My great experience started in the initial call with Jo. She responded to our leaky situation with urgency and got a crew to our house within a hour. From that point, Brandon, Hayden and Eric provided awesome service replacing two old leaky water heaters in our second story attic. Negotiating the attic hatch ladder and the semicircular staircase to remove two old, heavy, leaky water heaters and then again with two shiny new ones. These guys displayed great teamwork and customer service throughout the day. Hayden and Eric even removed several old boxes from our attic as part of their “clean up” after the real work was done. Thanks guys!!

As a new home owner (3 years but still feel new) I am so happy that this was the company that came to my aid! Aaron was amazing. As a female home alone I am selective about who I want in my house and Aaron was professional, polite, and will be the plumber I work with moving forward. Mr. Rooters prices were reasonable and the service is definitely top notch!

I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

This will be my 3rd edit. I actually deleted 1st post, should have kept. From bad to good( with hope) to horrible. I previously complained about feeling cheated with no answers about my issues. (Toilet water raising while washer or sink was running on rinse). I was told told someone would come out to run camera for free, since it has not been ran through with the first visit. I was also told I would get a refund as well. I didn’t ask for it but they did felt it was the right thing. I was told what the issue was. Which put me at ease. Let’s just say. I was told it would take two weeks for refund. And if nothing to call them back. I waited four weeks. Called and called and left messages. Different departments. For what? No one calls back. Finally Someone calls back. Someone who told me about the refund. Was told due to COVID things were taking long. Wait another two weeks. Ok. I waited patiently again. 3-4 weeks. Nothing. I’ve called again. My last call and message was around the 4th or 5th time The second Time around. My last too. I felt like I was harassing them because I can’t get a darn call back. Also, I did Call a different manger, he told me to text him because he was busy. So I text as he requested.NOTHING. Again no one knows how to call back. At least acknowledge that the message was received. Damn. My last call. I finally get a call back from a new manager. Stating he will contact the person who did discuss and arrange my refund. Again. NOTHING. I’m tired of waiting. I’m sure someone knows what’s going on and passing the buck. I’ve been patient on what has been Over 3 months now!!! I’ve lost my patience. I did not name drop but I’m more than positive this is will be seen as my final straw. It’s obvious that my review was deleted and changed for the sake of their company. I get it. Bread and butter. But I deserve a response from anyone!! Someone!! Cause all those departments I’ve called and reached out to, are worthless. Should I name drop? Yes. But I will not. All I know is I’ve been cheated before. And definitely cheated again. I did not ask for anything. It was offered to me, so I accepted it as a token. Funny how it works out. I got text and voicemails to prove it as well. Oh well. What good is that?! I would give this a negative if I could! Great Job Roto!!!I did previously have an issue with my visit that I was not happy with because I did not get answers and felt cheated. I was contacted by Steve, excavation manager at the branch to discus what can be done to Improve my experience. I did explain my concerns, experience and expectations. Steve and his team made matters better by visiting my house to assist and diagnose the problem with a camera, which made my understanding a whole lot better. All I wanted from the start was communication and knowledge of what was going on With my plumbing. And I got just that. I do Greatly Thank You and Appreciate you gentleman for your professional and curiosity visit. I now have a different understanding.

John and his team are AWESOME! I hate to even tell you all that - because then if we need them - they might be too busy to come out and help us. I can say - he is fair and reasonable and gets the job done. You can't go wrong hiring him and his team!

Big City Plumbing is awesome. Working with Patricia at the office to schedule the repair she was great giving us updates about when they thought they would make it to our house after the deep freeze of February 2021. The plumbers led by Charlie called the night before to tell us we were on the schedule for the next morning. Texted us when they were on the way, they came when they said they would be there, explained our choices and options. Fixed the initial problem, then checked every faucet, toilet, shower/bath, all outside faucets, and the outdoor shower, where they found another problem, before they left. The bill was very reasonable, no flat prices that end up charging you a lot of money for something that takes them 15 minutes. Explained what to do next time to protect the one area that failed.his is the third time we have used Big City Plumbing in the last 5 years. First they replace all of our outside water lines, which did not freeze! Then then fixed a minor pin hole in a old copper water line. This time they replaced all of the copper piping that was installed by a plumber used by our general contractor during the remodel that froze and split during the freeze. Company took my initial call in real time. Set up an appointment time that was awesome for me. Day of service, they called and were able to come earlier. Personnel were professional and prepared and completed the project in a timely fashion.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.
