Price gouging at its finest. Quoted $1156 to cut out 1 foot of copper and replace. Tried to get an itemized breakdown “we are a flat rate company” on the high end should have been charged 2-300 bucks insane for a cut and replace. Do not use.

Excellent service from this locally owned company. Office clearly communicated timeframes of arrival and were actually able to come earlier since they had technicians available early. They arrived on time and were very professional, made sure to understand the issue and promptly repaired it explaining what they were doing and how to prevent any future issues. Roberto Rodriguez was the plumber who made the call, and he addressed the problem quickly, gave good explanations, and was courteous and easy to work with. This was 1st time using Mai Vu Plumbing in which I had not previously heard of. It was a good experience. Was most impressed with the installer - Thomas. I felt that he was straight forward, honest, and worked very hard to complete the installation of the water heater which was in the attic. The heater was very heavy and wider than the attic door opening, but Thomas would not give up until finding a way to remove the old water heater after installation of the new one. I will be asking for Thomas for plumbing needs in the future.
