Best Service Call in San Antonio TX

Came out within a couple hours of our call. As he worked, he uncovered that the problems were more extensive than we originally thought. He ended up needing to dig a hole about 2-3 feet in diameter and replace several fittings and damaged pipes as well as the main pressure regulator (the original service need). The added repairs added significantly less than we expected to the original quote for just the regulator. He also fixed some errors that were made when they built the home. I wholeheartedly recommend American Auger Plumbing!

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Fernando and Chris . They fixed four toilets and my tubs . We have been having a terrible time with the toilets flushing slow and the tubs draining and noisy leaks . They arrived on time put on shoe covers and mask and got to diagnosing the problem. I love when people work in teams and there team work was awesome . They finished quickly so that I could continue my day . I would definitely recommend them .

Reasonable prices, This has been a tough year for us plumbing wise! I’ve had to enlist the services of Big City several times for some major plumbing issues each time they have been prompt to help us and their work is very professional. They came to my house and it only took them 10 minutes to replace my garbage disposal.

I called Will's Plumbing for a leak coming from a pipe under the sod in my front yard. They scheduled a time to come out that same day and sent a text confirmation of the appt. They called ahead of schedule and asked if I would like my time slot to be moved up, because they finished another job earlier than expected, which was great! The plumber explained what the problem was, how it could be resolved, and worked efficiently to complete it. He explained why the leak occurred and that the new section of pipe being installed would help prevent the same type of leak in the future. For the work that was completed, including digging up the yard, removing and replacing pipeline, and filling in the holes after the work was completed, I feel like the cost was more than reasonable. This is the second time I've used this company and both times have been excellent experiences!

Nick D. Plumber #2364 did the best job ever! He was very friendly and professional and made sure the issue was done correctly, very professional! As for Roto-Rooter as a company, they are fantastic! The first woman I talked to was friendly and took her time to take notes and confirm the issue. She then told me someone would call within an hour to schedule an appointment. The next woman I talked to was also very professional and she called me with in 30 minutes!! They were able to get a plumber out to me within an hour and the issue was complete within an hour and a half. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone and make sure you ask for Nick D., you won't be disappointed!! Thank you Nick and Roto-Rooter!!
