Fernando and his team did a great job on multiple projects at our house. Most recently, they tunneled under the house to replace plumbing, under our kitchen and also under our bedrooms/bathrooms. Throughout the project, they kept us updated and stayed on schedule. Fernando also worked closely with our home insurance to help us get as much covered as possible.

Joey and his assistant were on time and once I confirmed the items that needed repair they walked me through what they were going to do, explained the steps needed for each repair. Gave me options before hand in the event they were going to encounter an issue with replacing some of the pipeing in need of repair. Even walked me through the repair needed for the bathroom faceut repair. Once they were done, they left the areas clean. Very pleased and happy to recommend as well use again if needed.

We have been having issues with our shower leaking. He did a real excellent clean job. Very professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in under 2 hours. We had several plumbers come and work on our valve and it would leak again in a few months. He found the source of the leak and replaced the broken pipe.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.
