I've never used this company but I was behind one of their trucks this morning on bulverde road and the driver was the best, safest driver and most courteous person I have ever seen.

I needed a sewer main replaced and a few other things and they gave me a reasonable price, walked me through their financing, and we're on-time and communicative. When there were unexpected issues, they handled it and made sure I knew that they had it covered and even did it for the original price. I can't recommend this company enough.

This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

So who said Jacob could snoop around my house? Not me. Then he starts up with theFear Sale upsale.He just helped himself to the water closet and starts in.Oh ya, BTW, I had them here to install a line for my icemaker in a new refrigerator.When I told him no thank you, then he starts telling me I have too much water pressure and he can't guarantee his work.This is no place I could in good conscience refer even someone that I don't care for.Question? Why can't business just take care of the tasks requested without trying to upsale the heck outta you?Bad taste from what was supposed to be a reliable and well reviewed business.I am not Brother Man either.Go away! Mad or hurt. You won't be back to my home. Ever!

Edward and Paul did an amazing job! They were professional and very knowledgeable about the options to repair a leak in my kitchen wall.
