This was my third time to use Chambliss, and I was so happy that they could make it out in less than 24 hours the week before Christmas. Every time they've come out, they've been super professional.

We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Outstanding service

This is the only company after calling over a dozen that responded to my after hours request for sewer back up at my complex. The guy was professional and kept in contact with me until his technician showed up on site. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will be using again.

Good service at a fair price

John was scheduled to come Saturday morning. He called me Friday afternoon that he could come Friday evening instead since he was in the area. He explained everything he was doing and answered my questions. He had everything he needed with him. He and his assistant were professional and friendly. Price was reasonable. Will use him in the future.

We had BCP come out to work on our Pressure Reducer Valve that failed spectacularly. We had been waiting a few hours just for a call back from a big name to schedule us. My wife called BCP, and they were in our driveway within an hour. The gentlemen they sent were friendly, direct, and got to work right away. And to top it off, their price was 42% of what we were quoted by the other company. Great experience, glad we found them, they will definitely be added to our contact and recommendation list.
