Cleared a sewer line blockage in order to run a camera into the line to determine the location of the actual cause of the blockage and what would be required to correct the problem.Excellent Service. Shawn and Matt were true professionals. They called in advance as the said they would. They arrived within in the time frame that was quoted. I was able to ask questions about the work before they started work and they explained what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing it. This made me feel very comfortable with the work they were doing, which help me understand the situation better. Once the blockage had been removed, they showed us the camera images so we could actually see what the problem they were referring to and better understand what was needed to correct the problem. Shawn provided a detailed invoice of the problem and what would be required to fix the problem. The office is forwarding a pdf of the images from the camera for our files, which will be needed for the repairs. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Shawn and Matt.

We were charged $13,000 to replace our main sewer line. We recently were contacted by the subcontractor who dug the 50 ft hole for the pipe. Blue Frog owes them over $81,000 for subcontracting work and this subcontractor is now filing a lawsuit. The charge for the hole was $1,750 by this subcontractor but Blue Frog charged us $13,000!!!!! I am reporting Blue Frog to the Attorney General for Deceptive Trade Practices, the Federal Trade Commission and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. They also charged us $432 twice for a permit and an Assistant???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OVER CHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SOON BE OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TAKES ACTION.

I just had Javier come over to do a clean and inspection on my heating/cooling unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my system and how he explained what he was doing and what I should be done in the future. I have never had an ac tech person explain in detail what my thermostat is capable of doing and how it would help heat and cool my a house in a more efficient way. All I can say is that we will definitely use All pro from here on out. This is what service is suppose be like and I will let my friends know what a great job he did. David is truly a Rockstar! My elderly mother had a pipe burst due to the recent winter storm and was without water. After having another plumber no show I called Rockstar Plumbing and spoke to David. I explained the situation and he said he would be right over. I wasn't expectingthis as it was already late in the evening but when he learned she was without water he insisted he would be here asap. After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. David is very meticulous in his work, pays great attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable. Within a couple hours water was up and running. Because of the great Texas freeze this week we had a pipe burst in our wall on Monday. We were able to call Alamo plumbing solutions on Friday and Santiago came out the very next day. he and his partner were both very kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to get our pipe fixed and water restored in under 2 hours!!! i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Santiago personally. i will now request them specifically for all of my future plumbing needs!

We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Will's and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. How many service companies do you know that make a follow up call?!?! So simple yet means so much to the customer. We will use these guys in the future and recommend to others. Thanks Will's!!

After two weeks of not getting hot water in my house because of a previous plumber we got Chavarria’s plumbing to come out.
