Best Sewer Line Problem in San Antonio TX

Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. Additionally, Lee replaced a faulty connection that prevented our new dishwasher from being installed the day before. We could have had the plumber provided by Home Depot do the repair free of charge, but opted to have Lee do the job. We trust the superb quality of this company’s workmanship and valued our peace of mind in knowing the job would be done right the first time.In this time of covid19 running rampant throughout the world, we appreciated Doug and Lee wearing a mask and shoecovers while in our house. I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Definitely recommend!

Prices charged are way too expensive!Intake person for making appointment was very friendly. John the actual plumber was friendly and knew what he was doing to make the repair.My complaint was that they don't give you a ballpark estimate until they come out and obviously see that you live in a high-end gated community and own a big beautiful home and I don't think $700 for a couple of hours of work is a fair price.

Wally and Chance came out within an hour of calling, exactly as the timing was initially described at my first (very pleasant) phone call. This was at 4pm on a Friday! They stayed and completed the job fully until 7:30pm, even in the dark. I greatly appreciated the prompt and professional service!

Moy was our plumber and he was very professional and very competent. Moy was very prompt and worked diligently and did an amazing job and left my restroom spotless when he left. I looked at 5 different plumbers and I’m glad I went with 4M as they were the best value and craftsmanship!!!!

Big City Plumbing showed up at my home that needed minor repairs and knocked them out quickly! I am so thankful they were able to help me out so quickly! They did a great job and were really professional and helpful! I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

These guys just did a plumbing repair for us & they deserve 10 Gold Stars. 1. They got out here QUICK. 2. They were VERY reasonably priced & stuck to their estimate.(actually their plumber did more than we even asked them to do; which was replace a pipe coming out of the wall). 3. Their man was very professional. He explained everything he was doing/ going to do & did a great job. What a fantastic surprise! And a Blessing.We need a toilet changed out in the next couple of weeks & the new one has been sitting in our garage for months because we were in a quandary about who to call. Now we know! (We had sinks installed in 2008 & it cost us everything but our first born. We were REALLY dreading this.)I can't recommend Alamo Plumbing Solutions highly enough!

Jose Quirino was by far the utmost kind passionate caring worker I've shook hands with in a long long time. Our house was holding water and we needed someone quick THAT DAY who knew how to fix a problem. And Roto-Rooter were the ones who took their jobs to the next level. Not ONLY did Jose assist me same day as my problem but he was quick to arrive, he went out of his way to move a TON of obstructing rocks that cover my the area needed being worked on, and also was very informative every step of they way and let me observe the scope to assure me of everything happening. I with out a doubt will ALWAYS give Roto-Rooter a call before anyone else for they know how to make you feel important and make sure the job is done accurately!

Had a leak from my upstairs bath tub, they came and found the leak after a quick inspection.Very professional and efficient. I would recommend.

The plumber, Tyler, was awesome. I would have given him a 5 star, but there was an issue with scheduling and I was told they would not be able to come and I needed to reschedule. This was the 2nd time Goettel tried to cancel and reschedule. Fortunately, they sent a plumber after all and my leak was repaired.

I have used the San Antonio location twice now. I had great experience with this company in College Station so I was happy to see they branched out. 5 stars all around for their professionalism and quality of services. Highly recommended!
