We had water leaking from the bottom of the sink in the master bedroom. I called Roto Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup as soon as I noticed it, which was late in the evening. They had someone here within the hour! The members of the crew were all extremely courteous and helpful. The plumbing issue was fixed in less than 24 hours! Ronnie , Sam, Michael, and Justin did a wonderful job getting to the root of the problem. I can’t say enough about them. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. The process of draining the water from the surrounding rooms (covered in carpet) was started immediately. They even helped with the insurance paperwork, too. Great service!

Initially had them come out to get my water heater up to code and install a water softener on the house we just purchased. Once we moved in we found out the drain line from the washer was broken underground. The cost to fix one portion was only 1/3 of what the cost would be to redo the entire house's drain lines so we did it. While digging they noticed that my sewer line was broken so they replaced the entire line. Adam (one of the owners) was great with communication and keeping me aware of the progress. Overall they did a great job. I had some issues with the contractor they used to dig but Adam, and Cody went above and beyond to make things right. They have gained a customer for life.
