This is our first time using George Plumbing Co. Everything went well from setting the appointment to diagnosing the issue with my water softening system. Shawn was very knowledgeable and sourced the problem, explaining everything as he worked. He did the required research, setting a future date for the actual repair, since repair was to take more time than he had. This appears to be a very professional company. I am pleased he is willing to repair versus just offering replacement as the best option

Chris arrived earlier than appt. Was able to determine location of leak quickly. Provided estimate and then got to work. Job site was cleaned.

We made a call to Mr Rooter in San Antonio and explained that it was for my 94 and 90year old in-laws. We were so so pleased with the promptness, competence, kindness and pricing of the job. Our technician was Carlos Medellin and he ranks as the number ONE best ever. He showed compassion, and we knew immediately that he was honest and knowledgeable. Our whole family is grateful and will definitely be repeat customers of Mr. Rooter and hopefully Carlos.

The gentleman that was working was able to not only find the parts I needed, but explain the issue in my 75 year old home.They had everything I needed (Lowe's and Home Depot did not). My only issue was that when I arrived he was talking to a lady and her kid in the back. I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to come up front and assist me. The lady and her kid came up front too, and kept distracting the gentleman until they left.After that it was all great!Will use this store again for sure!

This is the second time that I’ve called Wills All Pro. I like that they respond quickly and do a thorough check of the plumbing. They will go over the results in detail and alert you to any problems that you have or may have in the future. I also like the fact that they guarantee their work. Brandon was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure that everything was working and cleaned up after he was through. They are pricey but you have peace of mind.

These guys are AMAZING! I would 100% recommend their services. They’re friendly, quick to finding a resolution and very knowledgeable. Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

ASAP Plumbing #2 came out through American Home Shield, the are telling my my installation is not up to code and it is going to cost me nearly $800 to install the covered water heater with the warranty coverage. What they did not know is i did plumbing for 9 years, it was all up to code, we got a second opinion from Ambition Plumbing and they came out and I was right. Jesse and Sam are honest and told me everything was up to code and is still new and working except the water heater. They are quicker to respond, nice people, and aren't trying to collect from the homeowners and American Home Shield. I would definitely recommend them and if you have a home warranty request them.

Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job. You won’t regret it.

I have had two great experiences with this company. They are quick to respond, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff and technicians have always been very polite. I recommend them for your plumbing needs. In one instance, they unclogged the drain pipe from my washer, and gave me a 1 year warranty on the work. This weekend, they came to replace my water heater the same day I called them. They are a really good, local company.

Alamo Plumbing saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate it. Santiago fixed the part that needed to be replaced and I didn't have to buy a new water heater and implement all the new city requirements. Marc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. Good companies can be hard to find...glad I've found my good plumbing company and plumber.

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose.
