Best Sewer Drain Problem in San Antonio TX

Great company. Used them for many projects over past couple of years--replaced hot water heater, installed new water softener, replaced washing machine supply line faucets, replaced bathtub drain/spout/ball parts, and roughed-in supply lines and drain for utility sink in garage. Getting estimate for routing gas line to kitchen for kitchen remodel. I very much appreciate tradesmen who know what they are doing. Shawn is an excellent plumber. I always ask for him specifically--he's that good.

Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

We are in another service company's Rescue Club (yearly contract for priority service). However, when our water heater started leaking I called and was told the soonest a technician could arrive was the next day. Because the estimate was higher than we could comfortable pay, we decided to call around. We did take a few bids and that's how we discovered All Pro Plumbing! The technician came right away and literally went above and beyond in not only the pricing but the service and workmanship. Michael Angeles was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wish we would have discovered this company when we moved to San Antonio and bought our house in May of this year. We will let our Service Club with current company run out when the contract is over and will be calling All Pro for all our future needs. A very dependable and honest company!

Big City Plumbing is awesome. Working with Patricia at the office to schedule the repair she was great giving us updates about when they thought they would make it to our house after the deep freeze of February 2021. The plumbers led by Charlie called the night before to tell us we were on the schedule for the next morning. Texted us when they were on the way, they came when they said they would be there, explained our choices and options. Fixed the initial problem, then checked every faucet, toilet, shower/bath, all outside faucets, and the outdoor shower, where they found another problem, before they left. The bill was very reasonable, no flat prices that end up charging you a lot of money for something that takes them 15 minutes. Explained what to do next time to protect the one area that failed.his is the third time we have used Big City Plumbing in the last 5 years. First they replace all of our outside water lines, which did not freeze! Then then fixed a minor pin hole in a old copper water line. This time they replaced all of the copper piping that was installed by a plumber used by our general contractor during the remodel that froze and split during the freeze. Thank you so much we enjoy working with Travis' team and Big City Plumbing.

Professionaly replaced garbage disposal with new unit. Asked about the water heater. Was told that the regulator & overflow tank were worn out. Was quoted aprice on the spot & told of option to make payment schedule with no interest. Used credit card instead/ won't be billed until Nov. Joe & company will be here tomorrow for outside work & will make arrangements to quickly replace inside tank. I don't know of any other company that provides fast & professional service that quickly.
