We had another company come out the day before and it was more of a sales call. They attempted to sell us on a service plane that would allegedly save us money. They had a Standard Rate and then a Value Rate if you purchased their service plan. It was very expensive and I felt there was an attempt to take advantage of us on the price. I declined their service and paid the service fee.I called George Plumbing after the other plumbers left. The lady who answered the phone at George Plumbing was very friendly and scheduled us for the next day. Kody and Josh arrived from George Plumbing. They were kind and professional. They did not try to sell us on anything and advised of the price and completed the job in a timely manner. Kody told us the price the other company quoted should never have been quoted for the job we needed done.I recommend George Plumbing and feel they way they treated us on our simple faucet leak was definitely fair and we will be using them again if needed.Thank you George Plumbing for being honest and not attempting to rip us off like the other company.

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

Will's All Pro was the first people who contacted us and we called them back. They were very courteous on the phone and prompt on coming to our home.When the plumber arrived (Tony Cantu), he went over all the issues and gave a quick assessment. Then, he let us know the possible prices and what he'd be doing before he began the work.He was very professional in what he did and thorough. After he finished the job, he discussed what he found and what to be looking for in the future. He cleaned everything up and was on his way in no time.I'd call them for my plumbing problems in the future based on how professional and courteous the entire team and process was.

Arrived at our clinic on time. He gave a great explanation of what was wrong with our toilet. They did have to leave to retrieve the new toilet but did so in a timely manner. Nathan arrived promptly and did the work in a most expedient and professional manner. All issues were resolved. I did not know that such work could be done in such a short period of time. There was even a bathroom sink that was not functioning properly. He identified the issue and repaired it.Was very much pleased with the pricing as well. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

My kitchen sink was severely stopped up I tried everything I knew to do. Dale from Roto Rooter Metro Parkway San Antonio came to my rescue. He worked for an hour and ran at least 100 ft of snake through my drain twice before he got it cleaned out. He was courteous and cleaned up after the drain was cleared. All as advertized, both David and Ben were/are professional and courteous, presented a can do we'll take care of the problem disposition. B, scheduler/manager equally as professional and personable. Made an unpleasant situation less stressful.

Our Pressure regulator stopped functioning; I had used Anchor Plumbing back in 2018 for a small repair. I remembered being pleased with their work and decided to call them again. Since COVID , I wasn't sure how plumbing service companies were fairing when it came to customer service and reliability.Within minutes of contacting Anchor Plumbing through their website I received a call and was scheduled for the same day. I was impressed with Adam and his professionalism. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient . Not only did we have the pressure regulator replaced; but added the pressure expansion tank and a Water Softening System. All the equipment installed was of professional grade and quality. The old system had (stopped working in 2017), was hauled away and the new equipment installed in a very timely manner.There were no pressure pitches; or salesy gimmicks. Adam answered my numerous questions honestly and educated me in the process. I was able to get a system that met the needs of our home; and have the option to add on later on as our funds allow.Finally, I can say we found a neighborhood plumber we can rely on and trust.

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!———————————————————-09/09/2022Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.
