He was the most pleasant person to work with, was well-mannered, positive, polite, on time, and as thorough and precise as a surgeon! We were experiencing water back up issues until the water would no longer drain. Beyer plumbing conducted an assessment to let me know exactly what was going on. They were very timely and booked us the same day. Thank you so much for helping us!!

I called Beyer Plumbing this morning for a stopped up toilet. I had never used a plumber in this area so I called Beyer after they were recommended to me. Andrew Price arrived at my home in less than 2 hours after I called them. He was polite and profesional and left the work area clean. Richard went above and beyond helping me these past two days. He was knowledgeable and responsive. I was desperate to get the boilers up and running for the residents in my building. Richard helped me track down the part needed for replacement. I am so grateful for his response early this morning when we were able to track down the part. Thank you so much Richard!

I had them come out to look at a gas line leak and give me estimates for repair or replumb if necessary. The plumber they sent was very nice and professional, and answered most of my questions. But some of the answers were vague and I got the gut feeling that the cost was going to quickly go beyond the rough estimate once the work started. The pricing on specific tasks was notably higher than other quotes I'd gotten and the price for a pressure test was nearly 2 to 3 times higher! So I paid them the $120 service fee to do estimates, the plumber said he'd provide all the measurements and details to their estimator, and I'd get an estimate via email. It's been a couple days and, although I've gotten marketing emails and an invoice for the $120 service fee, I haven't received any estimate. I won't use this company in the future.

Jonathan and Benny are knowledgeable and courteous. They repaired our plumbing issues efficiently for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Beyer Plumbing.

frozen pipe on Friday before Christmas 2022 :-). Beyer was slammed but took message and got back to us soon to let us know ETA which was the Wednesday after Christmas. they booked an appointment with us on Monday after Christmas for Wednesday as promised, and showed up on time and very quickly fixed the problem. Mike and crew dealt with a nasty clog in the plumbing from upstairs that a different company couldn’t handle. He explained the issue and how they planned to resolve it. Thankful to have a working toilet and bath upstairs again. Price was fair.

.Had a salt water tank we never used.. Continued. To lake water and create a mess. Andrew was quick, explained everything very thoroughly, and did a nice job and cleaned up afterwards.

Water in house stopped, but water meter doubled in speed due to slab leak. I shut down isolation valve to stop meter. Jerry and I spoke over phone. I reopened isolation valve and meter again running very fast and water in house started again. Not sure why water stopped but hear increasing air in pipes. I told Jerry since water was back on in the house no need to come to the house. Ray said earlier today master bathtub needs to come out to get to pipe in slab leak. We hope this can be done soon as the water may be ruining the foundation.

Had a leak in front yard. Quite obviously just after shutoff valve. Quote for repair was over $2,000. Just the quote cost me $120. Called another plumbing company who fixed it for $364.

Quick efficient installation of 3 replacement toilets. The Technicians clearly explained everything about the new toilets and mentioned other plumbing items that may cause issues in the future.

The technician, I believe, made an extra effort to arrive and solve our water heater issue as early as possible so we could go to a doctor appointment. All went on schedule.

I called Beyer Boys Plumbing for a suspected gas leak on a Saturday morning after checking my CPS bill. They worked me into the schedule and came very quickly. Richard and Tristan were professional and very fast in finding the issue. They identified and isolated the leak and added a cut off valve in under 30 minutes. Richard sent me a quote as promised for the repair of the gas pipe, even faster than anticipated. He sent it to me before leaving my curb! Firstly the technicians were great, prompt friendly and knowledgeable. They were very professional. The quote however was astronomical. I hope the Beyer Bros run some more ads on the radio and buy a new boat this year. Tempts me to start a plumbing company if people actually pay those rates. I was quoted about three times what the job was worth.

My plumbing backed up in my two bathrooms. Abel Ortega has been working to find and correct the problem. He keeps my husband and I informed and provides pictures of what he has found and what is to be done. The plumbing job was completed last Friday 8/19/2022 and I want to take time to express that Mr. Abel Ortega did an excellent job and kept my husband and me informed of everything that was to occur. I am so pleased with the plumbing service provided that I will be using Beyer Plumbing and requesting Abel Ortega whenever there is a plumbing issue to be resolved.

One of our tankless hot water units went out and they came out and were able to take care of it. It was expensive but they were professional and did a great job, installing Bette equipment than what the home builder put in. Then we had them come back and re seat two toilets and fix a few faucets. Again, they did a great job. They aren’t cheap but sometimes you have to pay for quality work. I will continue to use them.

Beyer Boys have handled our plumbing needs for more than 20 years. Our house is over 40 years old so we employ Beyer Boys to conduct a water faucet and leak detection review 2 times a year. Included in this service is the draining of our water heater. Matthew, the plumber, cleaned the calcium from the sink faucet aerators and told me of the wonders of white vinegar. As we do not have a water softener, Matthew suggested we pour a cup of vinegar in the toilet tank monthly to help keep the bowl orifices calcium free. I feel like a valued customer of Beyer Boys and highly recommend Beyer Boys to anyone with a plumbing issue.

I called them with an emergency plumbing situation. Granted it was Father's day, but our house had no water. Couldn't use the toilet, the sink, dishwaser, bathe, etc. Beyer advertised Emergency Service on their website, so I called them. The gentlemen who initially answered, a nice fellow by the name of Dan, asked me if I was a Premium Customer, to which I answered no. He said that it wasn't a problem. Took down all my contact info, and said somebody will contact me shortly. I received a text message giving me an appointment time. Great! Shortly after that I received a call from a woman stating that since I was not a premium member, they could not offer emergency services. I asked what it takes to be a premium member, and she responds by asking how many water heaters I have. Huh?? So, I have to sign up for a water heater maintanence package ($365) before they could do the magnaninmous favor of handling an energency call, for which service I am willing to pay. I said I was interested in emergency service, not maintanence contracts. She said I'm sorry I can't help you then and hung up. In my face.My question is, why did one person say it wasn't an issue, and then set up an appointment, when another person says it is an issue, and they cannot help me? Why did they waste my time when I am in the middle of a plumbing emergency? Time I could have spent lining up other plumbers? As It stands, It is now nearly 7PM, and I finally have somebody here-- but, not from Beyer, of course.If anybody asks me about whether or not to use Beyer, they will get a big fat NOT A FRICKIN CHANCE! from me. Not impressed with their brand of customer relations. If I could give zero stars I would.EDIT June 20, 2022A representative from Beyer wrote a watered down apology, but took no responsibility for their errors, or for such an unconscionable (and counterproductive) policy. I am quite happy to tell them that the one plumber who DID come to my rescue is going to replace all my cut offs this week, and in September we are using their remodeling service to convert a tub to a shower, and replace an existing tub in another bathroom. You lost that business, Beyer. Wouldn't you rather have had that than my $365 a year?

Came on short notice to repair leak in outdoor water system. Work was urgent because we had to shut off water to entire house to stop the leak. Very hot afternoon. Their repair work was fast and done so well it will likely out last the whole system. The cleanup was so thorough there is no trace of their work in the yard. Second time we have called Beyer for help and could not be happier with them.

We had a break in our underground incoming water line, which was originally ran in a strange way, but they figured out where it was, and suggested replacing the line with PEX tubing instead of repairing the PVC line which would probably break again.They got the water back on, with the line above ground yesterday, and will bury it today. They got us water a day earlier by doing it this way!

We just moved in to a house with an outdoor gas line. Jerry was great in providing advice on how to open and close it as well as discussing the dangers that we needed to be aware of when using it. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again!

Ramon Luna is an excellent plumber. He was able to walk us through the process involving our water softener and answer all our questions. He installed a water shut off valve to the softener for safety. He fixed the toilet with the part ordered and placed a new faucet outside. I have already recommended him to neighbours in our Alamo Ranch community. He is excellent at his job.

Jerry Torres did a great job in resolving my plumbing issues. I also appreciated that I was advised by text when he was heading to my house, and that his picture was included so that I would recognize him when he came to my door.

Inspection and servicing my plumbing annually, all went very well. Technician was great.

I had a under the sink water filtration system put in. Richard was a little early which worked out. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and answered all my questions. He and his assistant wore masks and booties which was safe and professional. They did an excellent job and made sure it worked perfectly before they left. I would use them again in the future.

If you are not rich do not call this company. I called in an attempt to get assistance with a run-on shower issue on Sunday and was told that they do not service ‘normal people’ on Sundays. They only service their ‘premium customers’ on Sundays, but they would be happy to sell me a premium membership and then have someone scheduled to come to my house. I declined. If you are an Average Joe don’t use Beyer. They only prefer wealthy clients and do not have customer service in mind at all. Avoid.

Major leak we couldn’t find. He found it pretty quickly and kept us informed the entire time. Made sure we approved repairs before he completed them.

Have used Beyer Boys for a/c and plumbing services for a decade. ALWAYS pleased and amazed at how quickly they can respond to our service needs. While problems are never fun to deal with, and pay for, Beyer Boys always does excellent work and you can rest assured that the work is done correctly. We have service contracts for both a/c and plumbing equipment. Being proactive about servicing the equipment on a regular basis has been a wise move. You definitely get what you pay for! Super nice office people, and professional and well trained service people.

False alarm, but Chris was very professional. We thought there was a sewer back-up.the shower area smelled like mildew. Chris couldn’t find any malfunctioning

Alex & Harrison arrived early. The advance text was appreciated. Alex has a great amount of experience and was professional and personable too. After discussing the issue with Alex he quickly got to work and identified the trouble. Next he coordinated with the office on needed resources, got them, and began digging to replace the leaking pipe. This costly leak will soon be fixed thanks to Alex & Harrison. I highly recommend Alex! He knows his job, works hard, and does it well.

Steve and John were just great ! Super respectful and professional. CPS had cut off my gas because of a leak. Steve and John came out to the house to find the gas leak and repair it. They found two leaks in the gas line , one in the garage at the water heater and one in the gas line going to the fireplace. They did a wonderful job repairing both places. They had to move the water heater to get to the gas line to fix it and then put the water heater back in place , hook it all back up. I was really worried about the gas but Steve and John were so patient and so reassuring with explaining everything that they were doing. They got CPS back out to the house while they were here so that they could make sure that everything was just right with the gas back on before they left . Highly recommend this company.Was a great experience!!

Tried to sell a super expensive water heater and scare me into a sale when my current water heater was fine. Then refusing to provide any additional solutions. What a joke! Would NOT recommend. Mike and John showed up ready to rock! Turns out I had another issue that I wasn’t aware of. My chrome p-trap (installed in 1996) became brittle and was leaking. While I renewed for another year, I do intend to shop around. The company needs to be more transparent in its pricing policy.

After they came to do my semi-annual inspection, they failed to check the AC Capacitor. That failed two weeks later...costing me $300.00 to replace...be careful with Beyer Boys...

We had a water pipe leak on New Years day. Beyers was the only plumber that would make a service call since it was a holiday. Not the best way to start out new year but so thankful that Byer Plumbing came to help us!

They called when on the way and arrived when expected. They wore shoe covers and were very respectful. The repair was for a commode that was leaking at the base. They discovered a large clump of tree roots in the drain and removed it. They told me how to prevent further issues with roots, put in a new seal and put the commode back in place. It works great now, and I know what to do to keep it from happening again. I have used Beyer Boys many times and with a house this old I'm sure I will need them again. They have always done an excellent job

Last night when I got home I had a river running from my water meter down the street. I found that my concrete contractor ran over my meter box breaking the main water line. BB used to be a good company. Not so much anymore if you schedule service online. They were supposed to come to my house 11/5/19 and they no-showed---didn't even call me to let me know. I still haven't heard from them and today is the 11/26/19.

We have a maintenance plan to thwart plumbing issues. The check up every 6 months and flushing of out water heater is a great value.

The techs always go out of their way to try and save me a dollar and explain the costs/benefit of what they do. They stayed all day to fix a leak under the house . Jerry his supervisor had the nicest attitude. Jerry took his time to explain everything as he was working. When he discovered the leak was in a difficult area to access, I expected them to reschedule the work to another day. Instead they got their tools and literally dug for a few hours to find the leak. They were in a very small space under the house. Jerry showed extreme professionalism at all times and a strong work ethic to get the job done. I called Beyer Plumbing because water pressure inside my house was nonexistent. It turned out my water softener was releasing resin from the tank and had clogged up all faucets and toilet refill lines. They diagnosed the issue within minutes of their arrival and flushed out all water lines and got everything working within 2 hours. Michael and Crespin were very professional and courteous. They explained in detail what had happened and how they remedied it. I highly recommend using Beyer Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Beyer installed water heater with previous house owner, when roofers putting on new roof damaged heater vent releasing carbon monoxide into home, we called Beyer and they came out and fixed it right away, no charge. If your house is on septic system do not use these guys they do not know anything about septic systems and how they work. I had clogged main to septic and water was backing up into the showers and little water draining into septic the fist thing out of the mans mouth your septic is full you need to have the septic pumped I told him I just had the septic pumped 3months ago he than said the same thing again and saying yes it is full I then told him even if I did have this septic pumped again in les than a week from the time I have it pumped the septic will fill with water and septic systems do not have to be pumped for 3 years depending on the number of people living in the house

Beyer Plumbing came and found my water softening issue, suggested 2 ways to save money in the repair that BOTH bypassed them making the money... they were just conscious that it was an expensive repair and wanted me to be able to save as much money as possible. It was AMAZING customer service!

Ronnie and John came to install tub spouts since the pipe stubs were not long enough for standard spout replacements by Kohler. They had to solder the threaded end onto the stub at the standard 4” from the wall. Job well done.
