Best Plumbing Testing in San Antonio TX

First of all, i called for a water heater installation and they kept trying to up-sale me with more services. The receptionist was extremely rude. But the real problem was our plumbers assistant. He kept taking pictures of everything in our like as if pretending it was his house. He introduced himself as “Big Kahuna” even though he was only average sized. The worst part is, having cameras in our house we saw him open his lunchbox and pull out what looked to be a small rubber rear-end, put it in our microwave and take it to the restroom. Very unprofessional and we are mad. Who does that?

They helped me when I was stressed due to busted water softner which clogged all faucets in the house. Setting up appointment was quick and easy over the phone and the service tech Michael Angelo was amazing. He troubleshooted my problem within 10 minutes and was able to get parts and fix everything the same day!!!This problem was misdiagnosed by another plumber before and without a fix!Highly recommended company if you need solution to your plumbing issues and don’t want somebody getting trained in your house!!!

Cannot recommend Big City Plumbing enough! Luis and James were so helpful the past few weeks. Initially, we had them run gas to our fireplace so we could enjoy a warm fire this winter. A few days later our hot water heater went out and they were prompt to come fix it. Rafaela and Angel were always quick to answer our phone calls and get us on the schedule. Alamo Plumbing came to our rescue when no other plumbing companies would. Mr. Barrera and his hard wording crew were very accommodating and worked around our schedule. They enjoy a challenge and rose to the occasion. Communication is key and Mr. Barrera kept me updated throughout the entire process. They are very professional and are a delight to work with.

***Grossly Overpriced***I didn't have any service performed, but was convinced that they were competitive with their pricing and thus I was willing to pay the $40 fee for getting a quote (with the $40 fee going toward the service). So, I just paid $40 for a ridiculous price quote...They use a book of grossly inflated figures as a basis for their estimate, not a standard materials and labor quote. To run a gas line less than 20 feet (closer to 12 feet), they wanted $1,100 plus a $150 inspection fee.This would realistically be less than $200 in materials (very likely under $100, since it is just pipe, a few joints, and a terminal) and would take maybe 3 hours in labor max. That would make their labor charge run somewhere over $250/hour!This place says they are consistently at the top of the ratings for plumbers in San Antonio, as rated by Ang**'s list. I have no idea how they are able to do that while charging customers such outrageous rates.I would encourage you to look elsewhere unless you just don't care about the amount you are charged.

We are in the process of adding on 1700 sf to our 6000 sf veterinary clinic and retained Comfort-Air Engineering to design our rather unique HVAC requirements as well as electric and plumbing. I met with the principal engineer and he was quite responsive to our unusual air conditioning needs and completed the adjustments needed in a timely manner. We have a very busy practice with a very compartmentalized building and many closed doors,very heavy hair and lint load, and large numbers of people in fairly small spaces with heavy heat load from time to time in certain areas. I feel like he addressed our unique needs in a very professional manner. I would recommend them highly.

We called right before they closed with a clogged and overflowing sewer line and they sent two technicians right away. Within 30 minutes they arrived and got right to work. They were very professional and got it fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be keeping their name for future plumbing issues.

This was my first time having them come over to fix my AC and it was a great experience. The company provides outstanding customer service and are very professional. I like the fact that I get a phone call approximately 30 minutes from the technician’s arrival time AND a text message with a picture of the tech along with their biography. It is such a unique experience and I love it. Our tech Jose Aranda was amazing too. We explained our situation and he identified the issue right away. Once he confirmed the issue he went out and got the part and had us fixed up in no time. This review doesn’t really do justice to the high level of knowledge, professionalism and courtesy we received from Jose and Schmidt Mechanical group. To sum it all up, I highly recommend their services and will continue to speak highly of them.

We needed our generator hooked up, started and certified and they said they would come out to take a look at it. The guy knew exactly what to do and did it right there on the spot! He was very nice, professional and respectful (which you hardly see anymore). He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even caught a mistake from the previous electrician. Needless to say we WILL be using Will Fix-It for all of our household needs!

The guys from this organization are super nice, friendly and fast! I had them come out to assess a room in the house that wasn’t cooling. They arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate for repairs to the duct work. The returned two days later to fix the issue. And now the room isn’t a sauna anymore. In the process of fixing the issue, a light fixture was damaged. They took pictures for the supervisor. And we scheduled a time the following week for a repair. All in all, a very positive experience. I’ll use them in the future.
