Best Sewer Drain Problem in San Antonio TX

Wonderful. We called last minute for two different jobs at two different locations and they were able to do both back to back. On time, very quick, neat, friendly. Did a great job. Very good pricing. Definitely use them again.

I called them this morning for a free estimate and then we went ahead got it fixed because they gave us a good price and even got a senior discount they did fast im so happy with the service I am going to use them again.

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

I woke up over a week ago with about an inch of water towards the back of my garage near my washing machine. Did not know where it came from. I went to work and a coworker recommended Will’s All Pro.I called them and scheduled an emergency appointment for late morning. 20 minutes later Samantha called me back and said she could have a technician out there in 35 minutes. John arrived on time and listen carefully to what had happened and went to work checking out the issue was. After looking at everything he came back with 3 different options for me to choose from that would work with my budget.After starting the work John and Matt found out my main sewer line had some issues that needed to be taken care of. John once again wrote up some options for me.What was supposed to take a max of 3 days took over a week to fix due to the original builder cutting corners that now John had to remedy. (Let’s just say it included a jack hammer because my front yard had a huge boulder under all the dirt and turf, and the original line went up and around instead of being put in straight)Through out all this John and Wills All Pro, kept me up to date with the progress. John was extremely professional, warm, hardworking and honest. I will be definitely hiring Wills All Pro again for my gas fireplace and check ups on my AC and furnace and will be asking for John!!

I have recently had the 4M Plumbing Services extend the gas line to our backyard. They were on time and did an amazing job for a reasonable rate. Moy was our plumber. He was super responsive and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Quick to come out and give me a fair estimate. Ryan came and explained the whole process of replacement. I did get a few more estimates but none came close to the deal Ryan quoted. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and had my new water heater installed and running great before 1030 am Wednesday. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Reasonable prices, This has been a tough year for us plumbing wise! I’ve had to enlist the services of Big City several times for some major plumbing issues each time they have been prompt to help us and their work is very professional. Each time they’ve come out when they promised and finished when they promised. My Plumbing Co for life! Charlie & Louis were great!

Showed up in the time window, very professional, home warranty is a different subject.

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

We have used Comfort Air - Primo Plumbing for years - very trustworthy company - have taken care of us and fixed our air conditioner when it went out in the middle of summer - didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Had them install a tankless water heater in our attic - best decision- I highly recommend this company - I will continue to be a loyal customer

Initial visit: 5 stars Frank did an excellent job repairing a leaking hose bib and installing a PRV and shutoff valve for us. He was on time and professional and had completed the whole job less than 6 hours after I had called to request the service. I appreciate Goettl's responsiveness and professionalism very much.Update: I have used Goettl several times now for both plumbing and air conditioning calls. I was even a Sadie club member. The service we received after our first visit was not great, definitely 1-2 stars. The quotes were much higher than other companies that I called, and it always feels like a weird sales pitch from the technicians. They have to call their managers at the office to get quotes and then the managers talk to you over the phone.We had one plumbing request for an unusual valve on our kitchen sink that needed to be repaired. Because it was a unusual repair, they charged me several hundred dollars for the install and then the master plumber was not able to complete the work because he said the valve was too corroded. I ended up figuring out how to repair and install it myself (even though I have zero plumbing experience).I have also been trying to get a response back from the customer service team now for weeks about a reading they took while doing a check on our system.

Service was great, arrived quickly and managed to find the source of our issues right away. Thanks so much!
