I called George Plumbing at just after noon and Ellie told me that they had a master plumber they could send out between 2-4pm that day!Austin and Dan showed up at about 3:00 after I received a courtesy call from George Plumbing that they were on the way.When they arrived I showed them where water was leaking from the garage ceiling under the laundry room. I told them I thought it was a ripped copper pipe or that a fitting had come loose.They checked the laundry room first for a cursory look to ensure the leak wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t.We went back into the garage and Austin used a ladder to view the leak after Dan turned the water on.Austin found the leak IMMEDIATELY! It wasn’t a pipe leak at all but rather the Thermal Expansion Tank on top of the water heater had a pinhole size leak in it so when it was leaking it was spraying the ceiling giving the appearance that it was coming from the ceiling.I was so happy he found that pinhole as it negated very expensive repairs.Austin and Dan are very professional and know their trade, and are very personable.I would have them back in a heartbeat and can highly recommend George Plumbing.Thank You George Plumbing for making my day!

I called and they were out here within an hour. Matt H. was professional and wore a mask and covers on his shoes. He was fast and friendly and explained everything. He also didn’t make me feel dumb for my botched plumbing attempts!

At the office, the owner actually came in person after we still had an issue after a previous failed repair. Big City plumbing. Can't say enough positive things here. Got an estimate from another company!!! OMG. Sky high!! Called Big City!! What a difference! Receptionist Rafaela kept me posted on arrival times and delays. Very professional. Peter and James came out to do the work. Friendly and jovial the whole time. They did the work so expertly! All the parts they bought they used right in front of me. No waste whatsoever. And they cleaned up what little mess they made. The price?? Priceless!! 3 times less than the other guy. Call em!! My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. My moms property had a terrible water leak under the AC and was wet under the floors. I decided to google some water restoration companies and chose rotor rooter. My mom has tenants in her property but roto rooter said they would contact us with more information as soon as they got to the property. Not only did they not contact us, they had the tenant sign the paperwork, and the tenant signed my moms name! She was not authorized to do that. The floor was ripped out and ripped out in places that were not wet. When it was time for them to get the drying machines the supervisor/leader of the job was rude. We thought maybe he was being rude to us because he has to work on a Saturday. I called the office to complain about the tenant signing my moms name and roto-rooter not letting us know what happened or what is going on and the lady that answered seemed so happy to be at work (not) said hold on and transferred me to a voicemail. The tenant said that rotorooter told her “that this was not going to be fixed and it was going to continue leaking.” This was not communicated to my mom at all. We called another company to fix the leak since it was not fixed the first time and was leaking a few days later. We used the water restoration and an ac tech from another company and even had used rotorooter plumber. Definitely will not be choosing companies based on good ratings anymore.

Andrew and Joe came out to install a water softner that we purchased from Lowe's. They came out on Saturday to review the softner and the space. They returned ON A SUNDAY!!! to finish the work. Very knowledgeable and impressed with the work. We will be long time Aramendia customers!

Service was good and our technician was thorough. The 3 stars is a result of them cancelling my 8am appointment without letting me know. I waited from 8-10am and when I called I was informed that they had called the day before and left a message to confirm (this message said nothing about cancelling appt if not confirmed). Since I did not, they cancelled my appointment. Maybe they are not aware that 80% of the messages people receive from unsaved numbers today are scams and robocalls. So, I did not get this message in a timely manner. If this is their practice, to cancel appts that are not confirmed, I would suggest a second way of connecting with clients. Email or text maybe? Maybe a second call in the AM prior to cancelling? At least that gives the client a fair chance to confirm appt.

Mr. Pedro was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He was patient with me when I asked questions and made sure I understood everything. My dad always encouraged me to get multiple quotes. Mr. Pedro showed up at the same time as another plumbing company. After listening to each plumber individually, I chose Plumbing Dawgs for being reasonably priced as well as taking the time to really explain the issue to me so I felt comfortable. Not off to a good start. They haven't sent a plumber yet, but they almost did.I missed a call from them by no more than two seconds and they did not leave a message. I immediately called them back and was sent to their operator instead of whoever had tried calling. They got in touch with dispatch and they had sent the plumber to a different call already!Not only that, but the operator expressed essentially no sympathy or understanding to this extremely frustrating experience and the way she said Okay? at the end of the call, felt like a please shut up so I can help someone else now.So now I have to stressfully wait by my phone all day so I don't miss their next call. Let's hope their plumber (whenever they're sent) brings this three star review up to a four.

Jonathan Whiteside was very professional and knowledgeable when unclogging my kitchen drain. Another company had already tried to unclog the drain and could not get it unclogged. He never gave up and kept after the very difficult task until he succeeded. He went that extra step and took lots of pride in his job. Thank you Jonathan!!!

Quick and extremely helpful when I was in a pinch.
