I found a leaking outside faucet while checking outside my home in preparation for freezing weather. Called Bluefrog plumbing and they were able to get a plumber out within a few hours and changed it out for me. I was very pleased with the response and service.

Ask for Peter S. If possible, he was friendly and walked me through everything he planned on doing. Glad I now have a plumber I feel comfortable calling without worrying about paying an arm and a leg or worrying about the quality of work. He removed an old water softener that was leaking, showed up same day as I called.

I've used Roto-Rooter a couple of times now and they are great. I had Jose and Jeffrey this last time, very friendly, knowledgeable and had my slow draining issues cleared up quickly. Really appreciate they come out on weekends and are not charging fees on top of fees to show up on a Saturday. Good company and great crew of plumbers!

I recommend obtaining multiple quotes if you have a major plumbing issue. Guarantee Plumbing charged me double the amount for a pipe camera inspection compared to two other reliable San Antonio plumbing companies. In addition, their quote to repair the major leak was over $3,000 more than the other two companies. If it is a large job, then certainly get multiple quotes.

Mat and Justin came by today to turn-off my gas furnace and I asked them to show me how it was done so I can do it by myself next time. They went throught the process with me which was very considerate of them and now I feel confident that I can shut it off next summer. They arrived on time, they were not only professional but very nice and answered all my questions. The cost was minimal and I appreciate this help from Aramendia Plumbing. Aramendia also cleaned and lit the furnace for me this winter. They also installed a water heater a couple of years ago and made sure everything was up to grade since my house is old. Did an Amazing Job.

Pedro and his son were great. He had to install a clean-out that was done improperly and then hydro jetted the piping to get the grease out of the line. Worked beautifully!!! He then showed us what the problem in the line we are facing and why. Original plumber laid the line with no slope in a 16’ section. Ugh county inspectors!

Ralph was very professional with great communication skills. He walked us through the process and made sure he had seen the job through…even hung around to make sure everything worked!!! …..and showed us a magic trick while we were waiting. I highly recommend this service and this technician!!!

I was stood up by another plumber on a Saturday am. I had waited all week long for it to be fixed. Being frustrated, I Reached out on Facebook only to be given this company’s name by the owner himself and several others. The owner corresponded several times with me via Facebook and come to find out he was at the gym working out. To me that is dedication!!! We were told that our pipes had collapsed under the foundation by other people. (1970 home). I opted to pay the higher price for the weekend rate as I had been without a washer for a week. This company came out realized it was just clogged pipes and fixed the pipes destroyed by the other plumber. I am very particular about my things and so was Joseph the one on call today. I look forward to using these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
