The technician Randell came out on a holiday and worked without extra charge. Other companies that i called could not come out without at least a service call. He was very pleasant and got my problems solved. I will continue to use Roto Rooter from now on

I liked that they were real people with a conscious and when the first option was way out of my affordability they looked for another option that would lessen the cost blow. Like a lot of us on fixed incomes gotta watch your spending but I do have a back up for emergency’s like this but the first option would wiped out that account. Calling today I spoke with a lady who couldn't tell me if a technician would be out to my house today, when explaining whe warranty company already gave them the authorization to do the work she HUNG UP ON ME!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. For a company in Helotes tx I thought there would be quality, evidently I was wrong.
