Tony was a godsend! I went back and forth with my landlord before finally making the call myself to find a plumber. I chose American Auger based on its proximity to my house. I made the call on a Friday after 4pm just hoping against hope I could get someone out when my sewer system started backing up into my tubs and shower. He told me he could be here in an hour. He showed up within the given time and was able to clear my clog quickly, ensuring my children and I would have working plumbing before the weekend. I give a million thanks and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this company!

The service techs came by promptly and reinstalled three toilets. They left the work areas clean and everything works great. They’re very professional and courteous. I’m very pleased with their service.

Cannot recommend Big City Plumbing enough! Luis and James were so helpful the past few weeks. Initially, we had them run gas to our fireplace so we could enjoy a warm fire this winter. A few days later our hot water heater went out and they were prompt to come fix it. Rafaela and Angel were always quick to answer our phone calls and get us on the schedule. Thanks so much for your help!

Very professional people I hand them that. But just a heads up for those needing a plumber and need affordable pricing this is NOT the way to go. We needed a valve replaced and a faucet fixture. Im a single mom and needed help doing this as I didn't want to mess up any plumbing. Unfortunately, the price to do this job by this company would be $625!!!! Just for a faucet!!! This was not in our budget for a simple fix. Was able to find another plumber who charged me way less than half of what this company asked for. The other company even mentioned that was way overpriced for the job. I know companies need to make profit but a job that took less that 45 minutes at that price was outrageous and not reasonable! I do not recommend this company if you need an affordable plumber with quality work. :-(

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

Santiago was a very responsive plumber and worked with my needs in order to get this job done within my budget. I had 3 different plumbers come out for quotes and he was the most knowledgeable and the best priced. He let me do the trenching for the sewer and water line which saved me a lot of money. Overall a great staff and will be using again.Description Of Work:1. Ran a new water line from the water meter to the house. 2. Ran a sewer and water line to the back garage because I wanted to convert it to a livable apartment. 3. Installed a lift station due the there not being enough fall from the garage apartment to the sewer line in the front. 4. Ran all the plumbing in the garage apt for kitchen sink, claw foot tub, toilet, bathroom sink, and water heater. 5. Hooked up all the fixtures.

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

Ever since my wife and I cancelled our horrible American Homeshield Warranty, we have used Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs. They are easy to contact and almost always send someone the same day, even on weekends. Always polite and professional. They have fixed the water pressure regulator, hot water heater, and garbage disposal. Most recently our water softener broke, and Gary installed a flowtech anti scale system. All work has been done right the first time and they have never charged more than the estimate.Update: 6months later- The expensive Flowtech anti scale system did not work well in our house, with build up of scale on our shower heads, dishwasher, etc. I was worried I was going to be in for a drawn out back and forth with the company. However, Roto-Rooter made it right with minimal hassle. So impressed with their customer service!

Marcos came to our home last night as an after hours call when one of our water heaters was acting up. When he arrived he noticed our tank was still under mfr warranty. He said if we could wait that it would save us $$$ by processing it as a warranty claim vs just a new tank replacement. He didn't have to do this, however, this was the first of many things he did over and above. I am still in awe of how professional and knowledgeable he was as well as wanting to do everything in his power to get the job done right. We will always call Aramendia and request Marcos! Most companies just want to get the job done quick to get paid and will overcharge, not Aramendia, They took their time and left the area cleaner and more put together than they found it.

The technicians - Brayan Lopez and Juan Rivera were professional in all aspects. Their HVAC and air duct installation was first rate. They were courteous, on time, knowledgeable, skilled, and their work incomparable.The follow-up by Josue to inspect everything they had done was just as good. He even installed an extension to the drainage pipe while he was here. I highly recommend Goettl AC & Plumbing!

This company wants to charge $2400.00 for a water heater replacement, etc removal of the old. Crazy pricing, truly overpricing and I wouldn’t recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Talk about a scam, people need to educate themselves of true costs for this type of service. Thank God for Google and Free Enterprise. I am getting mine done with another plumbing company for $933.00. Shop around consumers as there are a lot of Sharks in the water. FYI: Another company to watch out for is San Antonio Plumbing, they quoted me at $2,200.00. Highway robbery at its best.
