We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

David and Steve promptly responded to my call about a leaky yard faucet. Dave immediately assessed the situation and fixed it within a matter of seconds. Unlike a previous plumber who said I would have to replace the complete faucet, Dave said it was not really necessary and saved me the expense of replacing it. He did not even charge me for a service call. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to provide a kind service.

Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

This person Pedro came highly recommend to us, I called and he answered promptly and was willing to drive to Round Rock from San Antonio to help with are problem. The original phone call was about our plumbing issues in our garage, he called back with a price of the service we accepted, then later that day the guys that was doing some other work on our house broke the main water line. We called Pedro back and ask if he could fix that for us also he said yes. Fixed the water line did a scope for the plumbing in the garage and charged us over $2200 yes $2200 to fix the main water line and scope the other problem. When I spoke to him about this he said he was only coming to look at the plumbing problem use the camera and then give us an estimate. That's not what we discussed on the phone. Why would I ask someone to come from San Antonio to Round Rock for an estimate? I truly feel like we got hoodwinked on this. I do not recommend Pedro or this company to anyone!

Discovered water leaking in my kitchen on a Friday night. A+ San Antonio 's Best Plumbers was able to come out the next day- they called to communicate the timeline and were on time. Technician quickly found source of the leak and then performed a great plumbing leak repair. Very professional and affordable. I felt like the price was more than reasonable for the service.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

Awesome service! We cold called them when we had a clogged toilet by asking Siri for plumbers in the area. The individual who answered the phone was very courteous and had a plumber scheduled for first thing in the morning (on a Saturday!). I appreciated the “heads up” call prior to his coming out. But, was really pleased to have also received a text with a photo of Patrick along with his experience. Patrick was exceptional and also checked our other toilets, faucets, under cabinet pipes, hot water heater, water main, and pressure. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing. We also signed up for the plumbing maintenance which includes coming out two times per year to check everything, remove hair from the drains, draining out the hot water heater, etc. I didn’t even know there was such a thing! Five stars for this company and for Patrick!
