These guys are professional, meticulous, and prices are very fair. We have used them several times, and now many of our neighbors use them as well. Shawn is amazing as he will actually show you things and help you, and not try to up-sell you. This is the only plumbing company I will call in SA for plumbing, water heaters, water softeners, etc.

As a new home owner (3 years but still feel new) I am so happy that this was the company that came to my aid! Aaron was amazing. As a female home alone I am selective about who I want in my house and Aaron was professional, polite, and will be the plumber I work with moving forward. Mr. Rooters prices were reasonable and the service is definitely top notch!

Adam S. came to give us an estimate to install gas logs and he was so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. What a great experience! Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Steel did a great job. He was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the leak then explained what he had to do to fix it. Plus he clearly explained the cost of the repair.

Excellent service in fact incredible. Called them at 10:30 am on Mothers Day and in an hour they arrived on site and within 2 hours removed old water heater and had an mew on installed. Reasonably priced, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company if you need a water heater replaced. Fantastic experience.

Great service. Had two water heaters replaced on a scorching hot day, above the second floor in the attic. Very efficient professional service, can't even tell they were ever in the house, except for the hot water that I now have. Santiago and his crew were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
