The guy that came on the original work order did not fix the problem, and led me on to believe it was repaired and draining fine. It was not repaired. Earnest came on the second visit and fixed the clogged drain effectively and professionally. I wish Earnest was the tech that came out originally!

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

I contacted Comfort Air Engineering, expecting a massive A/C repair bill. I was very pleased to hear all I needed was to have an A/C drain cleared and to clean some evaporator coils. We had a complete clog of our kitchen sink, and Legend Plumbing sent Joel out to take a look at it the same day just 2 hours after I called. Joel was able to rod the drain and pull out the clog, left me with a microbial powder to use to help prevent buildup in the future, gave me some helpful tips in maintenance and left everything clean and looking great. Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
