Best Tankless Water Heaters in San Antonio TX

Called to get a water softener, reverse osmosis, and tankless water heater estimate, which they provided for free! No trip charges or nickel and diming me. Hired them to do the work, which they did on time and on budget. They even took the time to educate me on how everything worked and how to best maintain my investment. Very happy all around with this company, will be using them again.

Everything about our service from Big City Plumbing was great. Dispatcher gave me a time and they were there on the dot. Our plumber Homer was professional and courteous. He gave me a quote and despite complications and having to work over an hour more than estimated he still stuck to the quoted price. They also came highly recommended by my entire family and they have definitely earned another customer.

Will's Plumbing charged me $351.40 for 1-1/2 hours work - this was a labor charge only because my heater was under warranty for parts, YIKES!!! I had them do the work because they were recommended by the manufacturer, A.O. Smith. I think that $234. per hour of labor is a little excessive. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my problem were very professional and left my water heater running well; however, I think it had a simpler required fix, but he kept assuring me it was the gas control valve (my heater is 2-1/2 years old). The only reason I believe it might have had a simpler fix is that the part inside that exhausts the air or carbon-dioxide was completely loose and because the pilot was turning on but turning off after about 30 seconds, it was the airflow that might have been the issue not the gas control valve, again, he kept assuring me it was the control valve, hey, but what do I know about plumbing! He gave me the price before he did the work and I mentioned to him that I thought $351. was expensive since it was only labor, and he said, that was the charge for this job. Since I am fairly new to San Antonio and never before having required a plumber while living here, I thought ok, they must charge a lot more for plumbing in SA than back home, but after checking with a few friends who are San Antonian's, they too, said it was excessive. I called and spoke to the manager Samantha and she stated that's what they charged and no compensation because they are a plumbing company that has a good reputation and do good work. I said, but $234. per hour for the work seems more than they should charge - I'm thinking maybe $80 per hour - she stated, we have licensed plumbers, and office people and others to pay and we charge per job not by the hour. She tells me, you don't know what it takes to keep a company in business...on and on. After much discussion and the fact that she was getting very defensive, I finally told her that our conversation is over and hung up. She also said they were the number 1 company on Angie's list...YIKES, again. Angie's list and the manufacturer will hear from me about this excessive charge. The bottom-line is they didn't care to satisfy and keep a customer, apparently.

David was awesome. Found the issue within 10 mins of arrival. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on my projects, so far they have exceeded my expectations and will be my plumber for life. Thank you again for all the hard work you do.

Called on Monday, informed the agent I had a mini split unit that was not heating. Emphasized mini split. Was told a tech would show up on Friday or before. Tech showed up Friday at 2pm and immediately informed me “I know nothing about these”. Service went downhill from there.

Replaced broken valve connected to refrigerator. Came within the hour after I called. Excellent and prompt service.

Paul was very helpful and returned my request in a timely manner. Scheduling a time was simple and straight forward. He was also courteous and professional.Henry and his apprentice were very helpful and arrived as planned. They were honest and worked promptly to repair our issue. Furthermore they identified a separate point of concern and provided suggestions. I will not hesitate to request their service and I highly recommend Anchor Plumbing Services. Great service performed by a great team.

Gene the owner at Angel plumbing. Performed a gas test on my home, pulled a permit for water heater and installed an exhaust pipe for my furnace. The job was done over the phone because I was not in Texas at the time. I trusted him in my vacant house without knowing him and he was able to do everything as we had agreed. Eric is the technician who visited my home. He first called to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be before he arrived. He assessed the issue and had it resolved within 15 mins. He provided a business card and answered questions in regards to additional things I want to address in the near future. My first encounter was a great experience. I work in customer/member service also and I appreciate working with individuals who are people oriented and seem to enjoy what they are doing.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

They didn’t actually perform a service for me but gave me an honest opinion to make an informed decision. Integrity is so refreshing. That is why I have used Parker before and will again.

I really like A and A plumbing. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. My plumber this time was Joshua. Explained everything thoroughly to me so that I could understand. Didn't do any work till I was given a quote. Will use them for all of my plumbing issues
