Big City Plumbing is amazing. Diagnose your problem fix and leave. Chris is extremely knowledgeable. In the past he has fixed things other people could not. Very glad to have there yearly subscription service for a 10 percent discount every time they have boots on ground.

I must tell you that I've heard good things about this company (Roto-Rooter). Today I called and a Mr. Rey later came to my house. Not only did he arrive when he said he would, he was also careful with providing his services. Immediately he was able to identify the problem, told me what was wrong and gave his estimate. After that he took care of the problem. Thank God and the Virgin Guadalupe it was a clog. Thank you Rey for being so sincere and knowledgable, thank you Roto-Rooter for having such a good employee. I recommend obtaining multiple quotes if you have a major plumbing issue. Guarantee Plumbing charged me double the amount for a pipe camera inspection compared to two other reliable San Antonio plumbing companies. In addition, their quote to repair the major leak was over $3,000 more than the other two companies. If it is a large job, then certainly get multiple quotes.

Next day service, although I could have had same day work if needed. Darius was knowledgeable, explained was prompt, and cleaned the project area so well that you would never know he had been there. I don't know much about water heater prices but the charge for replacement and labor seemed reasonable and fair to me.
