Anthony arrived even earlier than scheduled which was wonderful because I had a suspected gas leak at my stovetop. Sure enough he found a small leak, repaired it quickly and was very professional. Thank you Anthony!

Mitch communicated the day prior time of appointment. He was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. He answered any questions and explained all the work done and had provided estimated costs. I felt confident with the work done.

My concern isn't the lack of knowledge of the technicians hired but rather their pricing structure, a serious concern which has me questioning the ethics of this company. For a simple repair I paid over over $1,300 to fix (a two hour job). When I spoke to my general contractor and told him after the fact, his jaw nearly dropped to the ground. I honestly can't say I have ever paid a doctor or attorney this kind of money; it's appalling. Please do your homework and know that there are small businesses who truly care about helping people and aren't out to gouge customers who are in emergency situations.

Rockstar plumbing was great from start to finish, they had really simple and straight forward pricing in a booklet they kept with them so you could see all the services they offer and for what prices. They fixed/replaced our bathtub/shower drain pipe as well as installed a new garbage disposal, were super friendly and communicated all of the details well.10/10 would recommend them to everyone in San Antonio.

I absolutely had the best service by Jon Jon and Pedro and by the big bosses who gave us a free estimate. We called on a weekday at 8 am and they came to our house at 9 am same day to give us the free estimate and gave us the right amount of info and a great quote. They offer many warranties as well. We decided to use them and made an appointment quickly. They cleaned up all their mess and was careful to keep an eye out on our dog as she wanted to go outside. I’m very happy with City Base Plumbing and I know others will, too.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and friendly was able to knock out my clogged washer drain in about 20 minutes.

A&M Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Within 3 month, all faucet attachments became loose. In speaking with the owner, Mark, he was unwilling to back up their work. They required a new work to come and tighten the attachments they installed. I do not recommend this company, as their work is not guaranteed.

Moy was responsive and worked diligently. Quality work, and I would use 4M plumbing again!

Had water heater leak! Called Caliente because we've used them before. Ryan showed up early but did let me know he was on his way! He checked out the water heater and gave me an estimate! He went with me to exchange the unit since it was still under warranty. Came back and in no time he and another tech had everything installed and working. They did an excellent job! Everything looks great! Will continue to use Caliente again!

Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job. You won’t regret it.

Called in for a quote and it was actually honored when the tech arrived. No pressure to upsell services or products, which was appreciated. Signed up for a service plan and actually saved a few dollars in the end.Got my 14 yr old water heater replaced and Joey did a great job. Arrived early, was quiet, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain properly operating it and assured us the unit was properly sealed for CO2 leaks and how to check for future reference.Both ladies I spoke to over the phone also answered my many questions and without attitude or sounding bothered. They both were very helpful and encouraged me to call back if I had more inquires. Great customer service both in-house and with the plumber (Joey) out in the field.Wouldn't hesitate to call Big City Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

Amazing service!!! Hands down the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. This team of plumbers genuinely cared. The entire team was open and honest about every process of the job. They were able to break down the work in layman's terms so that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. This entire team from office personnel, excavator, to plumber are top notch. I definitely recommend using them for any and every service needed, I know I will!

So they were contracted to my house from the home warranty company to fix my water heater. So of course the warranty company tells us not to worry everything is covered, well Santiago goes out and tells me they'll get back to me because they have to wait for a authorization code I was so mad at him that I went off on him. So I called the warranty company again to tell them what he was telling me. They tell you what you want to hear of course that's the title of a customer service rep. So when Alamo Plumbing Solutions comes out they call the back line and actually speak to the authorizations department. At first I didn't believe that the home warranty company would try to make me pay anything out of pocket. I Also didn't think they would make me have to wait 2-3 days for them to ship to shop the water heater. Well I went to Alamo Plumbing office to tell them look the customer service rep said I didn't have to wait for my water heater. Santiago was at the office at the time when I showed up. He showed me the confirmation of the water heater being ship to shop and then I was furious I called the back line to the home warranty company which the home warranty company is sneaky and doesn't want the homeowner to call. I felt bad for the plumber because after doing my research I found out that when you call the home warranty company your call is answered by a rep in another state possibly even an other country. He tried to even give me one of is water heaters that he stocked in his office. Of course the warranty company didn't want that either. I am writing this review to thank Alamo Plumbing Solutions for trying their best to help me and I'm sure other home warranty customers. Also be aware they wont pay your plumbing contractor nights or weekends so don't think about them sending anyone after hours or on a weekend. If it sounds too good then maybe it is!!
