Called to get a water softener, reverse osmosis, and tankless water heater estimate, which they provided for free! No trip charges or nickel and diming me. Hired them to do the work, which they did on time and on budget. They even took the time to educate me on how everything worked and how to best maintain my investment. Very happy all around with this company, will be using them again.

Listen, these guys are a class act all the way around. Over the years, I’ve worked with David, Derric, Clayton, Justin, etc. They have always been professional, they never make excuses, they will do a no charge call if they deem it appropriate, quality work, great attitudes, they seem to like their jobs AND they seem to take pride in working with Chambliss, etc. In this world where so many people are looking for short cuts, it’s nice to know that my family can trust these guys and gals. Honest, trustworthy professional company that I would use again and again!

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

The two men that came out were extremely polite, respectful, responsive, informative and professional. Not only did they show up on time and inform me on all aspects as they went but took into consideration the nature of the job and cost to me. That was so appreciated and is rare these days. If you are in need of some plumbing work I highly recommend Big City Plumbing.

Our technician Joe was experienced and had knowledge to troubleshoot and correct problem. Alongside him was his apprentice. Joe was describing his actions and insured his apprentice understood. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and possesses great customer service skills. In the future I will contact your company in the event we need additional plumbing repairs.

I called 210 plumber after being notified by Grey Forest I had a gas leak at the fireplace. The gas was turned off and the plumber was out in a timely manner. The repair was easily fixed and I have peace of mind knowing my family is safe. I did decide to go with them after seeing a friend’s review on this page and I’m so happy I went with them. I’ll be using them for any future repair needs.

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service.
