to Chambliss a couple of years ago and they have not disappointed me yet - with about 4 visits over the last two years, last one today. Excellent communication, on time within a shorter than normal window (2 hours vs. typical 4), quick repair, VERY reasonable pricing. All plumbing repairs are expensive but these guys never take advantage. Wonderful company, highly recommended!

First off, I'd like to comment on Josh Haley's and his helpers professionalism, it was definitely superb. Their attitude and customer service skills were top notch they couldn't be any better. It was obvious, they both were knowledgeable as all my questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. Workmanship was beyond reproach. With such keen skills, it was obvious they loved their job. Highly recommended.

Brandon did an excellent job and was very professional and showed compassion as to the situation. He helped ease our minds with the stress we were enduring by fixing our plumbing issues efficiently and fast. Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Russell & Raul were hard working experienced plumbers. I was pleased with there skills, but they made a mess that I had to clean up.

I had a major sewer problem under my foundation. Jaime was great explaining everything so I could understand what had happened and what it would take to repair. He was also very patient answering all of my questions. He was always there when he said he would be and completed the job as quickly as possible. I will call AAA Auger for any plumbing problems. Quick, responsive and on time service. The gentleman educated me as he worked, which was nice as a new homeowner. He also gave me tips for how to maintain it after he left. I will likely use them again!

The tech, Carlos, was here on time on a Saturday (!) and then listened carefully as I described the problem with the backed up toilet. Because he listened and had good critical thinking skills, he was able to use the right tool and get the job done quickly. He was kind enough to show me the tool (a hand auger) that works better than a plunger. Also, he wore a mask and cleaned the area well. As a chemo patient, all of this is vital to my health, and I'm super grateful for the good job he did.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

This crew is hands down the best from when they pick up the phone at the reception to the clean up...They started on a Sunday for Pete sake. Who does that these days ? They pulled up a broken clean out sewer pipe in my front yard and replaced it in record time. That is, if the city inspector didn’t take the few days...Hats off to my new friends Chris W & Paul ...Thanks Guys !

I had a slab leak and my home warranty company sent out a different company for diagnosis and possible repair. The young man with that company was polite and knowledgeable; however, their quote was extraordinarily high.After reading reviews for several local plumbing companies, I made an appointment with Mr. Plumber. Justin came to my home and provided a free estimate. There was never any pressure to purchase services or products.Since the plumbing in my home was outdated, I chose to re-route lines overhead versus repairing the slab leak. I also purchased a new water heater and water softener.Justin and his apprentices Tommy and Tyler did a great job in blazing summer temperatures. They worked more than 12 hours on the first day to make sure we were not without water for the night. They returned the next day and completed the entire job two days ahead of schedule.All three young men were polite and Justin patiently answered multiple questions. They went above and beyond.As a disabled veteran, I also appreciated the military discount.I will definitely use Mr. Plumber again and highly recommend them.
