Harold's Plumbing

I had urgent matter for replacing my Kitchen faucet this morning and called Harold plumbing and they came and fixed it and several more plumbing issues. They gave me outstanding services same day even with their full schedule. I am very happy with their services and kindness.

My plumber of 20 years passed away two years ago and I was searching for another plumber. I found Harold’s Plumbing quite by accident and have been very impressed with Omar. He was honest and really tried hard to get the object out of my toilet at my office. It was stuck and he worked trying to save me having to buy another toilet. In the end he tried everything and I had to buy another toilet. He explained things to me and I really appreciated his service. I also had to have him come to check a leak in my yard. He explained what the problem was and told me that I would do well working with a sprinkler company. He was able to turn the sprinkler water line off to not waste water. He didn’t have to do that and could’ve just walked away. He spend a moment to take care of part of the problem which speaks highly of his value system. It is good to find another reliable plumber that I can call on for whatever I need to have done at my home or office. I will recommend Harold’s Plumbing with no hesitation.

Pliers were professional! I advised a way to connect the lines but the plumber was quick to tell me the negative reason why my idea was wrong. Due to the existong pipes and set up, the plumbers were able to figure out the correct way to install the lines. He and his other helper installed the deep sink professionally! They even had to leave to obtain the right parts for the job. They cleaned up afterwards. The price I was charged beat all the other companies I called by approx. $850.00 dollars. I'd recommend Harold's to my family. Side note - Ask to see Harold's vintage hot rod Nice!!

On June 21, I came home to a flooded closet; found there was leak in the wall between the closet and bathroom. I shut off my water and called three plumbing companies; one said they would be out late afternoon; never showed up. Wednesday morning after receiving a reference, I contacted Harolds Plumbing and Harold Durst the owner answered; yes that is correct the owner actually answers calls. Mr. Durst responded and seemed to understand the stress we were under and stated they were very busy, however, he would do his best to send someone by late afternoon; they showed up at 3:30pm. The plumber and his helper found the leak and well to make a long story short, repaired our leak, tested for any additional leaks possible and were off within two and a half hours. The gentlemen were very professional and my cost was very affordable; I recommend Harold's Plumbing to anyone needing a great plumber who is understanding of a home owners dilemma under stressful circumstances.

Harold was very accommodating with my schedule, situation, and the services I needed. Competitively priced and service was quick and efficient. Came and assessed my systems on his way home and had someone out to do the work the next day. Was pleased with the work and services. Will be a returning customer.

They were so respectful, showed up on time, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely use them again.

They charged $200 just to snake the drain. My plumbing problem was not resolved.
