Today Shawn came to clear a pipe and install a new water softener. He called ahead, was on time and worked efficiently, leaving a spotless workplace. I particularly appreciate how he patiently walked me through the operation of our the water softener. Like his assistant Matt, Shawn was courteous and skilled. Thanks so much.

Called them out for low water pressure. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with my pressure, my faucet was just clogged with gunk and I had a faulty gauge making me think that my pressure was low. They cleaned it and did not charge me for the call. I had used them before with great service and it paid off to use them again. I will sure call them again if I need a plumber.

Our main sewer line broke, with water coming from the base of the toilet & floor...after 4PM on a Friday. Called Bluefrog Plumbing...Anthony Bump to the rescue. Anthony's service, professionalism, honesty & patience is excellent. He explained the diagnosis, repair timeline, showed us the damaged sewer line and answered our many questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and by then it was Friday night when he finished. The team that repaired, dug & backfilled were all professional & kept us informed each step of the way. We appreciate the corporate culture of Bluefrog, Anthony and the teams who worked replacing our sewer line.We were so pleased, we had Bluefrog back to do more plumbing work.We highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing!

This was on a Saturday and they responded to my call very quickly which I thought was a slab leak. The technician that came was very receptive to my concerns and after putting on booties and wearing a mask (Covid 19) checked out the issue and found I only had a pipe that was in the wall under my sink that had sprung a leek and fixed it right away. Much to my relief no slab leak (water was spotted coming out of wall at foundation level outside) made my day. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. The owner actually called me and made sure all was ok and ask if I had any other concerns or issues. I thought that was very thoughtful for him on a week end to follow up. I give them 10 stars.

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Alex was a great technician and a really friendly guy. I had a lot of questions that he seemed happy and willing to answer. He was quick to figure out the problem and gave us all of our options. The prices seemed good and fair to us and if in the future house we get the water heater goes out I'm sure to go back to Will's and ask for Alex.

Frank and his team came out and check on some historic water stains that were flagged on our house inspection. It took 20 minutes to perform the hydrostatic pressure test and I now have proof that there are no active leaks. Saved us time and money by not having to cut into the ceiling.I will definitely be recommending Roadrunner plumbing to people I like, and that Axxx company to those I don't.

I had an emergency with a leaking pipe late on a Friday afternoon. I called Rockstar and Joe came immediately and fixed my problem. They were reasonably priced and absolutely wondful!

City Base was quick and responsive when we called. When David arrived (exactly at the start of the repair window), he clearly explained the options I had for repair and the cost of each choice. He set straight to work to get it fixed and showed me the repair when completed. I really appreciate his hard work and honesty. 10/10

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

John Gill and his team are the best service plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are not the cheapest, but they are definitely worth it and an incredible value. If you really value your property and the people associated with it, you should call Gill. Big-bad-John knows a ton about all eras of plumbing- we use him on a couple of 1920's houses (and everywhere else) and I am always impressed with Gill's. Worth it every time, in high demand, a pleasure to work with.
