Sal and Josh just installed a transfer switch in my house so that I can use my portable generator in case of power loss. I’ve workedwith other electricians in the past but have neverbeen as impressed with any of them as I am with these guys of Firefly electric. Their knowledge, work ethic, experience and attention to detail as well as their neatness and ability to explain what my options were really impressedme. Reasonable pricing for the quality, excellent warranty, transparent, on time and available forfollow up….couldn’t be more pleased.

A friend recommended Blackbelt AC to me when my AC went out in the heat of the summer last year. They came out within 24 hours, located my issue, and had it repaired for the same price that 2 other companies quoted as a base fee they charge just to come out a look at my AC (not fix). Since then, I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and family including my mom. Everyone loves them! They are definitely the most honest and reliable choice!

This guy is awesome! Honest and was straight to the point, no bs and didn't try to overcharge me. I had my garbage disposal changed and he did a great job. Professional. Punctual. Will be a returning customer.

We used this company for solar panels. Salesperson was Jaime Ruiz. Supposedly lives in my neighborhood. We financed $95,000 of solar panels, electric work and a Generac generator. Part of the sales pitch was he would pay 6 months loan payments and we would get the IRS rebate. We were installed in October and have been asking for the loan payments since at least December and have yet to be reimbursed. Two weekends in a row we were told he (Jaime Ruiz) would be by with payment and he has no showed two weekends in a row. We have also texted the owner, Eric, who has been unresponsive. Super unprofessional. Super deceptive business practices. Next stop BBB. Do yourself a favor and find a more honest and reliable company.
