Joey & Joseph were great they came and replaced my PVR valve and told me what things that I didn’t know. They were in time and ensured let me watch them work in the process which was good so that i knew what they are doing. They flushed my water heater and did an inspection and gave me some recommendations and what to do and not do I regards to my plumbing and water softener. Rafaela and Trinity have the best customer service always called and let me know when the techs were coming and always answered my questions and convened during the week and even on the weekends!! Highly recommend!!

They were VERY reasonably priced & stuck to their estimate.(actually their plumber did more than we even asked them to do; which was replace a pipe coming out of the wall). 3. Their man was very professional. He explained everything he was doing/ going to do & did a great job. What a fantastic surprise! And a Blessing.We need a toilet changed out in the next couple of weeks & the new one has been sitting in our garage for months because we were in a quandary about who to call. Now we know! Very responsive plumbing service! Answered on Christmas Eve and fit me into their schedule for day after Christmas- called ahead to let me know they were coming, too! Brian diagnosed the problem pretty quick (was even willing to go into crawl space under house), and saved the rest of our Christmas vacation. Recommend!

I had a leak in my main water line leading to the house. The leak was located inside my foundation. I called Roto-Rooter and within minutes there was a technician at my door. I was lucky enough to get Randell Nunn who quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me the rate and got to work. His efficiency was amazing and within an hour had the problem resolved. Randall was professional, efficient and personable. He answered all my questions and even offered suggestions on how to save money in the future with regards to plumbing issues. Randall is a quality employee and person who represents his company very well and because of him and his workmanship I will be using Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs. Aramendia has serviced my houses with AC and Plumbing for 5 years and always giving excellent service and clear advice. Michael came out today for winter maintenance and continued the excellent service I have come to expect from Aramendia. I will ask for him in the future!

Charge for every task they do. Use hand snake $150. Remove toilet $250. I stopped them when whey wanted to snake the and televise sewer pipe and charge additional.

I had Mason and Dakota come today to repair a small leak and replace a water heater. These guys were super-courteous, offered explanations, invited questions, and did a fantastic job.If I have work that needs to be done I’d definitely trust these guys to come again.

Company showed up 5 to 6 hours late helper was complaining when the lead Tech was not around was quoted One price then they try to rob me for a second price.. refuse to make the plumbing repair because of the type of material I called Roto-Rooter and they had no issues repairing the pipe question I would not use this company ever
