Michael Benkelmann was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He went above and beyond explaining much needed water softener, showed pictures of what it can do to pipes which in turn could be very costly to resolve plumbing issues. Toilet issue: all I had to do was explain my issue and he evaluated it and quickly knew what needed to be done to resolve. Thoroughly cleaned area he worked on and put things back exactly how I had them. All parts were readily available to render immediate service. Super pleased with his professionalism. Good job, Mike! Hope they send you again if I should ever need plumbing services in the future.

Mr. Plumber was dispatched after hours to my home to replace a leaking water heater. Arturo Flores was the tech dispatched and he was fabulous. He took the time to explain our options and gave helpful recommendations. After that he performed an absolute thorough job on the water heater replacement. He stayed as late as needed to make sure the job was performed right and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied. He has been great with followup in every respect. I am now a customer for life.
We called Mr. Plumber for our commercial property, to fix a couple issues in regards to water heater. The technicians, Bo and team are skilled, and they arrived on time. We will be happy to use Mr. Plumber again in the future.
Mr. Plumber's service was amazing. We had a bad leak that started in the afternoon and I immediately called because of the long list of 5 star reviews. They attempted to schedule someone for 6 pm that same day but it was a time conflict on our end. Alex came out the very next day, early in the morning to detect the cause of the leak. He found that the plumber he had hired before did not fix the underlying problem the first time. He gave us a thorough synopsis, explained the cost in detail, and was very patient throughout the entire process. The next day a technician by the name of Eric returned for a follow up and was very polite as well. I recommend these technicians based off our experience with them.Absolutely fabulous service. I recommend them to all.

Adam was extremely professional and kind. I was panicked when I called to schedule a plumber after hours. I was nervous about costs and what we could do to get our tub and toilets functioning again. He came in and right away could give me an idea of what our issues were just based on what he saw and what he observed. He did some more diagnostics and gave me a price that was very reasonable. He explained everything and really put my mind at ease. He saw I was distressed and was very kind and funny. Thank you so much Adam and Mr Plumber! Both Mr. Plumber employees I dealt with in locating a clog in a main drain line were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and the second person with camera equipment came out that same afternoon. I haven’t pulled the trigger on actual repair yet due to the very high estimate to repair my 50 year old main line. But I can’t blame any of that on Mr. Plumber. Today’s prices everywhere have me in constant sticker shock. I have a feeling if I go with them, the repair will be done very professionally and properly. I have a good initial feeling about the company.

My sewer line from the house to the overflow and a little beyond needed replacing. Eric Calligan presented me with many options and Josh Ashcraft did the actual work. Both should receive the highest marks for professionalism and quality.
I had requested a maintenance check of my house plumbing and Anthony B came out and did a thorough check over things, including testing water hardness due to some issues I had been having. It was determined our water softener was under sized for size of house. He quickly got me a quote to replace the water softener and came out the next day to get it taken care of. He also recommended some other testing me done and scheduled the drain specialist to come do the further testing. From beginning of call to schedule initial service to completion, I was pleased by the quality of work and polite service. I had a lot of questions and Anthony answered each and every one of them.
Arturo Flores and Anthony Barber completed a long day of updating my daughter’s remote property plumbing. Both did exceptional work, and we are very grateful for all the effort they put into the finished product. Arturo was very professional and isolated our problems, gave very descriptive analysis of the work required that we could understand and presented a fair and reasonable quote that we accepted. He and Anthony showed up the next morning just as promised and began a long day of installing. Throughout the day, Arturo kept us apprised of the progress and explained every detail of the work they were doing. Arturo is undoubtably the best plumber we have ever interacted with. Arturo Flores was excellent! He was very thorough, and took time to help me understand exactly was was needed to repair my water pressure. I would definitely recommend him. He helped me weigh different options of services and identified the biggest problem areas, along with things I could wait to fix, but eventually would need to be addressed. I have had a great experience with this company. Alex Green came to the rescue. He had a previous appointment that ran over time and still managed to make it to my home to ensure I was taken care of! I appreciated his thoroughness and for really listening to my concerns. The next hero was Eric Calligan. He also listened to me and what I needed. He walked me through all my options and made me feel extremely confident in his knowledge and abilities. Not only did he assist on his visit, but he has been an integral part in my decision making throughout this journey. Michael Benkelmann at Mr. Plumber was a life savor this holiday season when plumbers throughout the city were extremely busy due to the 20 degree Fahrenheit and below temperatures. He worked diligently to find the water leak source. He explained exactly what he was going to do and kept us informed about cost. We appreciate you so much. I discovered a leak on the side of my house and called Mr. Plumber. It turned out to be a complicated job but Michael was up to the task. In spite of the complications, he managed to find a cost-effective solution to a rather large issue. Alex and Michael did a great job installing the new main line and the water heater. Additionally, they did a couple of extra touches like removing old spigots, insulating, etc. I appreciated Michael calling later on that day to ensure everything was working as it should. I will continue to use Mr. Plumber and recommend them for any plumbing services.

This is the second time we have used Mr. Plumber for a water issue in our home and I am completely blown away by their service! Adam Schofield was our tech this time and he’s amazing! We have had extensive water issues in our 25 year old home, this time impacting our hot water lines. I originally had a hydrostatic test ordered, But noticed a sound coming from my master bath. Ended up being 2 slab leaks. This company helped me out so much by coming back next morning to find and stop the leak. Not only did Josh and Adam offer exceptional customer service they also found out the inspector of the house we just bought didn't tell us about an exhaust pipe not being connected to the water heater!!! The city notified me of a possible water leak. I had a good idea of where it might’ve been so I began to dig and found it. Called Mr Plumber and they sent Michael out to fix the leak. Michael was prompt, polite and hard working. He patched it up good enough to get us through the night and came out early the next day with all the right parts to get it permanently fixed.
Michael Ashcraft was very professional and very informative. He didn't inspection of my house because I signed up for their plan that they have and he was able to identify spots in my house that would have caused massive damages in the coming months. He came initially and did repair and replace a valve under the sink for my refrigerator. The job he did was immaculate.Michael replaced my 23-year-old water heater and I thank God it had not broken. Michael replaced it with a very beautiful professional quality new water heater. I plan on staying with Mr Plummer for a very long time. I am going to recommend anyone looking for a plumber, the cost is very reasonable, to hire Michael and Mr plumber to do the job.

My water heater needed to be replaced. I also wanted to replace my inadequate water softener and install a new pressure valve to correct unsafe pressure levels. In one full day Adam Schofield removed the old and installed the new water heater, installed a new water softener including rerouting the discharge drain and replaced the PRV. I am very happy with the work done by Adam. He was punctual, respectful and professional. Also, the Certiflow Water Softener is wonderful! I’m very happy with my decision to use Mr Plumber. I will continue to do so.

Adam, Paul & Lorenzo with Mr Plumber did an excellent job repiping our entire house. Unfortunately, our house was built with Nibco plumbing which leaked multiple times. We had Mr Plumber take out all the Nibco and totally replace our plumbing. We were grateful that each day they would make sure that we were able to have water overnight. Our water heater was 13 yrs old and we decided to replace it as well. Adam with Mr Plumber installed a tankless water heater, a water softener and a water purification unit. We are very happy with the work that was done.
We had a water pressure concern at our house and didn’t know who to call. I was really worried about what the problem could be and how long my family could be dealing with the issue. So we used this company after several weeks of doing our research & getting several estimates from different companies. We had Aurturo & his partner sent out to us on our first initial calls and he was amazing. He was upfront, honest & totally transparent about everything he saw going on with our plumbing and recommended that we have his fellow coworkers Adam & Lorenzo come out to help us as our house is an older home and they had more experience with older homes. After several attempts of trying to schedule a time for them to come out; as they’re so demanded & requested we finally got a time & day and disappointed we were not! These guys gave us their word as to when they would show up to do this job and they were here on time and got down to business immediately. As a homeowner our homes are a representation of us to a certain extent so to see how these guys came in, listened to our concerns and did everything possible to give us the best results with the most effective solutions was way more than what we could have asked for so Thank You Mr Plumber for these amazing employees and thank you Adam, Lorenzo & Aurturo for y’all’s continuous hard work and effort to provide great service to all of us.

They cleared the lines had a enhanced camera that did a digital video of the line all the way under the house to the street and showed me where the roots were coming into the lines. Chris came to the house to repair a leak under the sink in the guest bathroom. He figured out how it started, fixed it and made recommendations to prevent further leaks. Also recommended a water softener to prevent calcium buildup accumulating on all of the faucets which we went for. I'll update the review later after we have enjoyed it for awhile. I would definitely recommend Chris for your plumbing needs.

Overall, I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs work done fast**.** if you do not know what you need.In my case, my shower had a faulty cartridge which is an easily DIY fix for ranging from about $25-60 ($60 is high end). I assume they used their cheapest option.My cost was $295 flat service fee. This was agreed upon prior to the schedule request so I cannot complain to anyone except myself for not being more DIY.Personable tech showed up on time and was very communicative of the issues and repair.I would use them again if I have to!

After a massive failure of our relatively new water heater Mr Plumber came out the next day. After giving an estimate, Arturo mentioned a tankless off handedly. I declared that's what I wanted when we got the other one. He did the lowest key up sell I have ever seen. Of course I was already sold. He was terrific. Kept us informed the whole day. Left the garage in perfect shape. Have nothing but good things to say about Arturo and Mr Plumber.
Good workmanship, Horrendeous pricing.From an individual professionalism, timeliness, materials, and quality of work stand point, I am impressed and quite pleased. Sam communicated clearly, early, and often. He worked diligently, cleaned his work site, and left a product better than originally installed. Unfortunately he was constrained by a corporate mandate to over-sell and over-price.Due to a leak leading to an insurance claim, the ball was already rolling. Abatement was on site (ServPro Helotes - 5-stars) and reconstruction inspection scheduled. Abatement and mitigation are worthless if the leak keeps leaking. So, I needed a plumber, now. At 4:30p, I wanted to catch one before after-hours pricing kicked in.A quick Google search lead to a highly-rated local privately-owned company. When I called, it went directly to Mr Plumber, who had bought out the mom & pop. As they were already on the phone, an even quicker Google scan showed a 4.7 star rating. - I should have dug deeper.It cost over $1300 to replace 2 flex lines, 2 brass T-pipes, and an expansion tank. I won't publish the 5-figure recommended course of action which included replacing the pressure regulator, both water heaters, and the water softener.Research it yourself. Sort their Google reviews from lowest to highest and you will find price-gouge after price-gouge and excessive attempts at up-selling.First time to use Mr Plumber. Also my last.

The initial contact with dispatch from Mr. Plumber was extremely professional and super responsive.Mr. Joshua Mora (licensed plumber) who was dispatched was extremely eager to assist with the problem I was having at my residence. Licensed plumber, Joshua Ashcraft, showed up on time and was very professional. Cleaned the drain of my shower and left everything clean with no mess around the area where he worked. Replaced an old garbage disposal and corrected a minor issue with the connecting drain pipes. He also drained the water heater. He was very efficient and clean with his work. He was also kind enough to point out things that could be done to improve my overall water system like adding a new water softener and upgrading to a better and more efficient water heater. Mr. Plumber services never disappoint me. I would give them 10 stars, if I could. Joshua Mora answered our call for help, and not only installed a new kitchen faucet very quickly and efficiently, but he also diagnosed why we were having other issues with our water pressure. Who knew, we should have our water pressure tested, periodically! No wonder we had 3 garden hoses explode over the past month. Joshua identified several areas of concern that could cause us problems in the future. He never high-pressured us to make any changes, but merely gave us the information with approximate costs for us to think about. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering my many questions while I was trying to understand our plumbing systems. Joshua also reviewed in advance our history with Mr. Plumber in order to familiarize himself with our previous plumbing issues. We will definitely be calling Joshua with any future plumbing needs. Michael B was great. We have an older model toilet and a part had to be special ordered which wasn't an issue for us. Michael was really great with our puppy too who really wanted to help out.
We had a great experience the first time around when they installed gas logs and did an outside water main repair. We bought the service plan then had them back for an estimate for less than a full day’s work, with us providing all equipment, and they gave an estimate over well over $5,000. As a house flipper I realized this was ridiculous and hired another master plumber in the area to complete the work for $800. I feel sorry for the poor people who don’t know any better and get ripped off.

Paul Rocha came to do a hydrostatic test after we had foundation work done. He was on time, courteous, informative, and professional. Oh and efficient. The whole process was quick and easy, and I appreciated that very much.
Water heater inspection, maintenance, and flush per maint. plan. Hardness of water tested also, as well as for chlorine at my request. Arturo Flores was very informative and helpful throughout. He has a very friendly and polite disposition and answered all my questions. He seems quite knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and water softeners and thoroughly explains everything. He comes recommended.
Called for a leak between our home and the meter. Never made an effort to find the leak. He said he doesn't have the equipment to locate the leak and would be best to run a new line. Totaling just under $6,000 without even trying to find the leak and spending less than 10 minutes at my home. Very sad but you made $89 for 10 minutes but I will not recommend you to anyone.
Had a leak somewhere in my plumbing. We recently had our foundation repaired and were going to have static test done next week but, I could here water flowing. If you are looking for plumbers you can trust for any situation, look no further: these guys are the real-deal.My specific job concerned installing a new natural gas hot water heater and repairing a tricky toilet leak. They arrived promptly and quickly gave me an estimate of the work; it probably only took them 10 minutes to get back with me with a few different options, depending on what I wanted. They were kind enough to give me a discount since I had multiple jobs needing attention, and the best part is they got to work right away! No scheduling a day in the future, no phone tag, no hassle—just instant service. And this was a surprise since hot water heater jobs are usually big jobs that require lots of time and small decisions along the way.They started working around 3 and finished about 7. They were the dictionary definition of efficient.The ease in which they drained and removed the 12 year old tank was astounding. I assumed it would be a battle of epic proportions since the old thing was completely full of calcium gunk, but Joseph and Josh made quick work of it. When it came to the tricky toilet which leaked at the base and which had been worked on previously, they knocked that out even quicker, immediately assessing the problem that had eluded myself and others previously.And I haven't even reached the best evidence of their professionalism.After I paid and thanked them for the great work, my wife noticed that the refrigerator water wasn't working. Apparently, when the water main was turned off and then back on, some sediment had gotten into that small copper line. I called them the next morning and Joseph and Josh came right back out and assessed the new problem. Within minutes, they had drained the line and found the true culprit: a bad valve with about a needle -sized opening that had been installed in the line as a sort of quick-access shut-off. Well that quick-access was really a quick-headache. They generously replaced that valve with no charge and double-checked that the fridge water worked properly afterwards. Then they even asked if the water shut-off had caused any other problems in the house.In my book, it is the mark of professionalism when the individuals consistently go above and beyond to ensure the quality of the work: Joseph and Josh achieved this mark multiple times.If you desire peace of mind and pure quality craftsmanship, Mr. Plumber is your answer.

We are not satisfied by the work that was done to find the leak, since they cut off some of the other crucial outside faucets in the process. The faucets are no longer connected. They were not on time any of the three days they were there. Your People did not bring the right help or equipment to do job. We had asked for a worst case scenario price, and were told $1600. An unsuccessful attempt was made to add additional $500 when they were “finished”. We will not be recommending your company, nor will we use your company again.

Was quoted $2,300 for a pressure reducing valve install... safe to say that was completely unrealistic and I feel taken advantage of. Thank goodness we were able to fix the issue ourselves.

this was my go to plumbing resource when it was Parker and Sons, I gave A LOT of business to you. I am no longer using your services though. Parker and Sons appreciated long-term customers. You do not. When I had a very simple under sink link - which I was sure was a 20 minute job - you wouldn't send anyone for three days. Three days. Parker would have made it work. Thats how you lost my business. And your phone people have poor people skills.

I called for help with my water softener. The tech made some quick assumptions and told me that I needed a new one, then made 5 other suggestions for things that I 'need' to do for the plumbing of my home. I live in Bexar County and he said that the water coming to the house had enough chlorine in it to be pool water, which is absolutely not true. Then he made suggestions based on my neighbor's water main. In the end he gave me an estimate for $16,000 or $6,000 if I wanted a new water softener. No thanks.

My kitchen sink had sprung a leak on Dec 10th and a plumbing company was contracted to come out to determine the cause. They were unable to find out what happened, and when I discussed a job I wanted them to get done, they seemed more focused on my water heater that needed to be updated. I was unable to get a callback for my repairs to be completed in the end. This was after calling three times to reach the plumber and being told that they would call me back to go over the details. I called two other companies that either didn't answer or did not have an operating phone line before I landed on Mr. plumber. Justin came out and listened to what I needed as well as installed a dishwasher that I had purchased 2 days before the incident. Edgar came out to bring extra parts and aid Justin in completing the work. Both men were incredibly friendly and informative and the work was done in a few hours. I never thought I could be so happy about plumbing work! After a few weeks of waiting and wondering, I can finally use my kitchen sink again. Thank you guys so much, I'll definitely be a returning customer.Update: Still a regular customer for Mr Plumber. But I wanted to give a shoutout to Joshua Mora for getting us hooked up with a new water heater the same day after we were having issues with our old one leaking gas. They showed up when they said they would. Mr. Nickel explained what the issue was and how to remedy the situation and the cost. They had to run a new water line. The initial attempt was to not trench the yard but they ended up having to trench the yard , but there was no additional cost. Adam Schofield and Paul came out for a leak in my slab. They were able to detect the leak on the first day, came back the next day, and rerouted my slab pipes through my ceiling and wall with pex pipes. Everything looks really professionally done. I'm impressed with the quality of their work and how quickly they were able to get everything completed. They cleaned afterward and gave me a detailed summary for my insurance. I had to pay up for the service; but, I believe it was worth the cost. I also received their military discount, which I truly appreciate.

This is the second water line pipe that burst and had a leak. The guys did a great job at explaining everything they were going to have to do to make sure the problem was going to get fixed. Would recommend Jacob Baker to anyone that cares about the quality of work and the professionalism involved in taking care of your home. In discussion with him, I am planning to do a water softener once finances are good to where can get done comfortably. Our service tech was Jayson J. He initially came to flush our water heater (which he did) but then made sure to replace a faulty shut-off valve as well as replace some metal hoses that were initially installed incorrectly by the previous homeowner. Milo came out today for a continuous running toilet and a knocking noise when we did laundry. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave my wife and I few different solutions to getting the stuff fixed. We could have just had the “guts” of the toilet replaced but he found that the flange was also cracked. We ended up having him replace the toilet, solder in a new flange and since he was here, flush our water heater. He was professional, efficient and made sure all our questions were answered. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll never call another plumber again. We’ve used mr plumber in the past and had great service with Paul and Anthony as well. From the time I schedule it online, to the phone call, and to the exceptional service I received for unclogging a drain that hasn't been used for 7 years...I happy to say that I will definitely use these guys for all my plumbing needs at all my properties. Brandon and Paul took the time to explain what was happening and the options. In less than an hour, I was able to start washing clothes with no problems with any drain lines in the house. It helped that I researched what the prices were for unclogging a drain and knew what to expect. I didn't want the hassle of renting an auger from Home Depot and I didn't have anyone to assist me. The price was on point for the service provided and I also received a military discount. (I still haven't received a call from Will-fix-it and its been over 8 hours)

Called Mr plumber to repair a leak near WM. Plumber determined the issue was the PRV. I asked him to replace the upstairs water heater also. The plumbers as scheduled on July 18. They fixed PRV valve and started on the water heater. At 11:30 am the plumber said the WH they brought would not fit the space and left for 2 hours. I found out later from his partner the was no issue with size of the WH. After finally replacing the water heater and leaving I found out there was no water following from the hot water faucet. Called him back to fix. After the left again I checked the WH and found a leak at the new pressure tank I fixed myself. The plumber was to email me the receipt with pictures of the repair so I can send to SAWS for water bill credit. I have yet to receive the receipt and pictures.
10/10 would recommend Leo T for anyone looking to solve their plumbing issues. We’ve had 3 other companies come out and say it wasn’t clear why and even IF there was really a leak. We will continue using Mr.Plumber moving forward!
I had a water test done by Jonathan, he was very friendly and professional . Asked about military service and gave us discount and went out of his way to explain . We then had the $700 camera pin point test done by Jason who was very unprofessional and seemed to be memorizing a script. He was rude and seemed bothered when we asked him questions about the camera pin point test. He gave us a $10,000 difference on estimate of repairs needed from previous estimate just a week before.I had used Mr Plumber before and was very satisfied, but they have since merged with three other plumbing companies and simply to me they lost the credibility and confidence I had in the past to use them in my plumbing repairs. Forgot to mention.. I called office to speak to manager or someone who would explain and answer questions I had. 2 weeks passed by before we had to call again and have someone answer our questions .

We hired Mr Plumber to find and repair a leak under the bathroom vanity. The plumber that came out was Sergio Zuniga. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional throughout our encounter. Our problem was unique and complicated due to the fact we have an older home and the plumbing was not done correctly the first time. I rarely write any reviews for anything, but I'm sick of taking cold showers and am beyond livid with the lack of customer service at Mr. Plumber. We bought a new water heater from Mr. Plumber in November 2020 and paid for the six year warranty. Last week the pilot light went out and after many attempts to get it to stay lit, it kept going out. I called to have someone come look at it on a Friday and was told that someone would call me back on Monday, not that they would put me on the schedule, but that someone would call me back. So I called Caliente Plumbing and they sent someone out that day. The guy from Caliente told me that the gas valve on this brand of water heater is defective and they'd had to replace a bunch of the same part. He recommended that I get Mr. Plumber to fix the valve because it should still be under warranty. When I tried calling Mr. Plumber back, they still told me that someone would call back on Monday. No one called on Monday, I had to call them. They then told me that they could only schedule windows of time where a plumber might show up meaning I would have to take an entire day off of work just to have someone look at the water heater, then I would have to take another day off of work for someone to come out and fix it. When I complained that I should not have to take time off work after they sold us a faulty product, the lady told me she'd have her manager call me back later. He never called back. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Do not use this company. I'm not sure where the five star reviews come from, but it's the one star reviews that tell the truth. If I were you I'd call Caliente Plumbing instead. If I didn't have a warranty through Mr. Plumber, I'd never use their services again.

We chose Mr Plumber because of the professional service that Jacob had provided in an earlier plumbing repair, the quality of the materials to be used, and his detailed knowledge of these systems. Had a leaking hot water heater on the weekend- had very good experience with Leo Travers and Joseph Castillo promptly replacing upstairs water heater in a difficult space and trouble shooting issues that contributed such as malfunctioning pressure reduction valve and water softener. I was looking at replacing or water tank heaters (2) to a tankless on a 9y old house we just purchased. Not knowing the age and condition of current ones. It seemed an appropriate decision. I already planned on changing the water softener as well, it was capture and I had one on the way. Jacob came out to access and quote the set up. He was great, even for a Monday. Despite his butter-fingers tongue, he was well educated in the matter at hand. He won my trust over and I even returned the new water softener on the way with the same manufacture as the tankless. Jacob didn’t disrespect the other manufacturer, just gave good first hand knowledge that helped me decide. Plus the cost for the entire job was well worth it. I believed he would do the best job and I would get the best deal. I had shopped around, and Jacob was able to get me the best pricing, plus knowing he would be installing.On the day of the install Jacob and Nathan showed up in a timely manner, explained the process again confirming the plan at hand and put in a system the works great. Despite any hiccups that came along, Jacob never had me uneasy, everything went into place and completed in a timely manner, especially for a retro fit/install. Nathan was also professional and kept up with what Jacob needed, he seemed to really help keep things flowing. Great team work and a overall job well done. I called them at midnight on a Saturday when the hot water heater in my apartment blew and was leaking. I wanted to shut off the valve to the unit, but the valve was broken and I needed it replaced to avoid having to shut off the water to the entire building. Arrived 1.5 hrs late after waiting for the 5 hr window to replace a kitchen faucet . It started leaking under the sink after it was replaced. We called and were given 3 separate dates with several hr windows that were cancelled about halfway through the wait time. We had to get someone else to repair the leak to keep from damaging the cabinets. When we told them we had to get someone else they’re reply was “neat”. What they did was very expensive and poor quality work. Would not recommend this company

This is my first time having a water heater problem and I didnt have any clue on what a water heater would cost. He gave me $2500 for standard plan $3300 for gold and $4k odd for top plan to replace the heater.I asked him on how much he would charge if I get a water heater and charge me for fixing it and he gave a $1100. I also asked him which one would be cost savings for me, he said pretty much would be the same either way.I would say its all my ignorance on how much a heater would cost. i asked him what model are you going to install so I could check the price online he didnt know what model he would install. I figured out that Rheem heater would costed me 700-800$ if I would bought it myself. and I paid the rest for labor to replace the heater and uhaul it. The receipts didnt have a break up on the price for the heater and for the labour. If MrPlumber charged me $1000 for the heater, and with $2500 standard manufacturing warrranty you are paying $1500 for labor for uhaul for 4 hours of work. I had to fix the heater because I either have a high volume leaking water heater or have no water at home and took some bad choices.

I would give this company and their employees 10 stars if I could! My elderly Mom's house had a water leak following the big freeze of Feb 2021. I tried calling about 10 plumbers yesterday and either they didn't answer or they said they couldn't get to it for four or five more days which I fully understand with all of the water problems across San Antonio. However, Mr. Plumber Plumbing told me they could schedule it for Sunday so I took the appointment. They told me if they had any cancellations for Saturday they move up my Mom's repair. Sure enough, this morning (Saturday) at 9am, they called me and said their was a technician in her neighborhood. So, I drove over to my Mom's and met the technicians who fixed the leak. Outstanding support! I can't compliment this company as well as their employees Terri (receptionist/ helped me with the appointment), Jonathan and Chris (technicians). Everyone was polite, professional and understanding! Highly recommend them!!

Very happy with Mr. Plumber service, originally scheduled for a later time but they had a crew available early and called me to confirm. Chris and his apprentice Ryan did an excellent job replacing the expansion tank on my water heater with a price that I thought was very reasonable. They were meticulous about cleaning up after they were done. Will call them back for all my plumbing needs!
I read the great reviews and was about to make an appointment based off of free estimates and very good work. They no longer give free estimates. They told me it would be $89 to make the trip. This is definitely understandable, but it did encourage me to look elsewhere for a free estimate. I am sure the work is still top notch. But with all of the other companies willing to give a free estimate and also having good reviews, I decided to look elsewhere.
We had to replace a water heater. Zachariah and James did a great job. They were professional and friendly and took the time to explain all our options and answer all our questions. They worked efficiently but did not rush through the job.The price was reasonable. We would definitely call Mr. Plumber again and ask for Zachariah.

After Goettl discovered a clogged pipe in our home, they told us we would need to tunnel under our home to unclog, costing upwards of 18K, we received a 2nd opinion from Champion plumbing saying the same thing. After consulting with a general contractor, he informed us he had never heard of a clogged pipe that needed that type of repair. We called Mr. Plumber for a 3rd opinion - and i am so happy we did! Leo and Paul M. were able to complete clear all our drain lines without having to do any digging. They cared about us as customer, while Goettl and Champion were looking at us as a large commission paycheck. Thank you Leo and Paul! Your knowledge and professionalism will make us repeat customers!

I used Mr. Plumber for a water softener install a year ago and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism. So, at 10 pm on Friday when my water heater stopped working I called Mr. Plumber. Mallory answered my call and very efficiently got me scheduled for the next morning. She followed up the next morning too! Jason arrived and assessed my issue. He offered two solutions and pricing. I selected to have a new water heater installed. The job was done same day. Jason was knowledgeable at his job and very professional and courteous. I spoke with Terry on a follow up call and again am very impressed with the professionalism extended. I had a pipe burst sometime Friday night due to the cold snap in SA and couldn't get anything but voicemails on Saturday morning telling me it would be two weeks plus. Mr. Plumber not only had someone answering the phone, but could have someone out by Monday. They said sooner if possible (although given the situation in our city, I surely didn't expect it). I was more than surprised to have a call early Sunday afternoon that a technician was on the way.Adam was polite and professional. Did a great job explaining what happened, answered all my questions, helped me gain a better understanding of my home water system, stayed to check there were no other underlying issues, gave me tips on how to prevent further issues or damage to my home, AND was done in less than an hour.If that wasn't enough, the price was INCREDIBLY fair. I looked up the cost of the parts used and it would have taken almost the same to do it myself.Highly Recommend!! Will certainly use again if the need arises.Thank you Mr. Plumber and Adam!! Supply line from the softener to the heater is leaking through pine hole leak, leak pour out of pan and leaked out from door all the way through garage to outside. Based on reviews on Neighborhood app I called Mr. plumber plumbing, and they came within an hour same day, two males came Ben and Tyler. Both very nice and went straight into business, they had to replace whole water heater, and left to get items and came back and started working on it as soon as possible. They stayed till 1am, until there job was 100% complete. They did a great job and I feel more secured that I have a new water heater. They also added some valves for shut off. I appreciate the service and hard work. Thanks again! I highly recommend, made this process smooth for me.
Do not use! I called them to come out to a property and check on the hot water heater that wasn't producing hot water. The plumber came, said there was no power and left. I was not at the house and had to call to get this finding. They charged $130 for a service fee due to weekend call. My contractor came on Monday and showed there was power to the outlet and that the coil was out (actual problem). After a month of back and forth (all from me, no responses we given until I followed up several times) they refused to give a refund. If the power had been out I would be happy to pay the fee. I showed them a video that power was indeed going to the outlet. Didn't matter. They said it was for him to come out. In my mind, I didn't pay for anyone to just drive over and lie to me. I paid for a professional assessment of a problem. They did not provide that. Very disappointed that they would not at least provide a refund for wasting my time and giving a false problem to just get out the door quickly. Do not use!

I have had Mr. Plumber out two different times for plumbing leaks and neither were inexpensive repairs. They were somewhat involved, but the amount of materials and man-hours seemed to call for not quite as high of a price.The first tech that came out did a great job of minimizing the collateral damage that he had to do in order to make the repairs and he cleaned up after himself. The second crew that came out a month later to do repairs on a different leak just ripped into the siding on the house and broke a bunch of the siding instead of cutting it off. The siding size is not stocked locally and therefore has to be special ordered, and to top it off they left a bag full of trash in the yard.So to summarize - they repaired the leaks - they are not inexpensive - some of the techs try and minimize damage left to be repaired by the homeowner or another contractor, and others just rip into things without regard for what has to be done to repair the repairs.I called and talked to the Office Manager over a week ago, after she posted the reply to contact her. She was very nice, said that they were going to make it right, but never heard back from her.*** UPDATE ***Once again we had Mr. Plumber out to our farm to repair another in-the- slab plumbing leak. Some of the same review from 2 years ago still holds. They are thousands of dollars for a repair that took less than 1 day with minimal materials. They want to just tear into the walls to make their job quicker and easier without regard for what the repairs to the repairs are going to entail or cost. They were polite and did a professional job of the repairs, once they could get someone out here that could figure out what to do (that took 2 days).

Wow! Words can't describe how awesome Mr. Plumber services are. Our water heater tank split and it was late in the day. We found Mr. Plumber and couldn't be happier. They were out to our house within an hour and Chris was our technician. Chris was very knowledgeable and super nice! He explained and answered any and all questions we had. We had an appointment for a hydrostatic test. We were given a time window of 12-5 (long window). Husband had notes of who he spoke to, date/time he talked to her, cost quoted, etc. After taking the afternoon off from work to be home and waiting for hours, my husband called at 4:20 only to discover that we were not on their schedule. Very disappointed, won't use an unreliable company.
Needed to have my sewer line replaced and quickly starting looking around as it was an urgent matter to have this fixed. From the moment I spoke with Terri over the phone I got a good feeling about their customer service. I had another company also give me an estimate for the replacement, and was unimpressed with their professionalism and way of doing business. When Ken from Mr.Plumber arrived I could see the big difference from the company that had just left to how Ken conducted himself. He took the time. to explain everything step by step, had a lot of patience answering all my questions and walked me through how the process will look like. Ken impressed me with his high level of professionalism, understanding and quick response on getting the process going. I work in the retail industry and was extremely surprised to receive this outstanding level of service from everyone I came in contact that works for Mr. Plumber, efficient, prompt and great service all around. I had a few plumbing problems I needed someone to look at. I found Mr. Plumber after reading tons of reviews online. I was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment with the office and the service I received. Jason was sent to my house and explained all the issues and concerns. He also gave me good options to consider. I felt like he was honest and helpful. There was no pressure from anyone to repair anything I wasn’t ready to repair yet. Once I made my decisions, Jason fixed the running toilet and the leaking tub facet. Everything is working well now.My only concern was the price. Mr. Plumber is a little more expensive than other plumbers I’ve hired before. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But I do think you get what you pay for, and I think they charge more because there’s better customer service and communication, also includes a one year warranty on the work I had done and on most jobs.
Upon expecting to repair a pipe under the sink, the technician saw no leakage or repair necessary. Only a sealant was applied to a loose hose to ease my concern. Our tech Chris came to look at the faucets in our two bathrooms. He was very friendly and courteous, and took the time to explain the issue we had and what repairs he could do. He did not make us feel pressured and offered to come back at our convenience if we needed more time to discuss with family.I felt the inspection was very thorough and not rushed, and would gladly recommend our tech to friends. Hiring a plumbing service is one of those tasks I've always dreaded. I know next to nothing about plumbing and we had a leak in our concrete slab. Mr. Plumber had decent reviews online so I called them up.From the very start, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. The team that was assigned to visit my house was absolutely fantastic. They walked me through every step of the process. They came back to work on the issue the very same day I requested the work. The technicians immediately found the problem, fixed it, and fixed two other problems we found in the walls. They were very respectful of our home while they worked. I am very picky when it comes to hiring for work. I'm the type who always feels like the repair person is trying to rip me off. I can honestly say that I did not feel this way when I called Mr Plumber. They were up front, honest, and fair about their pricing and the quality of the work was excellent. Ben was the repairman who came out and he was very knowledgeable about the type of leak I had. He knew exactly where to cut so that the wall repair was minimal and knew exactly where to look to find the leak and the best angle to do the repair from. He was clean and left no mess behind. He worked quickly and diligently without taking any breaks. He not only fixed my leak, but he also fixed the problem that caused it when my house was fixed and he included that in the original price quote. He did not nickel and dime me. I also got a disabled veteran's discount which was really generous and much appreciated. I don't always take stock in Google Reviews, but given the amount of positive reviews Mr. Plumber had, I thought I'd give it a shot and I am glad I did. I will use Mr. Plumber in the future should I need it. (Hopefully I won't any time soon)
No one wanted to hear the words, Sir, you need a new water heater. These things happen, it died a quiet death and it went to a better place...out of my attic leaking into my living room ceiling.I contacted the Mr. Plumb crew, Brian came and evaluated the situation in a reasonable time and we struck a deal. The next day Brian arrived with Chris to extract the old and install the new. They did a fine job and 90 minutes later I had the hot water once again after the install. A very clean, professional job by the team and I would not hesitate to have them take care of my plumbing needs, which I hope are few, in the future.I was offered any adjustments I may need to dial in the temperature to my liking without additional cost over the coming months.The office staff I dealt with were very accommodating, friendly, and equally professional. Bravo to all.
Contacted Mr. Plumber on a weekend to clear a blocked sewage line which was backing up into home. Technician did not solve problem despite a $478 charge (not including $200 for other suggested work). The next time we used a lot of water the same issue occurred. While a root clogged line can reoccur over time, not in 2 weeks. Given that such a short time passed it seems more likely the technician did not clear the line and failed to run enough water to see that.When we contacted Mr. Plumber requesting that the original problem be solved they sent a second team out. The second group were not aware of the reason for their visit. They were courteous but not interested in fixing the original problem but rather recommended a $250 camera view of the issue. When informed that we weren’t paying any additional fees until the original problem was fixed they said they could give me a discount of 50%. I told them no and they left only to return 10 minutes later to say they would do it for free. Once they did the camera work (which took 15 minutes so $1000/hour) they pointed out where the blockage was in the yard and left after we declined the $1800 fix.In short, there was a problem that wasn’t fixed and rather than fix the work or refund our money so we could hire someone else to do so they took the opportunity to push additional services. The correct service response would have been to apologize, fix the problem and move on. If it was a bigger problem from the start then that should have been identified the first time around.

Chris and Ryan arrived promptly as promised by the company. I originally spoke with Chris who was professional and knowledgeable about the type/brand of water heater we had leaking. He determined we needed to have it replaced and laid out options. We took some time to consider and called Chris with follow up questions. In the end, both he and Ryan worked together to install a new water heater quickly when we were ready and at a price point we were more comfortable with. I really appreciated the time Chris took to explain things clearly and to answer questions I had. I will call this company again for plumbing needs.
I came home, after 5:00, to water flooding my yard and the street. When I called Mr. Plumber, Maria was was so helpful and sent Chris on his way immediately. 15 minutes later, Chris arrived and got straight to work. What could have been a complete disaster was fixed within a couple of hours. Maria and Chris were very professional, kept me updated, and were honest and upfront about the cost. If I ever need a plumber again, they will always be my first call!

There's lots of good communication. We came home after being a way for 3 weeks to find water dripping for the ceiling of our garage. Zack came out and quickly identified a leaking fitting to the toilet in the upstairs apartment. He also arranged for a remediation company to call me. They came out the same day and set up blowers and dehumidifiers. I had Zack come back the next day and replace our leaking disposer in the kitchen. His work was thorough and completely professional. Zecharias was the technician alone with Micheal. They were knowledgeable and found the leak and repaired it. It was outside and involved some digging. After the repair, they put the dirt back and rocks, hardly knew there was a big amount of water pooling there for a few days! I have had Denny’s out and now merged with Mr. Plumber. I would recommend them.

This company sold me a flowtech apparatus to help with the hard water. Guarrantee was for five years. This thing never worked. Mr. Plumber came out to redo it to no avail. Needless to say I spoke with Yolanda a manager about this today. At best, she was evasive and would not answer any of my questions about this product that they sold me for 1884.00 dollars! She even claimed she didn't work there in 2017 and recanted her story. In closing, don't use this company. They'll steal your money and then weasel out of their warrantees. If you do use them, I hope you don't have issues cause you're on your own with them.
To start with, Champion AC, a veteran owned and operated business, was the referral entity. My late morning contact with Maria was a good sign that I had called the right company. She was friendly and extremely helpful and was able to set me up with an appointment for that afternoon. So far everything is coming up roses. Then shortly after the noon hour, I was contacted and informed that my technician, Justin, was on his way. He arrived on time and was ready to get to work. I showed him the problem area, explained what I had already tested and what I thought was the problem. He listened and did not judge, looked over the lay out of the plumbing, and made his recommendation as to what he felt needed to be done to fine my leak. I agreed, and he was on it. He found the leak, had it fixed, and I was greatly relieved for I was expecting my sewer line was the cause. Thank you, Justin and Maria. And when I asked Justin about the military discount, he was kind enough to thank me for my service too. Thank you, Mr. Plumber Plumbing Co. I will be more than willing to recommend you to my friends and family.

I had Jon and Jason come out to my house when my air conditioner had stopped cooling. They arrived at my house very fast and quickly got to work. After checking the a/c unit they told me I had a leak and they had it fixed and refilled with Freon within minutes. I am sitting in my house now in the middle of a Texas summer freezing. I absolutely love it. They were such nice guys that I will be using them again with a plumbing problem I am having . This place is very affordable. I had a slab leak and my home warranty company sent out a different company for diagnosis and possible repair. The young man with that company was polite and knowledgeable; however, their quote was extraordinarily high.After reading reviews for several local plumbing companies, I made an appointment with Mr. Plumber. Justin came to my home and provided a free estimate. There was never any pressure to purchase services or products.Since the plumbing in my home was outdated, I chose to re-route lines overhead versus repairing the slab leak. I also purchased a new water heater and water softener.Justin and his apprentices Tommy and Tyler did a great job in blazing summer temperatures. They worked more than 12 hours on the first day to make sure we were not without water for the night. They returned the next day and completed the entire job two days ahead of schedule.All three young men were polite and Justin patiently answered multiple questions. They went above and beyond.As a disabled veteran, I also appreciated the military discount.I will definitely use Mr. Plumber again and highly recommend them.

Mr. Plumber delivered a great service. They were able to come the same day my two water heaters went down and replace them. Mr. Plumber guys were at my home until late night to finish the job. And the price was great too. Five stars well deserved.
Called Mr. Plumber to address low water flow throughout our house. They set up a time to have a tech come out free of charge to look over the situation and give me recommendations on possible fixes and prices associated with the recommended repairs. A slot came open a day early and they called that morning to see if we could have the tech come out early. Jason showed up within 45 minutes of the call and looked over everything. He explained what he felt the issue was and gave me the price quote to repair it. He also took the time to answer some questions I had about some other possible scenarios and the cost associated. Once we decided on the route we were going to take he started work right away. I was actually surprised as I thought they were going to reschedule a different time to perform the repairs. Jason did and excellent job and finished within a reasonable amount of time. He kept the area clean and they take pictures of everything and send those to you along with your invoice, which is a nice touch.
They called the morning of the appointment to let me know there was an earlier time. They were able to show up early and did a great job presenting me with an estimate for the job that beat competitors by nearly $100. They had everything on the truck that they needed to complete the task. The friendly workers finished their job quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber for any plumbing job. I will definitely use them again.

Zechariah Perez promptly arrived at the job site and immediately proceeded to assess the water damage and initiate repairs after he prepared an estimate of repair costs and work scope. We reviewed the findings and I agreed and signed the Notice to Proceed. Mr. Perez commenced work and completed the repairs timely and efficiently even though it was after hours and In the dark. He said he would need to come back to install a larger valve box and returned the following morning to do just that.I was most satisfied with Mr. Perez’s attitude, work ethic and dedication and would recommend him for any plumbing job. He is a credit to your company.

Replacement with new equipment performed quickly, same day, and old equipment removed with work area left clean and tidy. A few extra plumbing concerns in the home checked at no additional cost. Chris was professional and thorough . Explained what I needed.,gave me options. Was not pushing to sell. I had a new washer delivered by Conn's but they could not install because my valves were too calcified and unable to turn off water. Chris installed new valves I requested a water softener which he installed Worked well and quickly and cleaned up! He then offered to hook up my new washer and haul the old away for me. Now that is great service! I will only use him and his team from now on.
Chris always does an amazing job. We have used them for all plumbing needs for years and have never had a bad experience. They have always reviewed the scope of work with us, and all options. They communicate in terms someone who is not as knowledgeable in plumbing can understand, and answer all questions. I had school hvac service due. The technician was very prompt and knowledgeable about the work.
The plumber Brandon M repaired a water leak in the front lawn of my home. Turned out to be a pretty expansive job; needing to replace the old, obsolete, cracking black poly-threaded piping.
Had to have a kitchen faucet replaced along with the corresponding shut off valves. At the same time, I also had our water filtration system treated. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Brian arrived as scheduled and was able to complete the kitchen faucet replacement that day. The water filtration system had not been serviced in years! Brian checked out the system and let me know that new filters were needed along with some replacement parts, that would all need to be ordered. The parts were available the very next day but since I was traveling, we had to schedule for the following week. All the work was completed as scheduled and Brian was a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated the office following up in a few days to make sure everything was OK. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Plumber!

Don't believe the 5 star reviews, They can't possibly be real. Check the lowest option and you will see a collection of nightmares. They wanted to charge me THREE times what I ended getting the job done after getting two more quotes. Their first responder has no tools or materials he is there to see what they can get out of you. You will be told how bad things look and will quote you a ridiculous amount. Even after their discount they are THREE TIMES more then any independent plumber.I hope this is posted, it could mysteriously disappear.
I called Mr. Plumber to request a sewer camera survey of a home I am considering purchasing. The appointment was easy to arrange and the survey was carried out on time and in a very professional manner. Brian G. arrived early, was thorough and careful in his assessment, took the time to explain his process and the results. He made recommendations about the sewer system upkeep/future repair but didn't try to sell me a lot of extra services or products I don't need. I've decided to buy the home and plan to use Mr. Plumber and Brian G. as my go-to company for any plumbing and sewer needs. Chris called before arrival, was right on time. He and his helper did a great job replacing a water heater in my attic. Tight spot to work in but theycompleted the job in good time. He and his partner went above and beyond their duties to make sure everything was perfect before leaving.His professionalism was obvious from the start. All I can say is, AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I want to take this time and thank Terry who answered my call in an emergency situation. After calling several reputable plumbing companies in San Antonio and being told that they couldn’t get to me until the next day, I Googled, “Best rated plumbers in San Antonio”, and Mr Plumbers Plumbing was one who popped up with excellent ratings. I decided to call and was greeted by Terry over the phone. I was in such panic because one of my tenants had water coming out of the floor drains in large amounts and he too was in panic mode. Terry, in her sweet loving voice put me at ease and said, “ I can have one of our plumbers head your way in 30 minutes “. I was so relieved!! The plumber (Ben) showed up and was able to unclog the drain pipes and save the day and was able to get my tenant up and running again. We had our foundation repaired and had to have a plumbing inspection afterwards in order to warranty the foundation. We did not choose the plumbing company the foundation company recommended because we had already had Mr. Plumber come out for another issue a yr. prior and felt more at ease using this company due to all the education the plumber Steven had given us. To our dismay, when they came out to test, plumbing didn't pass, we were given a quote to fix the initial problem and work began. Once the work began, it was worse than we could have ever assumed and the price for repair climbed. This was unexpected and upsetting and we didn't know how to get all this done. In the interim, we were told the plumber we were working with thus far no longer worked with the company, then we inherited another plumber, Chris. Chris, in turn inherited this huge mess and honestly, remained professional, kind and understanding through this long process along with his partner Tyler, AND, the GM Steven, who was also professional, kind and understanding when we were not so pleased and gave them a hard time with deadlines and such. In the end, we had to take a step back and realize, none of the real issues was due to them, it was our plumbing and they ultimately just wanted to give us a great product and service.... and they did. I rated Mr. Plumber a 5 out of 5 for their hard work and continued determination to get things done as quickly as possible with what they were dealing with from our end and did it in a constant professional, caring and understanding matter. When you have a leak at your property, and you know it will cost money to fix it, things are made much less stressful when you are able to deal with prompt, intelligent, and friendly professionals. Not only do they work on Sundays, they were prompt and friendly and helpful in making decisions when an unexpected emergency woke me early. I just had a tankless water heater and water softener installed at my home. The team of Brian, Chris, and Ben were just awesome (A+ service). Brian (Service Tech) was exceptional describing all my options, since I wasn't plumbed for a water softener. This was my second time I had used Mr Plumber since they gave me the best price and quality service in the past. Chris was able to save me some money, on not having to call a roofer to get a much larger vent pipe thru the roof. Ben answered a number of my questions, to help me understand, while working on my installation. The job took a day and a half and they made sure I had hot water over night and worked late in the early evening to make it happen. We had a wonderful experience with Mr.Plumber Plumbing Co. recently. Within a day of our calling to fix a plumbing issue, they called a showed up promptly. The day they showed up the plumber who was very professional identified the problem and offered to fix the issue immediately. They did a professional job addressing the problem. We did not have to haggle over price because they were very reasonable and they cleaned up the work area as soon as they were done. We would definitely recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone looking for professional services who are reasonable and trustworthy.

I requested water heater service around 7:00 p.m. and they responded to the online request within 30 minutes to schedule a next day appointment between 9:00 and 12:00. They called around 8:30 to let me know they were on the way and Justin arrived within 30 minutes. He was very polite and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable and clearly explained the problem and what needed to be done to correct it. He checked and found that my water heater was still under warranty and applied the warranty to discount the price. He worked quickly and meticulously, yet thoroughly, and I had hot water again soon. Chris Rodriguez is an excellent asset to Mr. Plumber. My parent's water heater was leaking water and pooled a good amout of water in the water pan, I called Mr. Plumber, and they dispatched Chris to assess the water heater. There was no charge for him to come out and make a professional determination as to what was wrong with the water heater. After taking a look and assessing the water heater, Chris determined that a new water heater was needed. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process as well as payment options. Great company and great employee!!!! If you are reading this review, please do not look any further. Mr. Plumber is an exceptional company and if Chris is a reflection of all Mr. Plumber employees the company is beyond a five-star rating!!!!

Great experience with these guys! Had a problem with water flow in our house and called them out. The tech (Justin?) was super nice and walked through the house listening to the issue. He discovered there was a problem with the water softener and it was clogging up the pipes. Got the water flowing for us and explained what the long term solution was. Took about 15 minutes for him to figure it out and fix it. Didn't charge us for the visit even after I insisted. I will be using these guys for my needs in the future. Requested a checkup for my water heater and a flushing. It was old and would've required all valves replaced. Too much work on an old heater so the guys installed a brand new one for me. They included a stirrer that keeps hot water circulating so there's less water wasted waiting for hot. They did a fast, thorough job and explained all very well. The two guys I spoke with were Justin and Jordan. Both very helpful and professional. I would recommend the company to anyone.
Always excellent service from the men and women at Mr Plumber. The phone call to confirm arrival time and the promptness and timeliness of the service technicians are a plus. Mr Plumber has done simple service calls and also larger repairs in our home and we’ve always been very pleased with the quality of the work and the price.

We called for service on a Saturday and i was suprised to have a live person answer. Sophia was able to schedule a plumber to arrive within an hour. My water heater started to leak quite heavily and was flooding the room where it was located and then into the garage. I was not able to turn off the water to the heater so had to shut off the water to the house. I called my regular plumber and they were not able to send any one out until Monday between 4-6. I could not do that. Called Mr Plumber and they were able to come out within the hour and replaced the heater in about 2 hours as well as get rid of the water. Madison was very professional and very helpful. Jason was very professional as well. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Our hot water heater went out the other day and it was miserable. We were able to call Mr. Plumber in the morning and schedule a time for the tech to come out when it was convenient for my husband and myself to be home. The tech quickly assessed the problem and we ended up having to replace the heater. He came prepared with the new system and was able to install it right there on the spot! The water ran hot a few hours after the install and I am so grateful!

Justin was dispatched to resolve a leak under my kitchen sink. He quickly determined my garbage disposal was the source of the leak and explained to me that after 10 plus years garbage disposals rust out and leak. He quickly replaced it and cleaned up the water under the sink. Awesome!! Justin also answer a lot of questions I had about plumbing.01/03/2020Terri is awesome!!! Josh came Friday and figured out the problem. He set up installation for Saturday. Brandon and Michael came Saturday. After they were done they explained to us everything they did and what we need to do as maintenance.
I had an unexpected rodent (rat to be exact) chew through 2 water lines in the attic of my house. After narrowing it down that I had a plumbing problem and not an A/C problem, Champion Air Conditioning recommended Mr. Plumber and within an hour, I had a plumber at my house by the name of Zechariah Perez. He was amazing! Besides being a Master Plumber, he was agile enough to get back into the attic areas I was unable to access and quickly spotted both places for which the rat chewed through the water lines causing ceiling and wall damage. Mr. Perez had the 2 problems diagnosed and fixed within an hour. All of this happened on a Sunday, so I am very lucky thanks to their service that they were recommended and available. Had a leak in my water softener so I called to see about having somebody come out. Chris and Ryan were at my house in 2 hours taking a look at the problem. It turns out it is a part that would need to be ordered from the manufacturer. They bypassed the water softener and stopped the leak that was flooding my garage, which was the main problem.Chris and Ryan were both knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Easily the best experience I have had calling a plumber. I can't recommend Mr. Plumber enough. Ryan and Chris - THANK YOU!
Jason was prompt, came in kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. In the future when I have plumbing issues I will try and request him again.As of Mr. Plumber over all they are great, I have used them in the past to replace a hot water heater, and move plumbing during a bathroom remodel. I called Mr. Plumber when our hot water tank was malfunctioning and required us to turn off the water for the entire house. They were very responsive and had someone at the house in less than 3 hours from my call. 2 hours later we had water again. We originally went to Lowe's and paid for an initial assessment. 2 days later with no communication we called Mr. Plumber. They were polite, courteous, and came to the house fully prepared. We had a slab leak from the hot water heater to our master bathroom. We called Mr. Plumber and they sent Brian and Nate to the rescue and fixed the leak. I have used Mr. Plumber 3X in the past year and each and every time, they are SUPER responsive and very professional. Each was respectful and knowledgeable and fixed my problem. I had a weird problem this last time and Zachariah diagnosed it with no problems. It was so obvious after he pointed it out but, my husband had been scratching his head. Call them, they will get the job done!
They called and asked if they could come early and I agreed (always better early than late!). Service was done quickly/ professionally and everything was explained fully.
Jordan started my experience over the phone to get me scheduled for an appointment. He asked questions to capture all the details needed for the technician. My technician Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. This was my first experience with Mr Plummer and it was a good one.

I called seeking help to diagnose a water leak in laundry room and explained that it could be one of three different issues. They refused to come because one possibility was that it was the PVC pipe that drains water from AC to home exterior. I perceive that the female taking call was patronizing and that they just want big jobs. I don’t like being patronized as I am highly educated and come from long family of Engineers, Architects, and others knowledgeable in these areas. Regardless of my own history, NO potential client should be patronized , whoever they are. I could have become a loyal customer but won’t be calling the back or recommending them to others.

We were very impressed with the work done at our home by Mr. Plumber. Our water softener broke down in Saturday at 8pm, salt was getting into our plumbing and we lost water pressure. I called another plumber ( It was a national answering service) at 8:00 that evening and was willing to pay the $149 fee for weekends and emergencies. They put us on the call list. I called back at 10 and they said they were still waiting to hear from the plumber. At 11 pm they called me and said we would be the first on the list to service on Sunday morning, (8:00am). Sunday morning at 10:00am we had heard nothing from anyone. My husband called “Will Fix It” to check on the status of our emergency. Their answer was that they had no record of our call and we were not in any call list. After three calls to and from them they dropped us off the list. My husband immediately called Mr. Plumber talked to a person in SA and schedule them to come out. They were at our house within a few hours. Zechariah Perez was very helpful and professional. He fixed the problem and answered all our questions. The emergency fee was less and costumer service is excellent. Mr. Plumber has earn our business and our friends and family business.

In the past, I have really appreciated their professionalism and quality work. They are my favorite plumber so far and handled my water softener problem well.However, recently, I learned that I’m just not a fan of the whole “we can’t give you prices over the phone, but will charge you to have someone come out to tell you a price” thing. Their plumber came over, literally pulled the pricing book up on the iPad, and gave me a standard price for the procedure. I have a hard time accepting that I had to pay $50 just to hear the price for a standard procedure (no diagnostics) that they magically couldn’t give over the phone. Probably because they knew the price was out of the question. That was a waste.

I had three water heaters that were over 10 years old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Mr. Plumber and they were so helpful! I also had some pipes that were making some knocking noises (not good) and they guaranteed that the knocking would stop once the new water heaters were installed. The knocking did indeed stop! One of the installers, Ben, was especially helpful. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain to me exactly what the problems were. They even did the installation on the same day! It was an easy,and great experience for my plumbing emergency,they deliver great customer service,same day service,and came early. The service technician Zechariah Perez ,introduced himself, was very professional,he informed me in great detail, the service that needed to be done, and why,quoted a good price on parts and labor,then explained the repairs he had done,in a great a timely manner. He did a great job,i recommend Mr.plumber and their team,for your plumbing needs.
I was very happy with outcome of service, I moved in to this home 3 weeks ago and low and behold I go to wash a load and water starts coming up from pvc drain pipe and I tried everything before calling Mr.Plumber but no luck, when Paul Rocha technician arrives he sticks camera down drain and finds out there is some type of round object about 20 feet down through the pvc pipe, he unloaded the 100ft auger into the clean out in hopes it will dislodge the round object, and after 20 minutes of running that auger I run my washer to drain a load and no water came up anymore, I believe the auger pushed it through and cleaned the line? I’m very happy with the level of service and outcome f from Paul Rocha at Mr.Plumber, thank you so much I can w do laundry now, I even became a member!!!?
Will definitely use them again! The pricing was a little higher than expected, but they were able to come out next day(Christmas Eve) while other plumbers couldn’t get to me for a few days. Our plumber was professional and quick!

I was pretty patient. I knew other ppl have worse situations than mine. I waited for my scheduled appointment. Which was about 2 weeks out. I waited and finally at 5 pm I called and the person who answered the phone told me I was rescheduled. And literally no one came. Literally no one! No one called me to let me know. I called to cancel my appointment and I told the person on the phone that no one ever came. And they just brushed it off. No apology or anything. Went with another company that's soooo much better.

Our water heater was leaking. Chris explained that we needed to replace it due to the age. He let me know that I qualified for a military discount for the replacement and that it was still under warranty. He explained all questions and was very knowledgeable. The new water heater was replaced quickly with out any problems. I would definitely recommend Chris and Mr Plumber.

Excellent! I had a water softener replaced. Chris R was the technician that installed the system. He was very professional and completed the project in a timely manner, leaving the work site neat and clean.I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
My toilet was wasting water (overfilling and going into the drain) so I had a total rebuild done and was charged $275. Probably not the most affordable plumbers in town but my plumber Chris did a good job explaining the work that he did.
I suspected I had a water leak due to my water bill going up over the last two months and seeing water between my slab and sidewalk where the pipes entered the house for the water softener pretty much proved it along with the little red triangle spinning at the meter when no water was on anywhere in the house. Mr. Plumber was the first of 3 that returned my call and before their business hrs began. When Sophia called, she was extremely professional, sympathetic to my panic and quick to get me scheduled that day. My original time was between noon and four but they finished a job early and were at my house around 9-9:30. Chris and Chase were both very courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and found the leak quickly (during the day there were 2-3 other plumbers/workers that came to help....all were wonderful) Of course I was skeptical but Chris took time and explained to me all the steps he took to be 100% sure the leak was were he said it was. Unfortunately for me, they had to cut through the concrete sidewalk in two places and trench like 25 ft. in order to do a reroute of the pipes. I was overwhelmed and kept calling Sophia asking her about discounts, insurance coverage and lots of “what if’s”.... She was so patient with me and helped me secure 0% financing for 18 months. The crew worked nonstop except for two things: 1) a saw to cut through concrete (they had to rent one after the skill saws they had burned up...Mr. Plumber, PLZ buy your workers one or two concrete saws....they waited an hr for one to be rented) and 2) Lunch.Chris kept me informed all throughout the day as to their progress. It was late when they finished the rerouting and checks and needed to come back in the morning to fill in the trench and holes. Boy, they were at my house first thing and finished quickly. I was so impressed with their integrity and skills that I had them replace my RO with a more efficient (1gallon to 1 gallon) one. Chris came back Saturday to do that work too and went above and beyond again with his service and skills. I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber (Chris and Chase). Their prices are competitive, they give a military or senior discount (maybe others) and they will work with you and help you get financed.

Outstanding, had my shower going in no time. Justin was great, in less then twenty min. he was in and out and had the water back on in no time. Very professional in his field. Terry, was also outstanding by making sure that as soon as a Tech was ready she would advised me. She did, and advised me that Justin would be here in 20 min, which he was. I belive Terry is an asset to her company and I hope that if ever I need a plumber Mr. Plumber will be the one I will be calling.
I am a property manager and I have dealt with many many many plumbers. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. As a property manager, the bottom line is to save my owners the most money and get the best quality work done. As impossible as that sounds, it is my job to find that company. I am very happy to say that Mr Plumber does that for me. This is a well run company. I call a local number, someone answers the phone, no automated system. I have yet to feel cheated on price for work. The pricing is very accurate. The professionalism is flawless.

Our experience before the plumber arrived was a nightmare, but when Mr. Plumber arrived I knew we would be taken care of. Chris has done work on our house in the past and we were highly satisfied with the work done. Because we have had multiple leaks in different parts of the house we opted to repipe the entire house. The entire process was well documented, including pictures, and all the findings were reported to us, including the DIY patchwork that has been done over the years before we moved in. Chris and his team were very professional and I'd highly recommend.

Our water heater stopped working so I called Mr. Plumber to see if it could be fixed. The plumber arrived within the hour and gave it a complete look over. unfortunately because of the age of the appliance, it was not fixable but he did start work immediately to get us hot water within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable and the plumber was considerate and efficient. Thank you Mr. Plumber for making an unpleasant turn of events not so bad.
Brian and crew did a water heater check up and flushed both water heaters. They were on time, performed the job quickly, and showed me potential issues with my water heaters. He also made recommendations and gave me pricing for future services and installation. Great job, thank you.

I called them because all the positive reviews. I don’t understand honestly. Please do not patronize this company. The only positive experience was getting the technician to the house on time. I needed the main water pressure regulator replaced. The part, a good replacement part, costs somewhere between $150-200. Their quote for parts and labor was $600!!! I asked them to break down the labor and part costs, they said they don’t do that, that’s your first indication of shadiness. Second, I asked the amount of labor time charged, 1 (one) hour was the answer. So that means at best, it was $400 an hour labor charge. Ridiculous. FMV on this job is around $300. I have a feeling it had something to do with the “nice” neighborhood we live in. It’s not uncommon but this company has no shame or integrity on their pricing. I am sure they will provide a standard, condescending reply to save face. Bottom line- don’t use for your plumbing needs.
Very fast service. Probably 45 minutes* between my first call and Troy showing up.Very polite, very prompt, very responsive to my questions. Got in, did what needed to be done, and left. No high pressure tactics to sell their maintenance plan, just explained it, and offered it.I don't often have plumbing needs, so I don't really know how the price compares, but I didn't feel like it was completely out of range.*I'm pretty sure that was a lucky coincidence, but the person answering the phones set up a realistic expectation of when the service person would be there.I would definitely recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone else needing a plumber.

I had a water softener installed, and a drain line had to be run to other side as well as an hard water tap installed to outside. Brian and Joseph did excellent work. Cleaned up as they went along, and afterwards showed full operation of unit. I recommend them and Mr Plumber be considered for your needs.

I called Mr. Plumber to have a gas pipe removed and to have it capped in the attick on a Saturday. Mr. Plumber was out within a couple hours and performed the work efficently and successfully. Was very pleased with the workmanship of Zack and Joseph. While the price was a bit high, I realized we were asking for a Saturday afternoon and emergency service. Ultimately the money was well spent with we were able to complete our project. Thanks Mr. Plumber.
Steve and Justin came out to my house to fix our washing machine shut off valves. They were quick efficient and very friendly. They showed up and gave us a price out of a price book which i liked and most plumbers that i have used seem to make up prices as they go along. Very professional and pleased with the service i recieved from these guys. I would recommend to anyone we also had a water softner put in a few years back and can not be more pleased its top of the line and have not had any problems with it
As a new homeowner, trust me when I say i was a bit in a panic when I noticed water spurting out from the side of my house where the water spicket is. Just googled a plumber in SA and this company had the best reviews so I gave it a shot...The lady who answered the phone, Teri (sp), was super nice and was able to calm me down a bit and let me know my options (considering it was out of normal business hours). She told me Chris would be on his way within 30 minutes.Chris showed up in the exact time I was told he would and this guy was a lifesaver. He made sure I shut the water off correctly, told me exactly what he was going to be doing, why it happened and what I can do to prevent it in the future.A+++ review to everyone involved, I highly recommend!
Some repairs are beyond my tinkering. Thankfully Mr. Plumbing saved me hours of knee breaking, back bending, knuckle rapping work in the mud. Josh, the repairman dispatched to my home, was very courteous and friendly. He assessed the problems and provided an upfront, tax included quote. I like to learn how to fix issues on my own so I was grateful for all the answers Josh had for my questions regarding the workings of valves and water pressure. As for the work, he was able to communicate each step of the repair and parts to be used. When done I received a one year warranty for the work. I am very pleased with these guys at Mr. Plumber.

I spoke to Terri on the phone originally and she was able to quickly identify a time slot that worked well within my schedule. I woke up on a Saturday morning to an unfortunately high water bill, checked my meter, and realized I had a serious plumbing issue near the front of my house. I called Mr. Plumber because they had good reviews and they had somebody out to my house within an hour (again, on a Saturday morning). The technician, Justin, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. Once we agreed upon a price, he immediately got to work and fixed a broken pipe that was leading into my main water line. He even allowed my very curious 4 year old son to tag along the entire time and patiently answered his 10,000 questions. I cannot thank Justin and Mr. Plumber enough for taking good care of my family.

Technician (Brian) was very professional and answered any questions I had. Came in to do a regular maintenance on the Water Heater and i had him Fix an issue i had with my shower for a nominal fee. Mr. Plumber installed this water heater 6 years ago, and it has worked perfectly since day one. I'd highly recommend using them. Brian has been with mr. Plumber for the last 11 years, so this shows to me that they take care of their employees as well.
We called Mr. Plumber after finding out a serious issue with our water heater during a home inspection while selling our home. Mallory was able to dispatch Justin within 30 minutes of the call. Justin diagnosed the problem and fixed it (including driving elsewhere to get extra parts) within a couple of hours. We loved the prompt service and the quick fix to our problem.

Needed quick service because of a leak that required turning all water off to prevent damage. So happy that from the time I called it was all taken care of in a couple of hours. During a frightening and unexpected emergency resulting in a large amount of water pouring from my upstairs bathroom down upon my dining room table and kitchen counter… Mr. plumber what is the company that kept coming up during several searches of the web for emergency plumbing repair with a top rating.I even called my go to air-conditioning service and repair company, Champion AC... and ask them for a recommendation… Once again, it was Mr. Plumber.How could I ignore that?That's who I called.Within a short hour and a half, I had Justin with Mr. Plumber here at my house. He was my polar opposite that day: calm and collected while I was frantic and distraught.I let him do his thing well I try doing something unrelated to the water disaster and two hours later, I had the problem diagnosed and fixed!The price was much more affordable than I ever would have expected, too!Thank you, Justin and Mr. Plumber!!!
Both technicians did a wonderful job installing the new stainless steel kitchen sink and toilet in my home. They were prompt, courteous and before leaving made sure to answer any questions I might have with the materials and installation of both units. I would invite both technicians into my home any time for future work.

I called Mr Plumber at 9:00 on a Friday night regarding a backed up toilet at one of our rentals. They showed up within an hour and diagnosed the problem. They called for approval and made the repair. They also recommended netting out the sewer line as it had significant build up. The went back out on Saturday and completed the clean out. The price was incredibly fair, especially for an after hours and weekend call. They earned my business and I highly recommend them!

Everyone from the office to the mobile technician were extremely professional. For it being a Sunday I had quick response and the tech J.Mora was professional and courteous. I hate to have to call them again because that means I’m having more plumbing issues but I already know whom I’m calling first and only.
The individuals that completed the work at our location were knowledgeable and polite. The work surface was cleared and clean both before and after their work, so there was nothing to obstruct their work which was completed within 30 minutes. The work required removal of two pvc pipes and replacing them with two brass pipes and 2 Angle or Straight Stop Valves. Easy install ... no problem.However, the charge for this service was excessive ... being $313.13.I asked for a quote on hooking up a faucet and connecting a dishwasher and almost fell over when it was announced the charge would be over $900.00 with a senior discount. The faucet and dishwasher together were half that cost.For this reason, we will not be calling your company anytime in the future.

Our water pressure was absolutely horrid. We couldn't figure out why - we just bought the house. So, after digging, going back and forth, we ended up finding out our water softener was popping itself. Anyway, Mr. Plumber showed up less than a day later, and got it all sorted, and even fixed a line to our washer we didnt even know was messed up?? Who does that?! Our service men were Justin, and Justin brought in Chase to assist with the water softener unit change. Professional, and polite and really quick. Bonus: they like dogs.
