Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. Additionally, Lee replaced a faulty connection that prevented our new dishwasher from being installed the day before. We could have had the plumber provided by Home Depot do the repair free of charge, but opted to have Lee do the job. We trust the superb quality of this company’s workmanship and valued our peace of mind in knowing the job would be done right the first time.In this time of covid19 running rampant throughout the world, we appreciated Doug and Lee wearing a mask and shoecovers while in our house. Price was higher than the competition, but they did respond quickly and on a Sunday night when I had an emergency. I paid $250 for an emergency visit that was $150 from all my other quotes. The technician was a nice guy and very professional, but didn't have the right parts to cap my pipe off and installed a temporary fix. I would have been forgiving of that in my review if the price wasn't so much higher than the other quotes. I selected them because they were the fastest to get here, but they lost my long term business because of the cost. It is a shame because had the prices been more competitive I would give them a glowing review for customer service.

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

These guys are amazing. It took them a few days after the snow storm we had here in San Antonio but when they came they were friendly, explained what the issue was, they put on some scrub type looking things on their shoes before they walked in, they had their masks on, and were very polite. They showed up at 9:30 pm to fix a plumbing issues we had with our shower. As I was getting ready to pay they said there was no charge!! Seriously!? NO charge! They said it was their way of contributing to the community at a time of need. How amazing is that!? May God bless this company and we will be definitely be using them again every time we need to. HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Forgot to add, the staff answering the phone were also very friendly and their text notifications update you on the status of driver heading to your home.

We are in the process of selling our home and the buyers home inspector found a few minor plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. We called and within 24 hours everything was fixed to meet code. The team worked very fast and were polite throughout the entire process. They ensured they met every need of the inspector. The price knocked it out of the park compared to some of these major plumbing companies where you are just paying for the name. So if you want your work done right and without paying an arm and a leg...this is definitely the company to call.

I was stood up by another plumber on a Saturday am. I had waited all week long for it to be fixed. Being frustrated, I Reached out on Facebook only to be given this company’s name by the owner himself and several others. The owner corresponded several times with me via Facebook and come to find out he was at the gym working out. To me that is dedication!!! We were told that our pipes had collapsed under the foundation by other people. (1970 home). I opted to pay the higher price for the weekend rate as I had been without a washer for a week. This company came out realized it was just clogged pipes and fixed the pipes destroyed by the other plumber. I am very particular about my things and so was Joseph the one on call today. I look forward to using these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

They installed a water softener that I had purchased. They worked with me, striving to make sure I was satisfied, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than they originally thought. They answered all of my questions with patience, experience and knowledge. I’d recommend them.

Above company came out on June 25th when it was about 102 degrees. The technician told me I needed a new AC evaporator and Condenser which would be $8500. I have 3-kids at home and I felt pressured to get a new compressor, so that we wouldn’t have to be miserable with no AC. I decided to wait and the next day called a smaller company Mark Shaw. He immediately suggested a fan and my AC came back on. Now I’ll buy an American Homeshield Warranty and this will give me time for a warranty to kick in in case I do need a compressor. Will Fix It, left my 3-kids and 2-dogs in a miserable state with NO AC. It seemed they were more interested in making a BIG $ale! I paid $625 for the new fan and not the $8500.
