Best Sump Pump Repair in San Antonio TX

My sewer line needed clearing/clean out, &I needed the cartridge replaced in a Moen fixture. Shawn V took care of both issues with very professional, expert & friendly service. He arrived at the scheduled time and the total bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. I have used George Plumbing a number of times before, and have never been disappointed with their service.

I especially like their cleaning up after themselves, they are respectful and careful of the work area and keep working as i ask questions. They explain everything and get written permission before doing repairs. They installed 3 toilets at various times and hot water heater. All plumbers charge a fee for their work but Roadrunner is a good investment as the go to plumber.

Amazing service!After requesting a service online, the response was very quick. I received a call back no later that 20 minutes and 30 minutes later David showed up to make the work needed. He was very courteous, professional and guided us thru the next steps, since we need to go thru the insurance company to complete the job.I totally recommend Roto-Rooter!

I contacted Gill Plumbing with a voice mail. I got a response within an hour. I told him I needed a toilet flange replaced in my upstairs bathroom. John explained the best case and worst case scenarios including the cost for each. John and Nick arrived the same day and completed the repair. I had the pleasure of being their customer today.Like most people in our area, I had a pipe burst with the winter storm and was without water. I reached out to Big City Plumbing and they got us taken care of as fast as they could. Understanding that they're busier than ever and they're trying to take care of everyone, I was so happy to see them as quick as we did. We were fortunate enough to have our leak not damage the main part of the house but rather a small corner of the garage. It was almost impossible to repair the broken pipe so they replaced the line coming into the house with a new line and added an easy access shut off valve right by the garage.Both Homer and Travis were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. With as much work as I'm sure they're having to do, I was impressed with how relaxed and professional they were about things. I can't say enough about how great everyone was during this fiasco. They got our water on and made sure that the new pipes were well insulated so that we shouldn't have this problem again.Big City Plumbing is a fantastic company, with great people from top to bottom. They came out right away, fixed the problem and no over pricing. So reliable and honest!!! They also helped with a remodel some time ago and corrected a lot of bad plumbing issues at a very reasonable rate. I'm so pleased to recommend these guys!

Had a VERY difficult time getting an itemized statements for work done. Someone by the name of Mary even asked me why do I need them. Finally resolved by Office Mgr. Ralph was very courteous, clean and we have requested his return each time. Hope not to have problem going forward.

Pedro came out same day to fix a water leak, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was literally in and out in under 30 minutes. I am giving 4 stars because I was billed for 2 hours of labor ($190), which I learned later is their minimum. He gave a small discount when I argued the point, but I think it’s important to be upfront about things like minimum charges.

Had to replace an old HVAC and Goettl did not disappoint! Roy, Mark, and Jose were involved from start to finish to ensure that everything was done in a timely and professional manner. These guys were awesome as they completed everything within two days of having the initial issue.Thank you all!

Margarito was thorough, gave several options, was upfront, professional and He was on time and did a excellent work on the sinks and repairs. He was patient with us and worked terribly hard. He is a positive plus for your company and do appreciate all he did.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.
